Warp Flight from Light-Speed Conditions Analysis

Here are the results of the most recent findings:

After the most recent posts, on the info page, on this page, outer ring, Tesla/free energy, and updates pages, these correlations and understandings can be put into perspective:

A Light-Drive is easier than a Warp Drive.


The rotating di-electric plates of the utron disk in the OTC-X1 lower engine could provide artificial gravity for the travelers (otherwise the travelers would experience zero-g's, not even from the acceleration forces of their ship).

Di-electrostatic propulsive hull plating can cover the entire bottom of the craft as well as the top, with special considerations to the vertical core from top of impeller to bottom of central accumulator. 

At high enough volts, di-electrostatic hull plating alone can accelerate the ship to electrostatic wave speed. Forces through the central Z axis (impeller to central accumulator) in di-electric alignment may not interfere with an extension of hull plating around the ship, which may develop additional [negative] capacitance overall.

No inertia is felt by travelers on board as ship accelerates or takes fast right-angled turns.

The central rotating engines, particularly the vertical impeller must increase time frequencies in order to travel faster than electrostatic wave speed. 

Out in deep space, time is faster. Away from star systems, time is at its fastest. Light speed (electrostatic wave speed in this case) is only limited to the frequency of gravitytime set by massive gravity fields. The ship should travel much faster in deep space between star systems, if using just di-electrostatic propulsion alone.

The role of the central accumulator in this system is significant.  I do not believe it would hinder travel at electrostatic wave speed, because it is the central accumulator for negative energy density.  The impeller ties in a frequency imbalance between the more elevated top hemisphere of the ship which also has more surface area. In such a system, electrostatic wave speed could slow the warp ship down if it weren't considered a superconductive negative energy field within a star system's gravitytime frequency, that allows travel at the star system's gravitytime frequency (the relative speed of light).

​A warp drive implies the ability to travel faster than the relative speed of light, so even though speed may be greatly increased outside the star system, a Light-drive is still traveling at that relative speed of light, not exceeding the frequency of spacetime, as a warp drive should do.



Potential issues:  On-board gravity may have to be regulated, limited, or cancelled through hull plating between the OTC-X1 and inside hull of the LAU-X class.  The central accumulator may have to be discarded in favor of a vertical time-impeller through the full vertical span. The vertical impeller may have to be shielded from the Central Accumulator electrically to not overcharge it, but while being able to maintain appropriate relative time frequency in a balanced manner through the inside and outside aspects of the ship.  Parallel gravity is transmitted in parallel; anything not directly over the OTC-X1 utron di-electric plates should not experience any on-board gravity.

Any excess of energy generated in the OTC-X1 system can also be diverted to the vertical impeller away from the on-board gravity plates (the rotating OTC-X1 di-electric utron frame).


Regarding the Central Accumulator, it accumulates the energy of negative energy collapse, and gravitational collapse, in a negative inertial field.  It gives the energy a place to collapse to, which is perhaps unneccessary, whereas the di-electrostatic outer hull plates carry the energy of the collapse. I'm thinking 6 of one kind, half a dozen of another. The benefit however, is the accumulation of negative frequency above and aside what di-electrostatic hull plating can achieve.

The combination of these engine systems do otherwise appear to allow a ship to exceed the relative speed of light, now that propulsive di-electrostatic hull plating can be used definitely in the vacuum of space according to various experimental test results from various people.  In some cases developing faster rotation in test setups in a vacuum than in the air.

The impeller within the ship now can serve to adjust the temporal frequency of the craft to exceed the normal superconductive speed of light of space, because it has been seen how di-electrostatic plating alone can achieve light-speed travel. 


There may be a few things overlooked, but I want to emphasize that a Light-Drive is easy to achieve.  Because of that, it puts warp drive into a new perspective.  That perspective must be considered along with a Central Frequency Accumulator, of time and energy, or not. With a vertical impeller alone (without the central accumulator), it may not be possible to accelerate negative frequency in a way that the ship can hold that field because of the di-electrostatic hull plating form of propulsion that has been verified to work in a vacuum; of which the impeller alone would just be mimicking the same forces, rather than acting in frequency transforming ways, unless acceleration of frequency alone will actually accelerate the time frequency (but it possibly will require the Central Accumulater, however due to the incredibly simple dynamics of a Light-Drive, all of this has to be examined carefully, and re-examined).

