I think it's important to address the funding issue at this time.       ---Corrections (11/08/18)---

There are some technologies like the MEG which may exist in private, which is an adapted component of the Outer Ring, which may not be prudent to reveal to the public.....    I want to talk about disruptive technologies.  Disruptive (AKA "destructive") technologies affect our energy infrastructure and economic market system.  The economy does need to change, and change is the only universal constant, because trade and exchange is always on-going, evolving, growing, etc.  The credit to debt ratio is unsustainable and the world banking system is working on a solution to that problem, which may result in world-wide prosperity unlike the world has ever known.

However, in the meantime, free energy and overunity energy is good, and it is allowed, but it is currently only allowed in private markets, and is allowed for individual use, but not for mass production.  Solar and Wind, hydro-electric, and natural sources of energy from the Earth (and under the Earth) is part of the overall economic system of Earth, and is a solid economy that can withstand off-world influences, in theory.  Water is free, sunlight and air is free.  Electricity from the Earth is free.  What is natural is free; what is man-made is labor.

I think the anti gravity and warp drive is possible using modern energy systems that won't be disruptive to our world infrastructure (that's important).  In fact a LOT of development can happen there with the power systems we already have (which includes existing overunity and free energy that is currently in use), and any energy technology development ultimately for warp drive DOES NOT HAVE TO BE DISCLOSED TO THE PUBLIC (to maintain exclusive access to address appropriate Earth security protocols, with the exception of what currently exists obviously to prove the concept in past, present, and future).  Earth markets can therefore be protected.

Otherwise we should be using anti gravity not to replace any economic systems, because airplanes and jets are really damn fun, and very useful, but the anti-gravity DOES have a purpose, and it does not have to be a disruptive technology to the world.  It is experimental technology (in public; more well known in secret), and so the research and development funding MUST be non-corporate since corporate funding has the singular objective to make profits, not the singular objective to benefit life and life-force biological and ecological systems, nor for exploration and knowledge.

The only real threat to evolution is destructive and disruptive changes to our way of life, incomes, infrastructure, and economy that can cause loss and disruption, because the old ways and the old economy is being used as a foundation to build a new one; so pulling the rug out from everyone's feet is not logically conducive toward developing evolution, so there are considerations involved with a funding paradigm.  

Antigravity and warp drive is the only seriously viable propulsion system for exploration and discovery beyond the Earth.  What is beyond the Earth is just as closely guarded of a secret as what is within the Earth.  As such, this is not a disruptive technology because of the nature of secrecy involving advanced space programs that have alternative funding not connected with Earth infrastructure; whereas the only threat toward such alternative funding would result in prosperity for everyone living upon the Earth.  With the banking systems the way they are, and the derivative markets the way they are, people of Earth never see any of that vast and enormous wealth, even though it is derived FROM the people of Earth, therefore it is not a disruptive technology.

The development of antigravity could disrupt the flow of demand in the future (in Earth economies), and so it should be reserved for usage for the creation of new opportunities and new exchanges and developments, with no risk toward the current infrastructure we already have . . . .   That means its usage should be:  private, individual, and exclusive access, emergency relief systems, fast evacuation systems, educational purposes, but not for serious commercial infrastructure usage at the present moment, because our world isn't prepared to handle that except for rarefied conditions at this present time. 

The individual and small groups can handle the reality of it, and the public can handle it in a dedicated spaceport setup that will not affect demand.  Not many people can afford a trip on a rocket.  But antigravity affords open usage, but with serious security protocols and discernment and respect toward spiritual attainment before the public can have general admission; otherwise again, individuals and enlightened groups are already ready.

​Laws that govern antigravity are sketchy, and not really in existence currently, and I am opposed to regulation of antigravity because of its secret and classified nature, which is open to the public to explore, but only in ways of accountability and integrity and following those ethics of honor to life.

I feel this is a good and healthy perspective for such prospects, that should be addressed now, at the beginning, to fit it into a framework for future development.

Please do make donations and put some energy toward these goals, so that there can be something more to work with than ONLY ideas.

....  I suppose I should add, most funding toward these goals are directed toward disproving the technology than supporting the reality.  I saw recently some evidence that half a million dollars went toward the kitty to shut down a website instrumental in the development of these technologies.  Not mentioning names, but if you offer food to a starving leopard guarding the door, that leopard isn't going to care anymore about the door, and he's gonna choose to eat.

The other possibility of funding requires turning over all the technology, a patent is secured, the technology is locked down, and it goes to some private group for their exclusive use, or just to shelf it and forget about it.  I think EVERYONE knows that.   

I've got to follow the rules, the laws, the undisclosed agreements, the treaties between Humans and ET...  Not that I know the details of any treaty (just for the record), but this is a real proposal for the benefit of the public.  It's a bit of a mess to introduce a warp drive technology to an economy which is trying to be self-sustaining, which is why private market and private contract should be understood not just for security reasons, but for the preservation of Earth economy to give us room to develop these technologies, since the public does not know what any government agency is really planning, or their passion of their commitments, or if they are going to disclose the government's goals toward warp drive involving let's just use these two groups, NASA EAGLEWORKS, and DARPA.

Since we have lost the Clandestine Disclosure website, it is reasonable to assume that the core building team is now classified, and it is up to a handful of engineers to decide whether or not to come forward with their work ultimately toward the OTC-x1 reverse engineering, based on Alexey Chekurkov's demonstration of the primary aspect involving the OTC-X1 (proof of concept exists as a similar working antigravity device).  This is a huge victory because everyone was lost in a forest looking for a tree concerning "what is an utron"?  There is SO MUCH MORE dynamic to the entire electrogravity craft, that now FINALLY people can actually see. 

​Regardless, as I've been working on these physics for many years, finally working it out online, I'm not in a comfortable position to display any technology that I develop further than what is shown here, for reasons.  I feel the physics are OK, and I can share others' achievements to build upward toward ultimately locking down our complete understanding of warp drive, because that is the only way energy is being traded toward these goals, currently (there's no other energy, although energy is commerce).

I do have an affinity for the OTC-X1 and I feel I understand it better than many, and I could include demonstrations of this technology "mixed up in the fray" of public development along with others, and no one needs to know who we are.  ..  unless you want to be known.    And that would certainly make things very quiet at this website for a number of years.  What do we do from here, and where do we go?  ... is the question.

Why do we need rockets?  We can do it cheaper with antigravity.  We can do this in a way which protects the individuals involved, and protects the world market from disruption.  I think that has already been achieved with the removal of Clandestine Disclosure, as the go-between between the engineers, and believe it or not, the corporate markets.  Secrets, management, and information is gone; it was a true loss.  

Development requires funding, or otherwise energy from people toward duplication and development and reverse-engineering, which can be traded for the sake of education, or for building something in the future of an ultimate reality of public warp drive spaceports.  The guarantee here is that through public and private contracts with security conditions, the information here at this website can stay, and NOT be deleted, unless it's just out of date.  That's the starving leopard clause . . .  The starving leopard guards the doors to the Earth markets, and "secret space program" credit-based economies, just for sake of the humorous analogy.  I mean no disrespect, it would just be better if more dragons come forward with some energy and vision, at this point.

Walter Nowosad of Clandestine Disclosure has walked away from the OTC-X1 reverse engineering project.  He had provided years of service as a volunteer project manager, helping to coordinate the various groups involved in the project, and recently had announced a new team of a handful of people -- engineers, mathematician, and software developer, who with their technical skill and prowess have joined the building efforts, in their spare time.  Some have families and are still working, and want to stay anonymous due to the fear and stigma surrounding these realities, and threat of being blacklisted from employment in the engineering/physics/technologies sector due to the project they are working on.

It is with a heavy heart I announce this, and he has not provided any reasons for why he made his decision to walk away.  I want to put everyone's fears to rest though right now on this matter.  This field is open to the public.  The work we ALL have done has busted this field wide-open, and mainstream science is also adding to the theory and reciprocating with their energy and knowledge, and this is a growing field of development, internationally.

Long-kept secrets are coming out of the woodwork, including anti-gravity patent holders and anonymous scientists, and we have a peer consensus as to the physics involved, and somewhat of the technology required; and with the massive wave of UFO sightings, also going mainstream, we have a true foundation upon which to build.

​This year alone has seen multiple breakthroughs in free energy and antigravity, with real results published and demonstrated, currently working devices of significance by a few individuals not seeking to profit but only in the revealing of the truth to the public, so that we can step up in standing with our galactic community and neighbors, as Earth Humanity is currently evolving at an unprecedented rate in ALL fields and in ALL walks of life, including in the financial and Law sectors.

​Walter's departure leaves a vacuum however, along with uncertainty as to the future of this project's momentum; kinda like an older brother leaving home and flying free from the nest . . .

We have always been a group of renegades and brave warriors in this field..  for one of our own to hang up his hands is a sad day, but one that must be accepted in honor, none-the-less.

It is true to say that the entire world is working on warp drive -- DARPA has requested people (the public) to submit reports, and has a goal to achieve warp drive in 100 years.  NASA and EAGLEWORKS, partly funded by Europe also, along with the DOD and other military branches are serious into these goals, and too is Elon Musk also saying warp drive is a real possibility.  The big thing we are in disagreement upon is the power source at this time.  Any device that can open a wormhole or portal or create a warp bubble, well those conditions are high-energy conditions, but the nature of any device to do so will be making its own energy as per the nature of the technology required to achieve faster-than-light travel.  So the energy requirements are truly an unknown, but it is most logical to realize that the energy requirements are probably not able to be calculated, because again, the technology ​itself is what makes for these conditions, using energies that are in resonance and geometrical alignment in such a way that makes energy calculations and assumptions irrelevant compared to the way the technology USES energy, and in ways that we are only now discovering.

Labs around the world have developed fluids of negative mass which have inertial properties (Newtonian laws of inertia) exactly opposite to normal matter, and with what we understand of exotic energy and negative energy, with what has been achieved in labs around the world, along with mass reduction and gravity cancellation achieved in German labs, we now have a lot more information about how energy itself is used, and in very eloquent ways rather than the crude approach of using a big sledgehammer to drive a thumb-tack.

