Now that the auxiliary power source is available privately (see the article below), the entire vertical core and outer ring engine system can be run close to 100% with negative exotic electrical energy to drive an inertial force at a high frequency (time) of speed. To note, a force of inertial gravitation in the vertical core is cancelled through the outer ring system, in the principles of physics known as gravity cancellation. The Warp Drive Engineering page has a diagram of that, which zeros out at the balance (intersection of all engines) of the ship.
This means there is no limitation in time imposed by the principles and laws revealed through the discipline in physics: special relativity.
Through the technology of the auxiliary power source, the outer ring can be constructed to work in resonance with the vertical core.

This is the one component left out of public viewing that makes the LAU-X3 work. That's how it has to be, and that's just how it is.