​So, here is a stopping point until the differences and varying conditions can be  fully determined.

General Summary:


​A Light-Drive is entirely possible and indeed easily achieved. It speeds up time in the ship, slowing time to a crawl everywhere else outside the ship using negative energy. It travels superconductively at electrostatic wave speed (220,000 miles per second) and the pilots experience no inertia. It's form of propulsion is di-electrostatic. See the info page for more details. Minutes to Mars. One second to the moon. 

It can travel much faster outside the star system. 

The Light-Drive is different than the warp drive. But they closely resemble each other. The warp drive will use tachyon mechanics. It is possible for the warp drive to work also. The warp drive may have teleportation characteristics.

General Notes:


With the development and discovery of di-electrostatic propulsion, it changes things.  Also the development and understanding of negative energy changes things.  First, the OTC-X1 is understood now as a negative energy generator, illustrating the natural geometry of the universe.  In the original OTC-X1, the pilots did not travel over the di-electric plates, and that is also note-worthy. Yet now that negative energy can be generated in a different geomtry, to completely contain the ship using conductive di-electrostatic hull plating, we can look at internal and external forces. Certainly applying di-electrostatic external propulsion to the di-electric negative energy OTC-X1 engine design allows the travelers to travel as a light-drive.

I don't want to say travelling at light speed, but rather at gravity-time relative frequencies, which are di-electrostatic instead of electromagnetic; and they are superconductive. The "relative speed of light" as a defining term is a lot different than saying "travelling at light speed" because of issues of mass and relativity and those things that have limited people's abilities to perceive reality accurately in the past.

It is not necessary to carry the OTC-X1 design into a light-drive capable ship using di-electrostatic negative energy propulsion alone.  But the need for negative mass is a requirement in standard physics. The role of the Central Accumulator is to accumulate negative mass frequencies.  But also, if the frequencies of the entire ship are able to be expressed dynamically, then the negative mass field generators are merely the dynamic flight characteristics of negative energy di-electrostatic inertia alone, which is able to be generated by the superconductive structure of the ship hull using the propulsive hull plating and shielding characteristics. Therefore this allows the OTC-X1 to be incorporated as a secondary system, not as a primary engine.

The difference is to create a negative energy field using the OTC-X1 engine, or completely contain the ship in a negative energy bubble, handled by the hull itself.  The speed limit of frequency is the relative speed of light due to naturally superconducting forces of universal geometry.  How to exceed that frequency is the goal of warp drive mechanics. 

Even if the ship can travel much faster in deep space than in a star system's gravity frequency, due to increased frequencies away from star-system gravity forces, then it must be seen that any speed limit of relative frequency is just that -- relative. 

Speed multipliers can be depicted as frequency multipliers, such as the vertical impeller multiplying the negative frequency of di-electrostatic wave speed.  Also speed multipliers can be concerned more with the reduction of mass, or the negation of mass -- transforming positive mass into negative mass.  That alone falls strictly under tachyon mechanics, and warp drive mechanics.

Such a mechanism though, must push past its own superconductive limit of the relative speed of light.  That is to say, the system cannot be completely enclosed in a negative energy bubble, or to completely be encased in di-electrostatic hull plating, because that would impose a superconductive limit to that of only the relative speed of light.

A tacyhon's speed limit is in reverse of conventional matter. It cannot travel any slower than the speed of light. And as it loses energy (matter/energy-unity), it travels faster and faster, beyond the speed of relative light.

At a state of zero mass, the ideal state of being is that of a photon; whereas negative mass implies the "loss of energy" of mass to such an extreme that it travels faster than light.  Yet the paradox of this is that a photon really has no speed limit, but is able to teleport and to be in multiple places at once. Yet even matter exhibits these characteristics, such as an electron can also travel through both slits at once, and indeed replicate itself taking both paths at once (like stereo radio). 

Using negative mass and di-electrostatic frequency acceleration, then the time-like limitation of speed can be adjusted beyond the limitation of superconductivity. That is the point of the warp drive, which also must have teleporting characteristics by its very nature.