​The anti gravity research and development clearly falls under the umbrella of eventual warp drive, since those technologies are so intertwined with the same energies.  It is not the pursuit of that technology which makes for this to be a worthy goal, however.  It is the tempering and refinement of the Human spirit which is what leads to this eventuality.  It is the reality we are finding ourselves already within which leads to this eventuality, and the knowledge and paradigm of thought we must embrace to ease into this transition, not making it happen, but being informed and conscious of the journey as it happens upon us.  

Because reality has already changed is why the object of the technology is manifesting; we are not building a reality as much as we are adapting to already existing frequencies of reality.

​That is why these technologies are rapidly advancing, is because we are filling a vacuum caused by reality itself, not because we are trying to make changes to our planet.  The universe, Source energies, etc, are changing us, and it is up to the Human to work in alignment with the Cosmic Forces of Evolution that waters Earth life to grow, and can seem chaotic when one is not spiritually grounded (grounding the light) and consciously centered and focused and the movement of life energies (the ground light of consciousness, itself).

Do not be afraid of these changes.  Work with the energies, be discerning of the energies, learn what is for your highest good, and what is not.  Astral, ethereal, and higher consciousness energies and connections are merging with the multidimensional Human consciousness, which is an aspect of Humanity's OWN BEING, whereas Humanity's only REAL threat is merely Humanity upon itself, at this time, and the management and transformation of Humanity's own darkness into light -- so that the conscious mind can logically dispel fear; and the use of logic and reason is what overcomes fear, whereas fear is the death of the spirit (the material and non-material reality), and Love is Life.

As Humanity passes through the nine gates of spiritual transformation out of darkness, the flowers can bloom under our footfalls as we walk this journey together, and not in competition with one another.  What is logical is not a reality based on fear.

Why is money important?  Can we do it without money?  What is abundance and prosperity and credit all about?  What is money?  What is value, and what do people find to be value and to hold value?  Are our hopes, dreams, and desires also a form of money?

As readers know, I went through ET contact, and some contact with the secret space programs, but they DON'T know the whole story there, and it's very likely I won't talk about it too much.  There were mysterious factors involved in the original Tesla tower system, and there are things that I cannot explain.

I have yet to run the spark through the new setup, however.  One of Tesla's discoveries involved running a spark through a system, without the direct current of moving electrons through the system, but vibrating the electrons while running energy through the system, regardless.  His goal was to eliminate the movement of the mass of electrons, and reduce that resistance of mass.  The spark gap achieves this measure, but must conduct high voltage through a gap that is not directly connected in circuit.  

The antigravity research on the construction blog page also discusses some of this.  Also, dealing with reactionless free energy and overunity (electret crystal power cells), it can be seen that electrical energy is not due to the movement of electron mass, nor the creation of electron mass, but yet involving the creation of energy, because a power cell electret creates electromagnetic and electrostatic energy, but does not get heavy, so the mass of electrons is not involved there in the production of energy.  

It therefore cannot be said that electron mass is involved in production of electricity.  Electron mass is involved in resistance.  An electret creates electricity reactionlessly, and the steady stream of electron flow would seem to create mass from not having to have previously existed.  This is a paradox of electrical energy physics, and one of the keys to understanding how mass itself can be increased (relativity; particles moving near the speed of light), and decreased electrically since the electron itself (particle with mass) can be produced ...  and then mass itself can be produced from not having to have been there previously, in violation of conservation of mass laws (meaning that conservation of mass NO LONGER APPLIES as a Law of physics).

​Since mass can be created, mass can be destroyed?  No, not necessarily.  Energy is not destroyed, but it can be cancelled, regardless.  When mass drops to zero in a matter-structure, it becomes light energy.

I have done all of this out of my own pocket, and reached a proof of concept of electrogravity flight that validates the OTC-X1, as proof of concept now exists to support it's success.  Actually,  Alexey Chekurkov   has achieved that success in the public realm.

I will not be publishing any more information about the new Tesla tower Ley-line system, even if running a spark through the system demonstrates an overunity output, until a time as I deem fit.  I have decided to let it remain in the domain of theoretical physics for now, while keeping the current validation that supports the physics.

Also, I am not funded, and cannot be doing this out of my own pocket anymore and expect to be able to pay my bills.  There is a DONATION POST below that explains how one may do donations to this cause, but if I am to keep up this research, I have to pay my bills first.  Bottom line.

I MUST be compensated for my time.  

Otherwise, everything is now at a stopping point.  



So, for all intents and purposes, this is it for a while.  It's time for others to reciprocate in unconditional generosity.  If we can't take care of each other here on Earth, and act upon the principles of unconditional love and support, then we are just not ready, as a specie.


There is good news, however.  Clandestine Disclosure group (clandestinedisclosure.com) is spear-heading this project, with Walter Nowosad as project manager.  He will even start a research and development blog for these purposes.  The OTC-X1 is still in the back seat until verification of Alexey's Flying Machine.  There are more people coming forward but there is still much fear because many are still working and have families and can't have this work in antigravity jeopardize their employment.  A few engineers, software designer, mathematician, and others are becoming interested in this project luckily.

I am at a point to where I need to meet my survival needs now before I can continue, even working on the antigravity project, which does not require land as the Tesla energy technology (which that science is an integrated component of antigravity), but yet requires time and funding, and some degree of safety/security; and most of all of this is self-funded by those in the research community contributing to this overall project, ultimately leading to a warp drive realization.  ...  Also, I need to make time for my own life and family considerations so I'm backing out for about 5 - 10 years, now that Clandestine Disclosure Group has renewed wind behind its sails.

People who are self-financing their own research and development, and building the devices at this point are the ONLY ones who are ready for this reality, from a logical and common-sense point of view.  Those building it themselves and paying for it themselves are the only ones ready for this reality, all the rest are mere observers rather than participants.  The physics are there, the understanding is there, the peer consensus is there.  The reality is in place, and established.  It took a LONG time to get this far to present an understanding of physics and engineering behind the technology of antigravity, free energy, and warp drive.  We now have results!  So this is my stopping point until I can satisfy Maslow's hierarchy of needs.

On a personal note, I really thought I could take the next step into development phase and prototype, instead of sticking to physics and design, but I'm just not able to.  Funny thing though, now that I've let this go, I've been able to take immediate steps toward obtaining my own place as a goal, which is a bit of a fixer-upper, but it will be my own place, a place where I can work on it and actually keep the equity instead of being screwed and cheated because I've had my head wrapped around physics, engineering, and metaphysics for the past 16 years and found it hard to focus on anything else if I wanted to see that go anywhere.

As it stands, only a HANDFUL of people around the world are truly interested in warp drive, antigravity, and free energy; that interest is defined by their actions and deeds.  It takes a LOT of focus, and a specialized lifestyle to be involved in developing this technology.  If you don't believe me there, just ask yourself why you are not building anything of your own.  Money does make a difference, as well as a supportive environment which as an ideal is fine, but it is under contract which makes the course progress.

It takes time, thought, meditation, and pursuit of study, as well as experimentation to progress in this realm of discovery, and that is a 100% focus.  If you can't give it 100%, then you might as well give it up, or support those who ARE giving it 100%, and this website is a resource for those who do reach to attain those goals (which is only a handful of people who have come forward in the public).

I'm not going to make the same mistake twice.  I left southern California for Oklahoma to immediately get to work learning about these physics and building a lab and doing experiments toward the end goal of antigravity, free energy and warp drive, and I lost from it.  I lost my relationship, my house that I had to take my lessor to court over for her complicated lies that on good faith I invested in; and I lost years of my life over a leaky roof that I did not have permission to fix, but I pressed on with the science and research. The end goal was not achieved by me, and I invested a LOT of money, hired help, and worked diligently until the bitter end, and then I continued to study, to meet with others, to learn the secrets, and I was given some doozies of some secrets and out-of-this-world experiences. 

Up until recently until Matrix Le, and Alexey Chekurkov came out with the missing pieces toward the warp drive end goal, I had continued to work and study and hope, even after losing all faith.  Now that these things are revealed, I think it is fair that at least there is that, and now the opportunities are open for anyone to learn, to experiment, and to build.  I'm not going to ruin my life again doing the same thing again but expecting different results by building a new lab, and working on antigravity, when it is CLEAR to me that it could cause more ruin than what I can handle.

If you're not connected with Clandestine Disclosure, then you're not building anything, and if you're not building anything, then you don't believe, and you don't want it.  None of this is taught in universities, and we were lied to, all of us.  And good luck trying to make warp drive a reality when there is no money going toward making it, except for what pennies a mere handful of us can pull out of our pocket lint and other than what NASA is doing; and those of you who truly think NASA is going to disclose to the public, you are deluding yourselves, especially after Sonny White signed nondisclosures to not reveal warp drive technology that was disclosed to him by his own admissions, on record on the Construction page (not the Construction BLOG page, the other page).

I've seen people criticize those asking for money to develop these devices, but then they have not been in the trenches working on this for 16 years and trying to have a life in the process that does not fit in with normal society.

It does not take a genius to do the math on this.  If you have the tools, and have the time (that's the biggest factor because doing this is a full time job), and you have the resources, then go for it.  And even if by some miracle I receive donations to help start up development in my corner of the world, I still am not going to be able to get to this for a few years because I did not receive donations yesterday.  I may seem selfish but, I do believe I have put in my good deed for the highest good of all life, and provided a volunteer service.  Volunteer work can only go so far.  I wish I could do more.  But I am not so sure the world really needs or deserves these technologies until there can be some proof to demonstrate that people are ready.

Proof has been provided that this technology is real and valid.  Now, there has to be proof that the world is ready for it, and that comes from you, not me.



Things to watch out for:


​Watch out for "angel investors."  Most corporate investors will require you to disclose your full technology, wiring schematics, and will require a patent, or otherwise they will patent on their own, if you are funded to take your prototype into a larger development phase, and then you won't be the one compensated, but they'll take it to their own team to develop.  

