More detailed mechanics could follow, but I wanted to "leave it on a happy note" for now.
Let's make a comparisson between the OTC-X1 and the vertical core impeller.
The OTC-X1 basically speeds up the frequencies of time. That in effect, cancels gravity. The ship floats. So it also creates a gravity repulsor field.
The vertical core uses the same energy in the same type of central rotating utron disk as the OTC-X1. The only difference, is that it goes through a spiral, but basically the many resonating plates in the impeller can be connected to the rotating electromagnets from the OTC-X1, just like the di-electric disks. Rather, the di-electric disks could be wired together and timed from either the rotating magnets of the OTC-X1 lower engine, or on their own separate timing engine. The collapsing negative energy circuitry of a negative energy generating/transforming system could just be wired to the impeller; connected via wire, instead of using electromagnets passing over the di-electric plates to directly induce a negative energy in the di-electric plates.
The effect would be to expand that gravity cancelling and gravity repulsor field out of an accretian plane, and into a 3-D inertial motion frame of focus. It is given height and motion and direction, instead of the 2-D plane of the OTC-X1 utron disk.
The vertical impeller would develop a polarity, obviously, a polarity of negative energy frequency in vortex above and directed toward the Central Accumulator. The repulsor field is set into motion, and in direction, feeding into the Central Accumulator, vibrating/inducing the Central Accumulator with a much higher frequency as the slower rotating individual di-electric plates of the utron plane.
The energy will polarize naturally, putting all the energy of that gravity repulsor through the vertical impeller toward the collector, because any coil will naturally have a low and high frequency range, and direct magneto-electrostatic energy fields at one end OR the other end of the coil. That polarity itself can be connected from the Outer Ring because the Outer Ring is made to harness the polarities of negatively collapsing electromagnetic fields. The impeller is just like a coil -- an inertia-generating coil.
The negative energy frequencies will then also be higher at one end, than the other. The bottom of the impeller is higher frequency than the top. The frequencies of time are the highest at the bottom of the impeller, thus also gravity is more cancelled, resulting in OR causing, or both also, mass reducing. Gravity cancellation equates to mass reduction. It is the same effect because that is how mass is measured, through gravity densities.
There's gravity at the top end, and cancelled at the bottom. Yet, it's a frequency of gravity, less gravity waves at the top and the most are at the bottom. It's in an inertia, a direction, just like electricity is also polarized which in rotation creates acceleration of frequency, of energy.
Does a spiraling repulsor field generate movement? Maybe not thrust, but then maybe a different kind of interconnection with the universal aether, a hard connection. All instances of conventional turbines or propellers or anything generating thrust will explain that a force that pushes is stronger at one end and pushes at that end, but pulls at the other.
That is the same concept as the vertical impeller, using the energy of what it can grab onto; instead of air like a jet aircraft, it latches onto the substance of vacuum and space itself.

The vertical impeller is powered by the Outer Ring.
Di-electric plates on the outer hull can also pulse those energies from the top to the bottom, or bottom to top for that matter, in timing with the vertical impeller; but that is a little aside the point, but just a detail.
The utrons harness the negative energy trans-di-electrically, at a 45 degree angle that unifies the positive and negative force, the positive and negative energies, and is the intersection of the positive energy charging the outer rotating electromagnets, and the negative energy of collapsing the electromagnets. Exotic energy rotating around are what the utrons do. They have inertial aspect, but they are also similar to massive electrons, on a macro scale, able to transform the energy of that mass as a negative gravity field.
Why is the impeller preferred over the vertical cones?
Because the di-electric force alone creates propulsion, and work in a vacuum which means it generates gravity waves as a means to move it; actually, negative gravity waves. The amount of energy going into the OTC-X1 di-electric plates would be a lot, if it weren't for the utrons that cancel gravity (and reduce mass specifically, particularly due to the exotic energy intersection that they geometrically are).
Being able to run that energy on a wire, makes it very easy to do. Exotic energy run on a wire requires a small positive energy charge to feed it along, in which it will develop a negative polarity and travel at the speed of light (superconductively). The vertical impeller is that field coil.
The vertical cones version acts more like the utrons, in comparison.
The utrons are powerful and the ship's mass is in the negative at full spin. The vertical impeller cuts through the central star's (accumulator) antigravity "push" creating movement in one direction. Of course, that's a whole lot of speed; and the vertical impeller can overcharge the Central Accumulator's frequency.