This is why the LAU-X class is designed as it is.  





A superconductive quanta, on a macro level can be considered.  Structural changes to that quanta can also be considered not just to mass-less particles, but to particles with both mass and negative mass. Just one particle can't really be considered as anything but a component; because the universe depends upon particle pairs in order for there just to exist only one particle.  For example no positive particle can exist without there to be negative particles. The only exception is light itself. 

Fields also work in harmony with other fields just like an electromagnetic field is a combination of harmonics, not an individualized particle. It is logical to consider negative mass is the reason why the OTC-X1 can pass through matter. It is logical to consider also that a superconductive mass is different than a superconductive negative mass. An electron naturally moves at the relative speed of light, for example. If a field of negative mass is responsible for superconductive propulsion, then are electrons naturally existing in a state of collapse of mass of it's own?  What we consider of an electron to have mass, may actually be an aspect of negative mass, or reduced mass, unique to its state of being. These are things we can consider.

​What I'm getting at here, is something of the nature of the OTC-X1's ability to work in gravity fields to cancel those gravity fields, not of itself, but of it's surroundings and of what fields act upon it.  Also, Townsend Brown's saucer disks had a speed limit due to Earth's gravity field acting upon them. Away from Earth gravity field, those saucers could travel at higher speeds, without resistance, without a larger force acting inductively upon its engine frequencies. 

Given a ship's ability to act inductively upon itself however, in a setting of deep space, means it must act in harmony (co-action) with the natural harmonics of the universe, conductive space.  Space is obviously conductive, and has frequency.  When you consider how everything is interconnected, such as how someone can be thinking of someone else, and the other pick up on that thought at the same time, no matter of the distance, then not only is consciousness an aspect of the universe and of all frequency, but also an aspect of light.

​Not only can the OTC-X1 cancel gravity forces, but also it accelerates temporal frequency (which may be the whole reason why gravity forces are cancelled, but is most certainly a factor of it).  For this reason, a warp drive can shorten the distance travelled, through frequency change, and can act inwardly upon itself to conduct energy to a distant place, teleporting energy to another place in the universe just as Tesla had done (once teleporting energy to Siberia explosively for example), whereas energy is matter, frequency, mass, and light.

The Alcubierre warp drive which shows that negative energy has to be used to move mass to relative light speed without imposing a time dilation effect described by Special Relativity can apply specifically to the mechanics of a Light-Drive, rather than a warp drive, or a hyperdrive.

So these are multiple propulsion systems individually that work, but when used in harmony in geometrical dimensions, it certainly is the conclusion that there are certain minor little issues that can be a problem, but overall generally it will work in multiple ways.  I know that's a horrible way to put it, but the LAU-X class design is the combination of multiple engines, whereas each engine can be appreciated and even modified, and the overall combination of these engine systems illustrate a multi-dimensional unified physics which use the engines as an example to understand these "special" unified physics.

These physics state that these engines can work, how they work, and why.

Probably the most important thing in all this is the ability to transform the ship into light itself, to travel nearly instantaneously to another star, in that exotic action of a photon -- having no particular polarity, and acting inwardly upon its own frequency to quickly be at another star (Super-Luminal Flight).  

That I suppose is the paradox, or rather the unity of the paradox of a Light-Drive . . .  which describes both cases of travelling at the relative speed of light, or instead to travel AS light.  Hyperdimensional light (warp drives or hyperdrives) though, is the next best thing closer to be able to achieve.






Here are a few noteworthy comments I decided to include in the article:


According to mainstream physics and govt space authorities like NASA, even if an engine like the EM drive actually works, it's not considered "credible" unless there is math and theory to explain why it works. Any explanation is going to be limited to a scope of what is impossible rather than what could be possible and what has been proven to be possible by actual test results.

In a scope of superconductivity, negative mass/energy, and an increase/acceleration of those negative mass/energy frequencies, a warp drive is born, and is very real according to the construct of physics already backed by math and theory and historic experimental results, including modern successful tests. That is the damn truth.​

It's considered more scientifically credible to cast doubt on what is being discovered, rather than to stand firm in one's own sense of knowledge.