As this technology becomes more well known, people will begin to realize that in private circles, people have been flying antigravity for a long time, now.  There's a comment on the construction blog page that is very revealing.  A gentleman has patented an antigravity system long ago already, and most of these patents are secret and classified.  Look at all the UFO sightings going on.  Many of those are Human-built, but not all of them.  Sonny White has informed the world that these technologies already exist in secret, and we have technology already well beyond warp drive.

Also these days, more is being known about our Earth-based monetary system.  It is a true credit system, but is harnessing debt and liability as money.  Many publications from the Bank of England, FED Reserve boards, and others have written and published information available for free that money is literally created out of nothing, which do not require loans to be paid back, because a loan isn't actually borrowing anything, but the money is created on the spot, which is a difficult concept to understand, and a little bit beyond the scope of this website to explain, but it is a current on-going revolution which inevitably will transform our monetary system into a system of abundance and prosperity with zero debt, because disclosures reveal that is how our current system currently works!

There are a few links on the home page in the recommended reading section about that.  Money is basically anything that the public has confidence in, that is deemed to have value, which also includes liabilities.  A promise to pay is all it takes to create money, and to quadruple that money through the banking systems, of which there is current conflict with how banks really operate, and how the courts view the existence of money.  Through the courts, remedy is provided; through disclosures from banks, the recourse is provided; but people still have yet to catch on to this and do their due diligence and research.

Right now, it's up to the individual to act on this however.  Self-empowerment is on the individual level, because no one will do it for you, although small groups are now developing, as people BEGIN to work together on these new ways of advanced civilization.  None of this is taught at ANY university, and yet it is this knowledge that is reserved by secret societies primarily, that makes our entire civilization work.  You are responsible for your own education in these matters, including in warp drive and antigravity physics and free energy.

I urge you not to reveal your full wiring schematics to the world if you are providing proof and demonstration of any advanced technology, ALWAYS KEEP SOME SECRETS FOR YOURSELF -- A MASTER NEVER REVEALS HIS SECRETS.

Make some things available for pay-to-view at least, if you want to keep yourself with financing and resources to continue moving forward in your development projects involving advanced technology.  No bucks, no Buck Rogers.  

Some people reveal their technology in videos, and that is good.  But some do provide wiring details and schematics for donation purposes to keep funding the research and development.  Those are things you must consider, if you are doing this work.



Some people believe that once the technology is made fully known and fully revealed, that corporations will form to start making these technologies available to the public.  That is FARTHEST from the truth. 

There are corporations with public profiles on the internet already working on these technologies like antigravity, and already have working prototypes which are classified (Tachyon Aerospace is one such group).  The reason a lot of these technological developments are going public, is so corporations can talk to one another who are involved in secret space programs.  There has to be some public exposure though, for various companies to be able to see who is who and to trade technology and information, while the public never sees any of it.

We are only now seeing the infant beginnings of private contract development in the public sector, not the classified sectors, with public transparent groups such as Clandestine Disclosure headed by Walter Nowosad.

Think about this:  If money can be created from nothing, which is how our monetary system works, based on recent disclosures from Fed Reserve, Bank of England, and many others like Mary Croft and "I bet you thought" by David H. Friedman, Federal Reserve chairmen of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, then we already have the beginnings of a new world.  The flow of money and economics is a trade system and a credit system.  Everyone has unlimited credit, and one's signature is what authorizes the creation of money.  People's birth certificates are traded on the stock market daily.  The People are the True Creditors, and thus when one takes out a loan, s/he is the creditor that creates that money, not a real borrower.

The flow of money and exchanges for value and trade is how we purchase and trade for building materials, for machining costs, etc.  Money is required for development of energy.  A private system of commerce and trade will eventually develop to make these technologies available.  The flow of energy, of intentions, of desires, of people's wants, is the flow of money, and those currents of action and desire flow like rivers to the ocean, banked at the shores which harnesses these flows of commerce and value into the ocean of the world civilization.

If you do not understand these things, then you do not value prosperity, and will think that someone else like a government an ET specie, or a galactic federation or whatever will provide for you, instead of you creating your own reality.  New jobs and economic prosperity are created as new technology is developed, but there's a cap on our civilization currently that the world infrastructure is based on, and that flow of energy is what allows for antigravity and advanced technology to be brought forth into the world of the people -- the world's current infrastructure allows for new technology, but new energy technology cannot REPLACE the world's current infrastructure, unless the world's monetary system is made fully revealed and taught in universities about the nature of how credit works.

Credit is a flow of energy, just as oil, gas, and electric companies and water companies provide energy to our homes, in order for us to have a roof over our heads to work on antigravity.

These energy changes however occur on the individual level, NOT the collective level.  This is why private contract and private trade is so very damned important, and donations are part of that flow of people's hopes and desires and dreams -- part of the flow of private commerce, of which money and funding is required for the development of advanced technology.  But the end result of what it will look like is an exclusive reality, not a public reality.  Even though the public may have access, many will not study or learn on their own, and the status quo will remain the same, except for the few who have the means to reach for the stars in private groups.



However your donations do fuel the fire of development progress, and that is how the Clandestine Disclosure group also operates -- through donations of materials, money, and self-financing -- and is how I have operated as well at times through donation of materials; but once you get into these projects, only then you realize how valuable your time is, and the sacrifices involved in order to bring forth information, physics, technology, know-how, etc to the public, in our own public university that is free to all.

Also, you must meet your survival needs first before you can take it to a higher level of reality creation.  That's where I currently stand. 

Health (emotional and physical), communion with nature (growing your own food and clean water systems), social synergy, community unity, as well as a good paying job and a roof over your head that someone else does not control, to dictate and limit your creative desires and self-expression (your Journey), are all part of the basic needs that one must meet FIRST, before one can attend the "free public university of evolution" and really get busy and maintain responsible focus toward these goals that have been kept from the public ...


A warp drive reality is a massive civilization transformation, and money will necessarily change, and how we think of money must also change, in order to complete these steps of evolution.

Spontaneous phenomenal creation of something from nothing is a universal principle, and is how universes are created, how light was created, how Creation was Birthed -- and yet as we raise higher through the dimensions we learn more and more that "nothing" is not the origin; and yet for all intents and purposes, Original Action of Creation Prime must be viewed as "created into existence from not having had to have previously existed."

So it is universal Law, and as money is created from the value of life itself, as a signature authorizes the creation of money based on the value of life, one realizes that the value of a single individual is infinite, as anyone is able to create great worth and great works, and as a Soul, one's credit is unlimited.

Understanding the mechanics of Creation is to understand the mechanics of Secret Economics, now coming forward in the light of the public.

It is ironic that money based on substance is a limitation, since one's own existence is not limited to the material.

This system is powering itself.  Lightning discharges from storms in the atmosphere now generate volts AND amps (magneto-electrostatic current* with respect to the paradox of non-polarized electrostatics; I'm being kinda quiet about this for now).  It's just not a lot of energy until something special happens with that spark.  Keep in mind, lightning is a massive spark discharge, too, and in antigravity theory so far has those negative mass characteristics harnessed in a certain way.

If I had $25,000 on hand, I'd be able to continue this work and jump back on it fairly quickly, including antigravity.  But alas, I've made some serious sacrifices in the name of physics, and don't see myself having the ability to continue for 5 - 10 years.  No bucks, no Buck Rogers.  That's just the facts of life.

You see the land in the photos, which is well-worked, tended, and has available space for development.  Unfortunately I have to pack up and move, and where I'm going will not currently support this further development, possibly for a number of years.

Addendum:  One more thing I want to mention.  I did manage to switch from electromagnetic volts, and electrostatic volts, of the same voltage (although electrostatic voltage will go up and down and is sensitive to changes in the environment) by connecting or disconnecting a ground rod.  The only difference is that the electrostatic volts does not meter a magnetic wave.  

I am super confident that this system is capable of providing an overunity output (more output than input).  

I am not expecting most to understand how this works, unless they duplicate it and test out various configurations, etc.  This is a pretty good stopping point, though.  I'm pretty confident, this is not revealing TOO much information, either.  If people study this website, they'll be able to complete this on their own, and achieve electrogravity prototype crafts.  There are MANY variables and variations to test, still, involving a high voltage spark (aspects of negative energy physics).  One would have to have about as much experience as I have though, and be funded for their time and construction materials and all the countless hours it takes to learn this, in order to seriously achieve results, I'm thinking.  

Regarding the antigravity portion of this website, yet again time, resources, and support, to truly duplicate the results that are popping up on this website.  

I have provided a volunteer service, free to learn, to the extent just short of full disclosure.  It should be obvious to anyone that if I keep this up, eventually we'll have disruptive technologies that can replace our current infrastructure.  That is something I am very hesitant to provide, unless it is done on a private and exclusive individual or small group level, first.  Europe threatening to ban the internal combustion engine was a real sign to me that the world could destroy itself over this technology, instead of making a brighter future in principles of abundance and prosperity for all.

One of the reasons I suggested to provide donations via written email exchange was to keep you in the loop, those who are interested.  I'm not sure how I will proceed from this point, though.  A gradual shift and transformation is what I believe in, rather than a sudden disruptive change overnight.  I'm therefore not asking for donations for purely selfish reasons, and I want to be clear about that.  

Also I'm not entirely certain that were this technology to be fully developed that it would not result in another economic war for control and domination of the planet via the competitive nature of national governments who do not care about the well-being of their prospective citizens.  

So I am TRULY at a stopping point, at this point, pending private development in 5 - 10 years. ...  Can we risk funding this?  Can we risk NOT funding this, as well as antigravity development at our current level of development as a human specie?  I am not sure if I am qualified to answer that question.

The living energy chi (orgone) electrical energy flows in the tower and ley-line are the SAME, and are also a component of the central accumulator design (one of the options) of the organic (orgonite) electrolyte. which also may generate its own electrostatic field, but without the magnetic component of the wave, and it would measure as scalar wave / negative energy / longitudinal wave, only yielding an electrical voltage reading on a digital meter, but no electromagnetic voltage reading on an analogue meter or magnetometer.