Superconductivity is the relative speed of light - the speed limit of local gravity-time frequency. Increasing the frequency of negative gravity-time (negative mass fields of temperal continuity) increases speed of time per distance travelled, increasing the speed of local gravity-time frequency, increasing the relative speed of light beyond that of a star-system's gravity-time frequency  ... moving faster than a star-system's frequency of superconductivity is a warp drive.

Superconductivity pertains to mass. It is mass that has the speed limit. Negative mass is not limited to the relative speed of light unless it is the lower limit travelling at speeds no less than the speed of light.  When a system hits zero mass, it is able to travel at light speed, and to teleport, and to travel AS Light.  If a system goes beyond that limit into the negative mass, then it once again incurrs a limitation -- that of light speed, but as the lower limit; whereas the upper limit of speed is faster than light speed (tachyon mechanics).

The very first thing taught in a logical discipline of philosophy is:  autonomy -- the truth cannot be told or purported by an authority claiming to monopolize the truth; rather, the truth MUST be [self-] realized, learned, and known on an individual basis, otherwise it is NOT the truth.  No one can tell you what you should or should not believe, otherwise it is not your belief, but it is doctrine and dogma which is anything but belief. 

The only question concerning warp drive physics is not a question of if it is real, because it can be logically determined to be real; whereas the truth is revealed through experimentation; but the reality of it exists more in the state of mind and understanding, whereas the truth of what is real, as a science that determines what is true and false is realized through the science of logic.

The truthful question is whether or not the Human specie is responsible enough to pursue warp drive.  It is clear that if both the truth and the reality is hidden, then that is darkness rather than light. It is untruthful and unscrupulous to hide both the truth AND the reality, which is to not be responsible. It is not more responsible to lie, cheat, steal, and threaten death and ruin upon scientists. That is evil to do so. It is responsible to practice law -- natural law, universal law, common law, and the uniform laws of life and of the Earth that regulate responsibility to life, and of that responsibility life enacts with other life. 

It is also responsible to discern, to discern light from darkness, to discern honor from dishonor, to determine those who do not honor life, from those who do.

Everyone makes mistakes.  But, it is not science that harms life. Science teaches us about life.  It is people who harm life, or water life to grow.  Those who harm life will never achieve light.  That is the very safeguard upon this science of light and light-drives. 

That is also the reason why our star system is quarantined according to some who are in the know. It is inherently harmful to the universe of life that evil is more empowered than the light. Until the internal problems are fixed upon the Earth, and people do not have to ask permission to survive, then nothing more beyond this level of knowledge will be shared.

Vertical Impeller

More detailed mechanics could follow, but I wanted to "leave it on a happy note" for now.

Let's make a comparisson between the OTC-X1 and the vertical core impeller.

The OTC-X1 basically speeds up the frequencies of time.  That in effect, cancels gravity.  The ship floats.  So it also creates a gravity repulsor field. 

The vertical core uses the same energy in the same type of central rotating utron disk as the OTC-X1.  The only difference, is that it goes through a spiral, but basically the many resonating plates in the impeller can be connected to the rotating electromagnets from the OTC-X1, just like the di-electric disks.  Rather, the di-electric disks could be wired together and timed from either the rotating magnets of the OTC-X1 lower engine, or on their own separate timing engine.  The collapsing negative energy circuitry of a negative energy generating/transforming system could just be wired to the impeller; connected via wire, instead of using electromagnets passing over the di-electric plates to directly induce a negative energy in the di-electric plates.


The effect would be to expand that gravity cancelling and gravity repulsor field out of an accretian plane, and into a 3-D inertial motion frame of focus. It is given height and motion and direction, instead of the 2-D plane of the OTC-X1 utron disk. 

The vertical impeller would develop a polarity, obviously, a polarity of negative energy frequency in vortex above and directed toward the Central Accumulator.  The repulsor field is set into motion, and in direction, feeding into the Central Accumulator, vibrating/inducing the Central Accumulator with a much higher frequency as the slower rotating individual di-electric plates of the utron plane. 

The energy will polarize naturally, putting all the energy of that gravity repulsor through the vertical impeller toward the collector, because any coil will naturally have a low and high frequency range, and direct magneto-electrostatic energy fields at one end OR the other end of the coil.  That polarity itself can be connected from the Outer Ring because the Outer Ring is made to harness the polarities of negatively collapsing electromagnetic fields. The impeller is just like a coil -- an inertia-generating coil.

The negative energy frequencies will then also be higher at one end, than the other.  The bottom of the impeller is higher frequency than the top.  The frequencies of time are the highest at the bottom of the impeller, thus also gravity is more cancelled, resulting in OR causing, or both also, mass reducing. Gravity cancellation equates to mass reduction. It is the same effect because that is how mass is measured, through gravity densities.

There's gravity at the top end, and cancelled at the bottom.  Yet, it's a frequency of gravity, less gravity waves at the top and the most are at the bottom. It's in an inertia, a direction, just like electricity is also polarized which in rotation creates acceleration of frequency, of energy. 

Does a spiraling repulsor field generate movement?  Maybe not thrust, but then maybe a different kind of interconnection with the universal aether, a hard connection.  All instances of conventional turbines or propellers or anything generating thrust will explain that a force that pushes is stronger at one end and pushes at that end, but pulls at the other.

That is the same concept as the vertical impeller, using the energy of what it can grab onto; instead of air like a jet aircraft, it latches onto the substance of vacuum and space itself.

The vertical impeller is powered by the Outer Ring.

Di-electric plates on the outer hull can also pulse those energies from the top to the bottom, or bottom to top for that matter, in timing with the vertical impeller; but that is a little aside the point, but just a detail.


The utrons harness the negative energy trans-di-electrically, at a 45 degree angle that unifies the positive and negative force, the positive and negative energies, and is the intersection of the positive energy charging the outer rotating electromagnets, and the negative energy of collapsing the electromagnets. Exotic energy rotating around are what the utrons do. They have inertial aspect, but they are also similar to massive electrons, on a macro scale, able to transform the energy of that mass as a negative gravity field.

Why is the impeller preferred over the vertical cones? 

Because the di-electric force alone creates propulsion, and work in a vacuum which means it generates gravity waves as a means to move it; actually, negative gravity waves. The amount of energy going into the OTC-X1 di-electric plates would be a lot, if it weren't for the utrons that cancel gravity (and reduce mass specifically, particularly due to the exotic energy intersection that they geometrically are).

​Being able to run that energy on a wire, makes it very easy to do.  Exotic energy run on a wire requires a small positive energy charge to feed it along, in which it will develop a negative polarity and travel at the speed of light (superconductively). The vertical impeller is that field coil.


The vertical cones version acts more like the utrons, in comparison. 



The utrons are powerful and the ship's mass is in the negative at full spin. The vertical impeller cuts through the central star's (accumulator) antigravity "push" creating movement in one direction.  Of course, that's a whole lot of speed; and the vertical impeller can overcharge the Central Accumulator's frequency.

Why Does the OTC-X1 Phase Through Matter

What causes the OTC-X1 to pass through matter?  Why was Ralph Ring able to pass his hand through the OTC-X1 test model when it was running?

This is an issue of frequency and vibration due to gravity cancellation.  When the mass of the ship is reduced due to it's energy field, the reduced mass is carried through its rotating electromagnetic field.

The same space no longer had the same mass, it was not nearly as dense. The energy of mass cancellation, or gravity (inertial mass) cancellation is electromagnetic since mass is essentially electromagnetic. If you consider that a single proton has a charge of +1, it thereby has an electromagnetic field when in motion; it has an electromagnetic charge of +1

What would happen to a proton with the same charge but reduced mass?  As long as its space doesn't collapse upon itself, then it exists in a higher frequency, able to vibrate faster because it's not so massive . . .

For example if you jump from a high dive and belly flop on the water it hurts, you smack right into the water because your inertia is higher. Slowly passing your hand through the water while at rest, it moves effortlessly through it. The water itself has an inertia of rest. Since at rest, or sitting on the edge of a pool and passing your hand through the water doesn't have as much inertia as jumping from the high dive, then it can be considered you have much less inertial mass while sitting on the edge of a pool than from falling from a high dive. 

Ralph never tried to smack the OTC-X1 though, which would have been interesting to see if his hand passed through it, at a greater kinetic inertia.