Crystal energy is also the SAME type of energy as far as it is creating energy (overunity) much like how living cellular tissue will also generate energy, but it comes from a universal source field instead, which is ultimately compatible with living energy of biology, as seen from higher dimensional perspective (higher density).  

All of this is the same type of energy in warp drives and anti gravity too; energy is also distinguished by how time frequency is measured.

A lot of you are not grasping these concepts of negative energy, electrostatic fields versus electric fields, electrostatic CURRENT versus electromagnetic current, and electric current versus electrostatic current.  It confuses you that a static (not moving) field can be in motion in a current.

In my Tesla tower experiment, I tapped two points on the ground, one in the yard from the big Tesla tower, and another point on the ground right outside my house from the inside smaller Tesla "console" as described on the Tesla Engineering Physics page.

Originally, the ground was tapped under the tower using a thin brass ground rod, but the console at the other end just had one end of a copper wire stuck in the ground.  The bottom of the 4 foot coil was touching a contact plate on the floor, and from that plate ran a wire to the outside of the house, stuck in the ground.  The other end of the coil went up to the thin metal squirrel cage with a hollow copper sphere attached to it.  

A wire from the top of the big coil from the Tesla tower in the yard ran high up in the air to the eves of my house, and went inside and connected to the hollow copper sphere sitting on top of and in the middle of the metal disk (thin squirrel cage) at the top of the 4 foot coil in my living room.  I'll illustrate:

It was all powered naturally from the Earth surface charge of the ground.  Due to the material of the ground rods, I could measure the voltage, and raise the volts up and down, as I raised coils or squirrel cages up and down.  On the center picture, the image to the right:  the squirrel cage could be raised or lowered to control voltage.  When I ran the AA battery from console to tower, the COIL could be raised up and down to control the current.  The AA battery ran one end out to tower via the wire, and the other end went to ground outside the house, connected right into the console, and measured at the tower.

Now, when the tower was grounded to the rod, which you can see in the middle photo, the little hollow 1.5 inch copper ball sitting on top of a thin brass ground rod, in the middle of the picture.  The tower did not have to be grounded to the rod, in order for there to be voltage in the tower, due to the nature of the static capacitor plates below the large squirrel cage, transmitting the Earth surface energy to my large coil.

But, when it was connected into the ground rod, then at the console end, there you see the two big spheres, but two smaller spheres on both ends of a small brass rod is in between the two larger outer spheres.  Those two smaller spheres connected together via the brass rod ran through a piece of wood on a swivel, so I could rotate that assembly to close the gap or open the gap.

Normally, there was a tiny spark gap between each large sphere and their neighboring smaller spheres.  Tiny gap.  I could rotate the spark gap to fully open, or fully closed (but it was never truly closed because it had a 1 millimeter gap).  When the tower is grounded, I could open the spark gap on the console and notice two things:

A massive electrostatic charge that I did not even want to get close to would form around the console.  It felt very tingly, and very dangerous.  At the tower end, it felt much different.  It felt like electrical water.  Seriously.  Not like electrostatic dangerous charge, but like an electrical water -- which is a different kind of electrostatic field.  I consider it as a field of Earth electrical chi, because that is the best way to explain it.

The voltage always remained the same because there was no usable magnetic wave; no usable magnetic signature, no ability for there to form an electromagnetic field.  I tried it.  This electrostatic field was not in motion to create an electromagnetic current.  Although . . . . .     I could run this electrostatic charge along a wire.   That is the weird part.



Since then, I've changed out my ground rods, used bigger rods, etc, of dissimilar metals to create electromagnetic current -- so now, it's polarized, and able to move around; however, it was able to move around from the get-go, but now, it's polarized.   Simply put:  The electrostatic current needed to be polarized, so that an electromagnetic current could form.  

I cannot put this any simpler.  This is the basis of the new Tesla tower Ley-line experiments, which I have a lot of data, and a lot of schematics, that I'm not going to post up online for free, because I want credit for the work.  Already, others are using some of my signed images ...   and charging money to use them in their lectures.

This is why I've held back a lot, and waited until I had more data accumulated, to make a good presentation, so I can fund further development toward warp drive creation.

​I still have a lot of tests I need to perform to map all this out.


UPDATE 11/16/18:

The AA battery run one pole along the wire, and one pole to the ground.  It's power was transmitted from console to tower, in this experiment, although it can be run from tower to console.  The power amps were adjusted by raising or lowering the secondary coil that touched close to the ground.  The closer to the ground it got, the more power (AMPS) was picked up via the field-ground.

This is achieved through negative energy, through longitudinal waves, converting electromagnetic waves to longitudinal waves and running it over the ground, while also running one pole along wire, and converting them back to electromagnetic waves again, where the power is drawn at the other end (the receiving end).

Longitudinal waves can be beamed wirelessly and are harmless physically (with the one exception of my friend who has a tube from his brain to his gut to drain the fluid when he was younger, and that tube acts as an electrostatic conduit to the radiant energy which shorted the energy (kundalini/chi) so that he actually rippled (convulsed although it felt to him that he was merely "disoriented") like a flag waving in the wind a couple of times during one particular time where the Earth was acting in a way similar to opposing polarity, in one spot under some trash we cleaned up that had been there before we built the Tesla tower -- he had one foot on the natural stone patio, and the other foot on the bare Earth previously shielded from the radiant energies not in direct line between outside console ground and tower ground).  

Under normal conditions one does not get electrocuted, but may be able to feel the static energy or not, although tremendous power is broken up and transmitted as one-pole energy (not an electromagnetic waveform, but a longitudinal flat "wave").  I do need to add that this type of energy does increase paranormal phenomena, however.  That part of the technology is discussed elsewhere.

Keep in mind all this works with an antenna some altitude over the ground, in varying configurations.  That antenna collects and transmits energy wirelessly, and/or receives, but reception and transmission still creates a large radiating energy field with movement, which draws living energy into that movement as well.  It is not radio-active because there is no electromagnetic wave radiation*

Obviously you can't send electromagnetic waves wirelessly for power because it would be very harmful to living biology.  Wireless energy has to be sent as a harmless wave that can still carry the power and then that waveform be flipped back to usable electromagnetic energy at the receiver site.  Electromagnetic waves or current is split into two ("flipping the polarity as Cal Richardson referred to it") and then recombined at the receiver.  The energy travels through ethereal, astral, and light-static frequencies, basically the non-material planes.  Keep in mind electromagnetism is the form and shape of mass.  

Everyone thinks Tesla wireless is a wave through the air, but most of the energy is transmitted along the negative-energy monopole surface charge of Earth's active ground (Earth's surface is a positive charge of scalar electrical energy, NOT negative, otherwise the negative pole of DC would not ground to a negative pole of Earth surface;  I've connected a car battery to the ground before and noticed that the positive pole won't make a current, but a current can be established FLOWING BETWEEN THE EARTH SURFACE AND THE BATTERY just from ONE POLE of a car battery to the ground -- the negative pole of the battery -- which is another way to charge batteries in a Tesla setup, too).  In theory that is safe, but at a long distance, that energy can cause effects like massive 3 foot sparks arcing off of fire hydrants and whatnot, as the townsfolks observed during Tesla's Colorado Springs experiments.

Everything is electrical in nature, which is one of the reasons the Tesla tower could detect Earthquakes through unusual and severe voltage drops of the normal stable electrical voltage in the tower.  These voltage drops occured a month prior to powerful earthquakes even when their epicenter was 60 miles away!  After the quake, IMMEDIATELY the volts were at their highest most levels in the tower, after the quake was over.

Electric fields versus electrostatic fields and current:


If you have a bare wire that is conducting high volts and high amps, you may not know it's a live wire until you touch it, and then you get shocked; and if it's very high current, it can be lethal.  You get shocked because of the presence of a magnetic aspect (electromagnetic) to the energy, and because of high voltage.  That wire is creating an electric field.  However, an electrostatic field, you can feel it before you even get close to it.

Lightning is electrostatic in that when it hits nearby, you can feel the energy field from it for quite a ways away!  Lightning is electrostatic, and can travel over a span as it discharges.  When it moves, it tends to have a magnetic quality to the wave but ....  not always.  However, lightning discharges that move around, or such electrostatic discharges from the top conductor of a Tesla coil to a nearby conductor moves energy from one point to another point, from point A to point B.  Point B can be run on a wire to a distant source, in a current of electrostatic energy; however pure electrostatic current will not harm you, because of a lack of magnetic polarization (electromagnetic polarization; presence of a magnetic field). 

When lightning occurred nearby, I could measure a large voltage increase in my original Tesla tower setup.  But, I was not getting shocked when I touch it, because it was not polarized electric energy (it was not electroMAGNETIC, as in no magnetic portion of the wave), even though lightning had induced  a high voltage in the system from lightning discharges in the air, somewhat nearby, but probably a lot farther away than it looked.  Also lightning would dance overhead the tower during storms, and the tower shielded the local area from taking direct lightning hits to ground.

This point MUST be understood.  The only time there was an electromagnetic twitch of the needle was on rare ground strikes, where the energy became polarized somehow.  Otherwise, lightning never induced an electromagnetic voltage, but ONLY ELECTROSTATIC VOLTAGE WITH NO MAGNETIC WAVE PRESENT!


I have yet to try this in the new Tesla tower Ley-line setup, which harnesses polarized (electroMAGNETIC; positive and negative pole, or north and south pole, POLARIZED) electric energy.  What I mean by polarized is magnetically polarized.  So a normal electrostatic charge, you give it a magnetic polarization and it becomes a magneto-electrostatic charge.

As said above, electrostatic current could be run on a wire so that at the end of a long distance of wire from the tower, there was voltage measured at that end, measuring from the end of the wire to ground.  More voltage was measured when a resonance coil was connected to ground, and the end of wire measured relative to that coil.  The coil raised the frequency of the distant spot of ground (two distant points along the ground).