Looking at it differently, the inertial mass of the OTC-X1 is greatly reduced so the same energy that makes it move about will move it much further and much faster, not having to build up speed to overcome its own inertia, but just the slightest motion will jump it (teleport) some distance away.

Less density in the same space, higher frequency of electromagnetism, but a higher negative energy, too. 

The energy of gravity cancellation is carried through the electromagnetic field, just like mass is.  If you add weight to a sledge hammer, it will have a mightier blow. The electromagnetic field of the outer rotating electromagnets is just like adding weight, but in this case it's removing weight, and removing weight (mass actually) in a surrounding area affected by the field.  The magnetic field tends to permeate but also tends to reflect itself against the hull of the OTC-X1 so that a much less (reduced) magnetic field is detected on the outside, similar to a Faraday cage.

If you add electric current in the same polarity, it becomes greater.  See, it's all an aspect of electromagnetism.

But since the OTC-X1 engine is a component of the LAU-X ship, part of its mass is also of the whole mass of the ship. So the rest of the ship will also be reduced in mass, and take on a negative mass value overall.

Here is the real question though:  Will the LAU-X  class ship also pass through matter?

Well let's see.  It uses negative energy. It generates negative energy. But what of the di-electric in the Outer Ring?  It seems to generate a propulsive inertia force due to the Townsend Brown di-electric. If we use a double stack of Townsend Brown di-electrics, facing opposite directions (up and down forces), will it cancel its inertial mass? Only if the di-electric forces are opposing, but not conjoining. 

​If a buildup of inertial forces up and down were contained and resonated within the two di-electric plates, it would build up a concentration point of positive inertial force, otherwise it would have positive and negative inertial forces and a zero in the middle just like a magnet. 

Gravity is a force of inertia / acceleration / mass.  To create a negative energy, the gravity must cancel, and it requires inertia to do so.  Just the OTC-X1, the utrons generate inertial forces but cancel them geometrically, similar to the right angled effect of a geo-stationary satellite cancelling inertial vectors at 90 degrees which puts it in a faster time frequency. 

The Outer Ring cannot achieve a balanced inertial cancellation force because one force will always be greater above or below; only in vortex can it be achieved. 

So this below is going to be imbalanced one way or another; there is no way to cancel the inertial forces in such a geometry.

​No matter which way the propulsive di-electrics face, there will always be a greater force and a lesser force with polarity. 

So the Outer Ring must deal with energy ONLY. In the best case, it lowers the inertial mass of the particle streams through the upper and lower portions of the ring.  But it tends to reduce the overall mass of the ring itself to a smaller space sandwiched between the plates.

It is not in a cancellation geometry, but it is in reduction.  And considering what negative energy is, which is the collapse of energy/mass, then we do have a configuration that is noteworthy.



Matter and Antimatter

There are subtle differences between matter and antimatter, which are nearly mirror images, but with a .11111111 variance as David Sereda has discovered (see the warp drive blog down below in the article about black holes). 

Simulating matter and antimatter conditions using regular matter deals with polarity, but the positive and negative particle streams through the ring will still both have positive mass / inertia. 

​The Townsend Brown di-electric might not be in one constant plate through the whole Outer Ring. It might have to be gapped where each generator "head" is placed. Through the accelerator frame segments, would be the best placement. 

The ideal goal is to achieve a system that can pass through matter, which would mostly likely be a simple by-product of gravity cancellation -- lowering the inertial mass significantly throughout a structure or body, but while maintaining the same energy form, but in less density. 

There must be some inertia to maintain the form itself; energy itself can be dense but not necessarily massive.
What that means is that increasing the frequency increases the density of energy, while lowering the density of mass itself.  Metaphysically, conscious energy of Love is more dense -- at higher frequency.  Light beings for example have a greater frequency and density, while their mass is negligible. Matter and Energy is a Unity. Mass is due to separation through time.

​While inertial forces are a requirement to move the ship as a given, gravity cancellation lowers the mass; HOWEVER, negative energy is the key.

That means that there can be a positive inertia but with a negative energy.

At its core, there must be an inertia to maintain form, but the energy itself is conducted along the surface. A positive force of protons could very well accumulate on the di-electric, and electrically repel additional protons to move through the rings, or it could just collapse upon itself. In a binary star system, two stars are equally pulling on each other, but their speed of rotation is what cancels the gravity force in a field generated by the two stars in motion. 

The last thing we want is to build up a massive force in the Outer Ring. If we consider the energy of gravity and inertia are the "positive and negative" aspects of a single particle with mass, only motion will allow us to determine those polar differences.

This is why I have limited the Outer Ring to a field correlator only.  The Townsend Brown di-electric within the ring is troublesome at best. 




Here is the final question:

Is negative energy generation in the outer ring itself sufficient to create a field, or at the very least carry the mass-cancellation effect from the lower OTC-X1?  

Considering that the Townsend Brown di-electric USES negative energy to begin with, we may have a solution.  It uses negative energy because in the same configuration, a force of positive energy would not nearly move it as fast as Townsend Brown was able to demonstrate back in the 1930's.

So that means that even though there is a higher concentration of inertia through the diameter, it is in negative energy further reducing its mass, while increasing its inertia.  That is also why I didn't reference "gravity" but only inertia, in the above diagram.


Inertia is a unified construct.  Even light has inertia, but it is different.  In teleportation of matter into light (through light) and back into matter, the matter maintains its form. So form is carried through light as well. If you notice through the center of the diameter, it is in one polarity, or rather without polarity; it is unified.

As a rule, energy without polarity is considered one of two things:  light, or exotic.  Electromagnetic energy, or any energy with a magnet, when that magnet is phased, unified, or cancelled to a zero, there is no detectable magnet, but it still exists to be reformed through polarization.  But it isn't exotic unless it demonstrates superconductive qualities.  Light definitely demonstrates superconductive qualities TO ITSELF, otherwise light couldn't teleport, take both paths around a star, or have simultaneous qualities like in the Twin Particle / Twin Photon experiments.

Light has inertia also to form matter, and matter has inertia to unify as light, which is the origin of inertia itself in the physical universe.

Taking all of this into consideration . . .


As long as the energy is negative in the Outer Ring, it will not build up a force that can counteract the OTC-X1 lower engine system.

Any acceleration of particles must be handled with negative energy; the Townsend Brown di-electric uses negative energy logically.

While it is unclear if the LAU-X class ship will teleport, it is clear that it builds up a negative force of inertial mass frequency, accomplished by the OTC-X1, thus lowering its overall mass. Since the Impeller is designed to use negative energy, it will not incur the Special Relativity curse of "the faster it goes the slower it goes;" and, by generating negative energy in the outer ring, the entire system of gravity cancellation is reinforced, with a possibility of exotic unification of inertial mass; however it is unclear if it will retain teleporting qualities, but it will be a functioning warp drive. It's a hyperdrive only if it jumps or teleports with a frequency of various "hops" through space. The entire system can achieve this possibly. Will the entire system phase through matter?  That is unclear, specifically if it is unclear if "slapping the OTC-X1" while in operation has any affect, because that has not been tested.

Note:  Given more power, the OTC-X1 system can be fed by the Outer Ring system, also, to increase the power of gravity cancellation (speed of rotation). Special considerations MAY apply to not burn out any system; generally negative energy will not burn out a system unless the system is designed to use positive energy, which the OTC-X1 is not. However, energies must be channeled through the Central Accumulator correctly, because it initially acts as a battery before it engages in its primary role. Also recall that negative energy uses positive energy as a super-conductor, which in by-product is where exotic energy has its derivative (is derived).

Recall that an electrostatic corridor will conduct electromagnetic energy. It's the same principle with positive and negative energy. Positive energy acts as a conductor for negative energy, but the action is superconductive!   I'm putting this in bold so you can remember it.  Why is it superconductive? Because it doesn't magnetically resist, it magnetically accelerates, using the electromagnetic field to assist it along. Also since negative energy is in collapse, the collapse occurs at the speed of light.

Being an organic system comprised of the living energy and thoughts of the pilots, consciousness (conscious intent and frequency / vibration) will play the largest role on the ship's teleporting qualities to pass through obstacles. But that issue has more to do with the mechanics of Ascension, and a focus of consciousness.