Frequency  in pulse motors is in regard to how frequently for example a spark would form in a spark gap (easy to explain this way).  Low frequency, the spark would arc say about in one second intervals.  Higher frequency, the spark is arcing much more rapidly, many times per second.  High frequency is virtually a steady stream -- a virtual current of what resembles a steady spark, standing there (static; not moving), but can rise up two bare wires, in like a Jacob's ladder type of setup, just from the collapse of an electromagnetic field in an electromagnetic coil.  

Frequency is related to vibration.  All matter vibrates.  The faster the vibration, the higher the frequency. 

In a resonance coil, it deals more so with vibration, but also with distance.  For example, a short resonance coil  versus a long resonance coil, having many more turns of wire, makes a higher frequency.  If you look a wave, with its ups and downs, the more times the wave crests up in a span of distance, will be the measurement of the frequency of those waves in that span of distance.  Electromagnetic current for example, spirals around a straight long wire.  Those spirals is what the spirals of a resonance coil will resemble, which controls the frequency and also the voltage, because it simulates a longer distance of travel, but compressed into a shorter span interval.  So a thousand feet of wire can be coiled in a 2 foot resonance coil wound around a 2 foot pvc tube; but the overall span of the wave is a thousand feet, and it's frequency is the number of turns that the wire spirals around the 2 foot long pvc pipe.


At high frequency, from the collapse of an electromagnetic aspect of the wave, an electrostatic current run to a bare metal conductive plate (a charge plate) will not be lethal.  Tesla stood on such plates and his whole body lit up with static discharges but at high frequency, at a million volts, but he was not immediately incinerated, instead it just traveled harmlessly over his skin.   A Van Der Graaf generator, one can touch it and their hair stand straight up, as long as it is not on the ground, so there is not a current running to ground.  Otherwise, a Van Der Graaf generator can emit electrical arcs, between a spark gap, and if you touch those then you get shocked real painfully.  Stun guns use the magneto-electrostatic discharge in such a manner to stun people.  It is derived from the collapse of the electromagnetic wave though.


There's a difference with the output of a stun gun, versus the output of touching one pole of high voltage on the hollow copper sphere of a Van Der Graaf generator.  I would never touch the output of an induction coil, unless it is run on a wire from the positive output terminal (because it cannot go to ground since the surface charge of the ground is ALSO a positive charge).  Simple enough.  There's differences involved here with types of current.  

Typically speaking though at ultra high frequency, a spark output of a induction coil run through another coil in a monopolar discharge (like how a primary coil induces a secondary Tesla coil -- 4 foot coil let's say -- and discharges from the top conductor) demonstrates one pole discharged magneto-electrostatic current, which some people have demonstrated safely touching it while holding one end of a bare metal rod, and touching the other end of the rod to the discharge.  



​Monopolar discharge:  

​Look at the setup.  There's a little coil of wire winding around the tall coil of the console.  That little coil of wire of only a few windings connects to the DC induction coil.

That is a DC induction coil, not AC ...  it's wrong in the picture.

If the coil is connected in one polarity, the static discharge is on top toward the ceiling.  If it is connected in the other polarity, the floor gets charged instead.

Monopolar discharge is the movement of an electrostatic buildup in the console, and in the long coil, to push that energy either up, or down.  If down, it's spread out along the floor due to the conductive floor plate.  If on top, it can spread from suspended conductors, and even do so wirelessly from conductor to conductor (each conductor is a hollow metal sphere, or shape), like how lightning travels from cloud to cloud.

Chances are if you are standing barefoot on the ground, and you touch the top output, it travels through you to the ground, if it is in a negative polarity out the top, because negative charge attracts to positive charge, and the ground is a positive charge.  Normally, except in artificially created conditions where you can charge the ground with a negative charge by pushing that energy in one way, overcoming the ground charge.  Sometimes lightning can do this, and completely neutralize the ground charge where all the residential houses are grounded to for their return current pathways to travel, and knock out electricity for as long as that lightning bolt is discharging to the ground.

A car battery for example....    If you connect the battery charger in the wrong polarity, all of the interior lights may stop working due to a counter-opposed charge to the battery (in older cars this will happen).

This article represents the end and the beginning; a true Completion of the end of one cycle and the beginning of a new age.  I've used the metaphysical definition of "completion" all this time, which is not the state of ending, but of becoming whole, of projection into a future of reality that which can sustain its own existence, relating to Human Civilization which has overcome Humanity's own tendencies of catastrophic self-destruction, becoming over-unity, technologically and philosophically.

I've said this over and over "it's begun, oh, it's begun" but I've never said "it's ended," because when it ends, it means it's over, and that would imply no new developments.  A state of completion is a state of fullness, of inner-generating inertia, of self-determining reality, of Humanity acting as its own gods, able to follow a Divine Purpose under its own steam, rather than being manipulated by ET over and over because we have too MUCH potential for the galaxy to handle.

​I actually need to put this website down for a long while because I have things to do, a life to live, and working this stuff out has really stopped me from doing much of anything else, including working out the Tesla tower Ley-line technology.  

I want to leave it on a good note however, which is somewhat of a breakthrough ...

Things are really starting to happen.

Bedini over-unity energy is making it big time, and talented individuals are surfacing in the public, like Leland Williams, AKA Matrix Le, who has accomplished around 15 - 20 times more output over input at least, by the looks of things; and in his sneak peak actually shows the numbers to be 46 watt input to 722.5 watt output, which is 15 times amplification; overunity.  So he has done it, and you can see two videos of his on the "John Bedini -- Tribute to his Legacy" recently mega-updated article on the General Blog page! 

I also updated the "It's more simple than you think" article on the Free Energy / Tesla page which now explains what is going on with that little simple engine after careful evaluation -- even explaining how to duplicate it.

Multiple Bedini engines at once (used in combination) are also being shown in some circles, and those plans and ways and videos are now in the public domain and accessible; links shown at this website.

More people are coming forward with antigravity methods and tests, but those are still in private development currently, but more people are working on those systems (which is really all it takes, because we're making progress in all these fields as a people of Earth), including the OTC-X1 reverse engineering and reproduction, also making progress.

More people are working with MEGs and Rodin-Powell vortex coils, BOTH for power systems and antigravity applications and tests, coming forward in public.  



People are not paying attention though, and are unable to understand these things, and there is very little coverage of these breakthroughs resultingly, with only a few hundred people actually taking an interest in overunity engines and subscribing to promising inventors' YouTube channels.  

What has occurred recently has sent humanity into leaps and bounds of a technological revolution changing our understanding of physics as we have commonly come to know.

More is becoming known about negative energy, and some people have quoted Dr. Harold White of NASA EAGLEWORKS saying that an overbalance of "more volume of positive charge in a capacitor than negative charge is negative energy" ...  which correlates with the mono-pole characteristic of negative energy, however that view is still of based on a vacuum of negative charge, which would increase the power output of the negative charge.  So our mainstream scientists are still trying to figure it out in terms of polarity and duality instead of the unified wave shape of energy between electromagnetic waves and longitudinal (scalar) waves -- negative energy is the negative collapsed waveform of electromagnetism as a longitudinal wave, "teleporting" the electromagnetic energy from one end of the wave to the other, where the longitudinal wave is transformed back into electromagnetic energy, after amplification;  the energy is merely transformed, and travels faster than electromagnetic waves when transformed to longitudinal waves.

But, in the Basic Tesla Antigravity concept, it shows that the positive charge is the most pronounced pole in scalar charge, as the active driving force of electrogravitic energy (because the positive pole goes on top of a Tesla coil on an airframe as the lack of electron gathering at the top, while instead the electrons gather at the bottom, but also move in a circular field) at the top or forward side of an electrogravity craft, demonstrating electron vacuum at the bottom, and the inertial "stimulation" of mass at the top -- and again showing the backwards approach to the compression of the negative charge and the expansion of the positive charge, in complete reversal of the White warp drive model, showing spacetime is expanded around the front of the craft and compressed at the bottom in a vacuum force of internalized inertia, "disconnected" from normal spacetime.

But if you really think about it, any boat moving through the water or aircraft moving through the air will push against the medium it moves through -- compression in front -- and wave expansion occurs behind, but that is just the nature of an object moving through a medium.  Paradoxical reasoning depends upon unity rather than duality.  The only way to travel faster than light is to eliminate the force of resistance as described by a forward compression and rear expansion.  In a jet engine, air force is a lower pressure in front of an aircraft (longer waves), and compressed behind the craft (higher pressure), driving a craft forward.

So the White model cannot be correct because it is self-contradicting as per what we know of these systems.  A projectile hurdled through water will experience wave compression in front and expansion behind, which is in contrast to a real theory of propulsion.

If dealing with electrical inertia as a force of electrogravity, the electrical volume (volume of electrons; the negative charge) must be compressed behind the craft, or at the bottom (in contrast to White's theory of negative energy).  There are two kinds of plasma, positive and negative; in a vacuum, it is the electrons which make up the plasma, but in air, it is the protons which comprise the plasma.  These aspects are currently being examined, and plasma is being considered as the di-electric medium, along with mass of substance as the driving force behind electrogravity action.

Actually, Dr. White stating that the warp drive, driven by a compression force in front and an expansion force behind is therefore a direct statement that warp drive does not use Newtonian physics, but instead operating under its own internalized inertial force.  See Part II.

Plasma Warp Drive:

The working concept here is that the plasma vibrates the material of the craft just as a dielectric will vibrate electrogravitically with internalized inertial forces, just as electrons vibrate the protons of the nucleus of material.  Were a magnet only the result of electron alignment, a magnet would be a weak force unable to overcome the much higher mass of the protons.  It doesn't require that a proton be accelerated to the speed of light, only that it vibrates at a higher frequency than electromagnetic wave speed.

In "cold plasma" or otherwise plasma obtained in a near-vacuum, protons end up vibrating rapidly regardless.  In the case of over-unity, are there more electrons being created than what is natural to a material as an amplification of electrical energy, or is it the result of frequency and vibration that creates more energy than what is in equilibrium to an input and an output, overcoming resistance?  

Such is the case with concepts of negative energy plasma, or even in the case of accelerating protons to light speed.  Mass is created in abundance relative to frequency of motion, BUT ALSO frequency of vibration, where an energy field is responsible for changing the nature of the mass of a material in either positive or negative measurable values, and POLARIZING that mass into a field of inertia, similar to Townsend Brown's "stressing the dielectric" physics, which shows that torsion fields are not without mass, but having everything to do with mass.  Torsion fields are what Townsend Brown used to describe the electrogravitic action of dielectric inertia.

As air changes is vector at 90 degrees, guided electrically, part of the inertia of that air is projected along its prior path, and inertia is traded angularly, but such a mechanism is so crude that only a slight lift can be produced unless its energy field acts inductively upon a sufficiently massive material, polarizing the atomic structure of dielectric material (including water) in a way in which the material's stillness none-the-less generates a field of inertia that acts upon itself.

The physics of this are still somewhat unknown but luckily it can be bypassed in favor of something that is more known and recognizable.  The movement of air and/or plasma should not be considered as the force of thrust because it is weak, but it must be considered inductively instead just as a moving magnet induces electrical current to flow in a wire, and that electrical current can be built up so that it creates much more electrical energy than can be accounted for just by accounting for each electron.  

For inertia to achieve over-unity proportions, there must be over-unity energy present in the system.  What achieves the over-unity of inertia is the collapse of the resistance of mass, which is what Bedini (using a Lenz buster) and Tesla-tower Ley-line setups are working with.  Can plasma as a positive charge of protons be accelerated faster than light speed using longitudinal waves, instead of electromagnetic waves?  Electromagnetic wave speed is not the speed limit of matter, since energy in a form of electrons can move faster than electromagnetic wave speed, resulting in the electromagnetic mass having to be a negative value, because a positive value of mass cannot move faster than light.

This is where negative energy (exotic) plasma is accounted for, because electrons are a negative charge, whereas the sine wave of electromagnetism is positive at the crest and negative at the trough.  Transforming scalar to electromagnetic, and electromagnetic to scalar, is the transformation of the wave form of a measurement of mass (in terms of electrons) from a wave to a flat plane with side-ways wave motion (no resistance; superconductive) instead of up and down motion (resistance upon spacetime).

Protons also have mass; it is the nature of mass that it is electromagnetic.  In dielectric materials, the protons within the atomic elemental lattice of form are induced to vibrate in longitudinal waves to generate electrogravity (directed inertia).  Protons by themselves are not necessarily dielectric, which ALSO means that they can move at speeds greater than electromagnetic wave propagation speeds (because there is no waveform of up AND down, which requires both positive and negative to work with each other), if induced with scalar (longitudinal) energy, or negative energy which is the concept of electrogravity.  HOWEVER ...  as we see in the electrostatic lifters, we also see that air is dielectric such as oxygen or nitrogen, or noble gasses which combine in pairs and are dielectric in the sense like helium is a structure of dielectric pairs. .....  but electrons are the only "things" which can break the laws of motion in that SOMETHING MUST BE MOVING FASTER THAN LIGHT in di-electric, parallel, and longitudinal waveforms.

Scalar energy can vibrate electrical mass into motion (electricity) and is responsible for over-unity, ultimately.  It can also vibrate protonic mass into motion.  Upon achieving a high enough vibration faster than the speed of light, a craft only needs a slight lift to move at incredible speeds.  The high vibration in this case, or high frequency upon a static proton (non-moving yet vibrating in place) if vibrating faster than light must then be reducing its mass!

​This is an inductive aspect in nature.  What materials are both conductive AS WELL AS dielectric???  Certainly not aluminum, or tin foil used on electrostatic lifters.  .........  Electromagnetic induction is the key here, whereas electromagnetic collapse can only be sustained as a force for as long as it takes the field to collapse, and must depend upon ultra high frequency to achieve an over-unity energy output as in the case of successful Bedini applications.  Where we see flyback voltage being used in a lifter, we ALSO see a tremendous loss of ion wind, coincidentally enough.  What would happen when we send that flyback voltage through a layered magnetic and dielectric "capacitor" conductively, inductively, polarized in the same manner and in the same polarity as the natural atomic structure of the material?  THAT is where we see the strong electrogravity lift, inducing mass to a negative value yet while also inducing inertia into a gravitational resonance.

In a vacuum, or near vacuum, this force is amplified just as electronic applications use near-vacuums to do that same job of amplification such as in a car stereo system, but in a crude fashion that depends upon an air vacuum to maintain a tiny stream of electrons, to resemble a collapsed state of volume, instead of using the actual collapse of electromagnetic energy through a near air-vacuum, which is a far more elegant approach to harnessing negative energy.  Nowadays we use transistors and solid state which uses quantum tunneling principles to achieve amplification, but all that is merely resonance of energy which seems to create free electrons out of nothing, or to duplicate an electron -- basic stereo radio uses the electron signal from one electrical stream, and turns one electron into two electrons which makes for stereo radio, using quantum mechanics principles of creating mass.  It's called quantum tunneling, the effect of a single particles of mass to exist in two places simultaneously and take two different paths.  Where did the extra mass come from that is duplicated?  It is the creation of energy, and energy creates mass ultimately, from light.  See:  "Matter is Light; Creating Energy" and "Paradoxes of Unity" on the General Blog page.

Certainly an electret power cell creates electricity but without creating new electrons.  Energy is created in abundance!  However now we are seeing the nature of the creation of mass, too??  Why these things are interchangeable!  Since mass is electromagnetic, then why can it not be positive OR negative; for as light, it is not electromagnetic as much as it is unity, of both positive and negative at once.


This is EASY to see, but a little harder to see how all these dynamics all work AT ONCE, in a dynamic system, unless you have studied, studied, studied, and have altered your thinking metaphysically to accept what we have observed as being real, in our scientific pursuits.

It is particularly thrilling that more OTC-X1 progress reports are available to share, and we have a clear idea of how a utron is constructed thanks to the work done at the Clandestine Disclosure pod group.  With Bedini and Bearden technologies, we are closer than ever before to quickly achieving a prototype (even though overall progress is still slow at this time).

A whole lot of recent updates and editing has been done at this website, as it took some time to perfect several key articles throughout this site, including home and news pages.  Critical information is now more consolidated throughout the various pages.  The LAU-X4 model is also becoming more of a solid foundation; and any advancement of Rodin-Powell anti-gravity is still applicable and adaptable in the Outer Ring (even if the vortex coils have to be oriented in odd directions throughout the outer ring).

I feel we have a much better understanding of what we are dealing with overall.  The vertical impeller, probably the only original engine design actually being proposed, is holding its ground as a multi-functional electro-inertial engine, whereas we are seeing vortex spirals, but no linear spirals, flat, or vertical spirals, yet to be truly considered by the general public, in spite of those shapes' obvious performance enhancements in electrogravity and electro-inertial dynamic application.

The Cannae electric-inertia space engine has finally come across my watchful eye too, which further adds credibility to the vertical impeller, and just is not very well known in the public because the EM drive (the "other" electric space engine) has made those headlines instead.  More is now understood about Townsend Brown electrogravity, as seen on the Updates and Design Improvement page, as well, which also relates to the vertical impeller.

The vertical impeller makes use of dielectric and magnetic layers, which by themselves under induction of flyback voltage creates an electrogravitic lift; yet while also set into motion, that lift is accelerated in multiplication upon itself (squared), while given a linear value of it's rate of motion of an individual plate segment to move up or down as the spiral's own geometry achieves -- a warp factor, as it were.

As a spiral is considered as electromagnetic current is run along a wire, with a spiraling magnetic energy (transverse), as electrical flow moves in parallel or longitudinally, then a flat wave between the bottom and top of the vertical core can be induced into vibration giving a longitudinal scalar beam mass, electromagnetically which is a true paradox.  It is the energy of mass, directed electrogravitically, which creates a gravity wave.  A Cannae drive creates gravity in one direction, resulting in inertial force without any moving parts.  Inertia is gravity; it's the same force, and if spun where it does not resist its own motion, it could accelerate an engine spin under its own force of electrogravity to unsafe proportions unless magnetic bearings are used . . .   

A good dielectric material should be able to produce gravity in alignment with its atomic lattice, either up OR down, so a ship can accelerate forward, apply the brakes, or accelerate in reverse, which is also why the vertical impeller is used.

Regardless, things seem to be moving ahead at a steady pace, and I am amazed at how everything is starting to come together.

I realize it takes a LOT of research and experimentation to understand the physics of warp drive, and I have tried to put as much information as possible all in one website, with many links connecting all these concepts together; and in many instances, the links are more important.



I am requesting more people get involved with this, as it should at least now be seen that this endeavor is a steady progressive force, evolving and making progress none-the-less, which is filling the void left behind due to the suppression of science as an agenda which started around 1947.

Please come forward with your accomplishments in anti-gravity propulsion, so more people can have access to more knowledge, so as to increase the R and D levels of society by adding more manpower to these endeavors.

Now, Here's the Good News!


The physics are pretty much done.  I'm not going to bang my head against a brick wall anymore trying to beat the physics senseless anymore.

I'd rather concentrate on the energy aspects of the motor concept of the OTC-X1.  EXPECT UPDATES INVOLVING THIS NEW PHASE OF DEVELOPMENT.  In fact, I've already updated the top article on the Construction Blog page, OTC-X1 Status, the Why it works, explained in Negative Energy Physics.

I've picked up a little steam, got some great advice from friends (glad I have friends), and now I can apply this physics knowledge to energy systems, in DC and AC configurations, using Bedini technology and Bearden technology, pertaining to the OTC-X1.

I think I got all my crazy out of the way on this, and am grateful for some solid grounding ..  well I probably shouldn't say that since I'll be doing Tesla tower Ley-line experiments, also.  BUT, even though I am not to the point of getting utron parts machined yet, I do have a friend who is a machinist, so there's potential here.

As you probably know, or not, I've discussed aspects of AC antigravity, as well as DC antigravity involving Tesla technology.  and that ole OTC-X1 is in an AC style geometry, and it is possible to run dual configurations and switch it over from an AC SYSTEM, to a DC SYSTEM, just from flipping a switch.  

I've found another teacher.  



So ...   The physics explain the mechanisms of frequency and time and gravity and negative energy and all that, but the electronics and energy systems are the next stage -- the power systems, the wiring, the actual technology.  I'm like a kid in a candy store!  This is what I've always wanted to do, work with the energy systems, since I was a kid.  

I will be emphasizing circuitry and power systems now, which now exists in the world after all this time.  But this will be more of a private stage of development, with updates occurring more infrequently.  I'm currently working on a special article involving a modified TR-3B approach which will be featured here on the info page, which will represent the last of the physics phase (and since I don't know that much about it, because I don't specialize in those systems, I might not ever post it up), but these overunity energy systems are a lot easier to learn; whereas the physics took a good solid decade plus some years because metaphysics were involved.  Overunity engineering systems however (now that they are seen to exist), should be a lot easier, since they don't have to be created, just learned, and applied creatively.



AC antigravity using a negative-energy Bedini framework theoretically is supposed to work because of the White-Alcubierre warp drive model involving negative energy, and there is now a working theory of negative energy gravitation.  

AC is actually attributed more toward a negative energy system innately since it involves the snap-reversal and collapse of electromagnetic energy fields; actually a snap-reversal is AC, but a collapsing pulse engine is DC.  

Tesla used both these systems, but primarily he used AC.  A rotor for example can have all magnets facing north out, instead of alternating north/south magnets; the coils can be wound clockwise or counterclockwise for AC, or the polarity can be switched over to alternate not by using a commutator, but by using solid state transistor technology.  Yes, I'm finally accepting Ralph Ring's ultimate reality of the OTC-X1 possibilities.

Quite frankly, the only possibility I truly see here is to make use of double wound "bifilar" or otherwise classic Bedini-style double coil windings  around the OTC-X1 outer electromagnets, whereas the collapse of the EM field will not cause the rotor to suddenly switch directions or stall, because it's making use of the collapse, rather than a sudden snap-reversal of polarity -- the collapse in this case is the key, and can occur over the utron positions, as I've said before.  I don't want to go into too much detail regarding this right now of that which a Bedini engine can simply demonstrate that concept.

Since the Clandestine Disclosure group has determined that the utrons are to be holding a coil winding around them, then now we have a rotor with magnets that spins around, which can either be switched on for a magnet, or switched off for no magnet.  To achieve a pure sine wave form, AC would be the best option to achieve a vortex field of electromagnetism, which some have called a "torsion" field, but since that is a controversial terminology, we'll just call it a vortex field of electro-magnetostatic action that moves upon spacetime.  As far as defining "torsion field," that would serve as a good re-definition, or clarified definition.

In order to obtain the AC configuration while keeping the rotor moving in the same direction, there's gonna be some pole-switching.  The electromagnets might have to be wound clockwise / counter-clockwise / clockwise / counter-clockwise, etc around the wheel, in alternation, and the polarity reversed upon the timing circuit which is what the rotor in a Bedini system is, is a timing rotor - mechanical inductive timing, using magnetic reed switches.

Since the OTC-X1 is a field generator, and a magneto-static field generator, then that is what gives it its antigravity and longitudinal wave characteristics.

I don't want to keep adding new articles so much as I go along, so if any new developments arise, I'm going to minimize the effort, and I'll have to update existing articles.  So if the guy who made the circular electrostatic lifter upgrades his design, it will be featured in that same article, for example.

More people seem to be starting to find this website, even though it's not really being shared around a whole lot, so I'll give it a shot.  I don't know what to expect from this because it's a major shifting of gears ..  but this is all pretty simple stuff so ...  that's the good news.

PART II



In retrospect, as a follow up, now with more information, we found the TR-3B patent (black electrogravity flying triangle).

It *DOES* show compression in front of the vehicle, to move it forward, in contrast to action-reaction Newtonian thrust-reaction propulsion.   So the vehicle moves in the same direction as its "thrust," showing it to be operating on its own internalized inertial forces.  So, electro-gravitically, it is falling forward as the electrogravity forces rush along the sides of the hull, taking the craft with it.  The same would apply to lift it up as well.  Non-Newtonian, because it is not an equal and opposite reaction which propels it, but an equal and identical active force.

So Dr. White is correct, and we are not using Newtonian-based physics here.

It can be summed up simply:  gravity and inertia are two sides of the same coin; where an electrons inertia flows, is where the gravity force also flows; equal and identical ...  NOT equal and opposite

​So in this arrangement, the direction of electron inertia is the negative charge, obviously because an electron is an intersection between electric and magnetic fields as a particle point of mass, and has a mono-pole negative charge, denoting the direction of the electron's inertia.

So as electron mass moves forward, the craft is carried forward, in the principle of electron gravity.

The same thing applies to the OTC-X1, whereas the electron inertia is from the outside of the hull toward the inside toward the Central Accumulator, demonstrating a gravity cancellation effect in that manner.

There may be a scientific revolution?  A new renaissance?  Physics grad students and professors are learning that there are many things that defy the common models of physics, and that the university hides the results that do not favor accepted scientific models.

They are learning about antigravity, and free energy, and that a new model of physics, and new paradigm of understanding must exist, to make sense of, and to understand what is going on with the universe, and too consciousness, and living energy.

This is happening in Europe, the questioning of the universe outside of the standard programmed narrative that universities teach.  You have to work OUTSIDE the university systems for the really cool and fun stuff, anyway.

But the university by it's common inception is a place where ideas can congregate to be freely developed with others as part of the Human race's development and advancement.

So now that mainstream news has FINALLY officially acknowledged the existence of UFO's, and that we are not alone in the universe, maybe people will start to open their sleepy little eyes and realize that we've had advanced technology for quite some time, starting back before WWII with the German flying saucers.  The project director of Lockheed-Martin's skunkworks has said "we have the technology to take ET home."  Dr. Sonny White heading up NASA's warp drive program also says that we have technology "well beyond warp drive."  In fact, we have the technology not only to "take ET home," but to blow up their planet if we're pissed at them...   but that is a little beyond the scope of this article, and most assuredly, we do not ever want to see that happen, or in our still-primitive spiritual awareness, to start any intergalactic wars.  Interesting way to open up an article, isn't it?  

​NASA has announced a new trillion dollar industry involving the "new energy type" which is a multinational project still in secret, but people just are not understanding the new energy type, in spite of this website explaining as much as possible prior to proprietary release of the new energy type, as a land-based free energy power production system called the "Tesla-tower Ley-line."

It will start privately at first though, although information will be published, but as usual, it will require you the researcher and experimenter to due your own work to verify and duplicated it, because this will not be going on the market, but start off at a private level, and then a trade level technology -- private contract.  

Already, I've had sabotage happening here but no theft, and so we have set up cameras, the fire department has been notified, as well as the neighbors.  If people still want to come snooping around on black motorcycles and full black motorcycle suits and black SUV's or trucks or whatever, we'll get the police involved, or just do what any red-blooded American country folk would do, which is to take care of our own.  We can legally do that in this state.  Living next door to the local fire chief who is also an excellent machinist, is a good thing.  Hunters who lease the property have also been notified.  Rednecks and x-military vets with PTSD are some of the most creative people ever when it comes to home security.  . . .  We also have a local Bigfoot, and really weird creatures roaming around from time-to-time; city folk just have no idea, really.  There's a reason we have guns in the American outback.  When Bigfoot comes along and kills yer turkeys, how are you gonna eat?  



Eventually Europe and other countries are going to be moving away from oil, and onto new forms of energy, and so new technology development is something to keep up with modern standards, so people like myself can still afford to eat in 20 years, and maybe raise kids.

I've talked about this on this website, but I wanted to write a brief article about it.  This technology is far more advanced than anyone realizes.  Previously when it was set up in its initial prototype phase, it was neutrally-grounded, so as to not generate an electromagnetic energy, but an electrostatic energy instead, and a LOT of it.  This had an effect upon biological systems as well as consciousness.  As many are finding out in the UFO communities and advanced aerospace, there is a thought-piloting aspect to those technologies where psychic ESP is involved to pilot a craft.  The initial Tesla tower system did also demonstrate this.  The large tower acted as an antenna, connected to a receiving pedestal in my living room.  Through this up-link, consciousness could connect to other distant consciousness through the ethereal and astral frequencies.  There is a lot to this.  Those skilled in astral projection could interface their energy, through this electrical consciousness hook-up.  

That however was deemed unsafe as a non-polarized energy system.  You won't find me talking a lot about that either except to those with special access, because of the sensitive nature of information exchanged, which by complete accident and coincidence made things known on the receiving end, while without shedding any light on any compartmentalized memories on the transmitting end, which still remain (as far as I know) completely unknown.  These things did involve the secret space programs, which is a highly compartmentalized and classified reality, that is not yet to be discussed with the general public.

Even though the original Tesla system harnessed the same energy as natural lightning, it was a little different, involving static scalar negative energy -- radiant energy waves, longitudinally (not just up and down, but blanketing along the surface of Earth for a very long range).

NOW HOWEVER, it has been realized how to circumvent all those unpleasant side-effects, to be able to harness electromagnetic energy (correctly polarized) to run machines, electronics, etc ...  SAFELY -- honoring life systems non-destructively.


The safety features include non-interface with consciousness through varying frequencies, dimensions and even realms.  Harnessing natural energy for power, to charge batteries, run motors etc, and keeping it safely outside in a dedicated energy line, without broadcasting energy, is what this new information release will be about -- the development of free energy power production via the Tesla-tower Ley-line system, non-disruptive and non-invasive, safely handling energy without compromise to biology.

Basic Human ignorance and lack of attention span is still a bit of a security risk, however.  People can be told "hey, this is important, do not touch or disturb," and they will poke and prod it for their own selfish curiosity to exercise their own power over others, to feed their own ego, without any regard to life, nor any regard to the highest good -- that which is the most beneficial to "water life to grow."  Many do not understand <--- that what was just written.  

This is why this technology will remain private for a time, and then when released, it will still be safeguarded (not available on the market), because of the threat of Human ignorance to create self-destruction to life-based systems.

Scientists are still struggling to get funding for more and more elaborate theories of gravity (now involving quantum entanglement), while remaining completely oblivious to what we have already achieved nearly 100 years ago.  That is ridiculous, but unfortunately, that is the reality that we live in, pre-disclosure era.   As Tesla expressed, more and more complex theories do not mean anything other than a distraction away from engineered devices.  Complex theories of quantum entangled gravity without any understanding of engineered devices, or any proposal of engineered machines, is still the same thing people have been trying to do over and over and over, never actually having a design, or working technology to back up their proposals.

If you do not understand the classified nature of gravity technology, you do not need to be working in this field of gravity or negative-gravity engines, nor even warp drive.  Conspiracy is not even in the same ballpark as classified technology.  People are not able to wrap their minds around that, and do not even try to do any research into the past, or even attempt to communicate with those who do know.  Why is this?  Because of fear -- fear of the unknown, fear of the ridicule, fear of the having to do a whole lot of back-study just to catch up to what they are afraid to find out ......    So we're starting small here, with a land-based energy production system.  Portable systems are already revealed on this website, but you have to study and learn and research, and not everyone knows how to do that; so it still remains under a blanket or umbrella of secrecy, merely because people are too ignorant to understand it for themselves through the scientific method of duplication and verification.

It's not my job to point out the advanced technology we do have, of which that is starting to be revealed through whistleblowers and through interviews, even in mainstream media, which has its top-of-the-food-chain pinnacle, described in contemporary terminology as: the secret space programs.

My job is only to make enough money to live on, and as a necessity of my career and abilities, to keep up with modern advances, which also includes assisting those like NASA, and terrestrial defense organizations since it is now acknowledged in public on mainstream news that we are not alone.  Mainstream also includes the Air Force recruitment T.V. commercials regarding the adventure of serving on board our "starships," for the Earth Defense Force.  That has been a public notice.  

​I do not have an interest in changing the world or upsetting the world infrastructure that we do have, since I depend upon it for my own survival.  That does not make me a bad guy, or an evil guy, but just a guy, and a scientist.  In order to stay safe, and to survive in this world, I have to walk the line.  I'm careful not to trespass, but I do understand that we have to evolve as a Human specie, and no one individual has the power or the right to say how that will ultimately unfold (since no one individual can possibly know what is in the best interest for all; and now that we are finding out we are not alone, "All" is a lot bigger than the human ego).  

The ethics of interaction with other species not of this Earth are to be done without engaging or putting Earth in a compromised position viewed as a threat to the rest of the galaxy.  That is also another reason why things will proceed very slowly, but not too slow, since we have little choice but to address these new beginnings.

I suppose in that sense, it is also my job to represent Earth wisely, while keeping everyone's best interests in mind, to the best of my abilities.  This planet's monetary system is an archaic system, but it is unfortunately what we have to work with at this time; and the risk to advance up to the next stage of Human civilization is not to be overlooked.  We will either completely destroy ourselves, or by result of our own actions, cause destruction upon ourselves; OR we will evolve into a new type of reality which honors life and upholds the principles of honorable action unto life beyond Earth, and upon the Earth.

All of our abilities and intellect is being put to the test at this time, because it is those gifts that we must use to survive these changing times, as honorable warriors and scientists, inventors and adventurers, with compassion and honor to life as the top most priority and highest ethical standard of any life-system anywhere in the universe.

....   as a brief aside, Tesla free energy with antenna and ground units (See: Max Loughan) are all over the internet at this point.  The technology is fairly well known at this point and very, very simple.  I think the beauty of it, is that it is a non-disruptive technology.  It won't change our existing infrastructure.  

NASA seems to be interested in the "new energy" technology, as there have been some noise made in international circles regarding a new "trillion dollar industry" but, if the powers that be want to make upgrades to our Earth infrastructure, the beauty is nothing would have to be torn down, we can still use our power lines (a requirement for negative energy amplification), and it's just an easy switch to harness the collapse of the electromagnet, rather than the electromagnet buildup as current generators use.  It will also be a lot safer for life-systems and biology.  Growing advanced farms would be ideal in a Tesla ley-line, since it tends to super-grow plant-life.

As long as it's negative scalar electromagnetic (polarized) energy and not  negative scalar electrostatic (non-polarized) energy, we'll be fine.   ....   This is currently a research project, not a free energy project, technically speaking.

After 5 years of work, as seen on this website, the finished product (aside from Tesla tower Ley-line publications, and additional publications; see the below article) of engineering development is the LAU-X4 hyperdrive spacecraft.  

The LAU-X4 hyperdrive is beyond warp drive in theory.  It's hard to say at this point if it will reach Alpha Centauri in 2 weeks, or 2 hours    . . .  and so it's designation of a warp drive, or a hyperdrive remains to be put to the test.

Also, any publications will be step 1, step 2, step 3, with a good table of contents, well organized, and with lots of auto-cad engineered diagrams (not the crappy stuff I have here in the website)!!!  My book originally had over 200 images in it, so ...   don't think that it'll be all words, because some publications may be mostly images.  I'll be working on that for a while though, as well as doing more work, so this website will have to suffice for the long haul.

I will be adding a new section to the website ..  I'll have to figure out how to do it but Paypal should work fine for it.  It's in the works.  I plan on disclosing and releasing the Tesla active vacuum technology systems, schematics, and engineering physics for the      >100,000 watt free energy permanent sustainable-energy generators.

The first two things I will make available is the entire active vacuum negative energy and zero point energy technology in a way that the general public can understand and build.  The IPE (infinite energy) technologies are in existence, but those are more advanced, and I'm authorized to release the basics of what is required to make a warp drive function, and to power people's houses for thousands of years, and otherwise those technologies required for a warp drive civilization pertaining to energy systems (no replicator disclosures...).

This is not some fantasy far-fetched head-in-the-clouds dream, it is science and technology.  These systems I will be disclosing and revealing do actually work. However, there will be an element of a safeguard, in that the information and schematics and technology and physics WILL be shared.  I should stop with the explanation right there but to all you strange people that have different ideas, let it be declared that these technologies will be opened to global development within the next 2 - 5 years through the publications through this website (and if I have to link to another website specifically set up for such commerce, then so be it). 

It is a great pleasure to see all the new free energy and zero point energy disclosures and patent releases going on just within the last month ..  it's all the same stuff.  Makes it easier.  My master, Dewey Jones, has given me his blessing to releasing this new information.  He has worked with military and technology since he was a boy. He has studied directly under Cal Richardson, Tesla's lab partner, and has the knowledge of how to build the infamous Tesla free energy black box.  We are all lucky that Tesla's legacy has survived through him, and those parts ready for public release now proceeding through the LAU Trust administration.

The impeller starship designs are based on his work, research, and participation on what has been discovered by Humans, and immediately made secret. And yet, it was inevitably simple for ME to figure out because I was half-way there already upon the very initial onset of this website's creation.  Also when I was 8 years old, I had come up with a similar concept on my own involving rotating spiraled mass.

I believe it's time to release the super advanced technology that is maybe a little old-school, but it's still super advanced to today's public standards.  Whatever else exists in secret, I'm sure is way more advanced.  So what worry is there?  There is one worry, but I won't get into it.  Well maybe I should.  It's the economic system.  It's an easy thing to say that I and others in my local and nonlocal think tanks have beat that subject to death and have come to many realizations but the only real solution is just to be free with creative desire. That is the only real truth of existence.  Monetary systems and economic paradoxical supply and demand constructs which create monetary systems ..  well those are good.  Can we do better?  Yes we can.  But it would require teaching people how to tap their credit, and access and file and all that, the public trust account number on the back of everyone's social security cards made possible through the birth certificate.  Do I know how to do that?  Absolutely not!  Others have figured it out though.  But this isn't about transformation of the SYSTEM, or the ascension or transition or complete overhaul or removal altogether of it; because that is not my focus.  That's for others and for governments to handle.  



I hate to say it, but I sort of have to be self-serving here while serving the greater good of all -->  If you don't want the technology of the capacity to generate over 100,000 watts of power in a permanently sustainable fashion for thousands of years with no moving parts, then do not purchase the downloadables that will eventually be made available as soon as I can get it done.

The general comments post on the general blog page had discussed that.  I also had revealed the key element involved in the active vacuum ley line energy production, but have since deleted it so you have to read about it in the active vacuum release.

​This stuff has been hidden for a while, and so this upcoming technology release will be blow the lid off the box ...  and the power supply for the warp drive should be MUCH easier to understand after this release.  I am not going to hold back ...   I will also make a warp drive workbook available for purchase that simplifies everything in a clear-cut and organized fashion, removing the compartmentalization that blocks the mind from grasping the whole, but that might take longer.  First thing first --  the Tesla Active Vacuum Ley Line release involving the technology Earth-based energy systems, and also of portable power systems for ships, and my original Tesla tower notebook that shows the schematics and how it's all wired up.

I've been sitting on the critical "aha!" moment for some time now, being told over and over to keep it a secret, and I have pushed the envelope as far as possible in divulging that information but without really saying or showing what really makes it work.  I had to learn it, and learn to recognize it for myself.  I have just recently been given the authorization to release the power source with no holding back.  

This upcoming technology release is made possible by the recent release of patents and disclosure of technology into the public domain (of which this website really helped push for that).

To note, I mentioned above "releasing for global development."  I ask you to keep in mind that these actual working devices have been hidden after certain incidents ..  There is a standard somewhat legal process that certain agencies practice involving making an offer to the inventor to sell, and if declined then the technology is stolen, and if that doesn't work, then the inventor is directly attacked to preserve secret and nondisclosed supposed "national security" interests (that no one seems to know about and officially "do not exist").  My mentor in fact did offer to work with certain agencies, but because of all the state secrets or otherwise "black knowledge," that the inventor does not have clearance to need to know so as to enable better working in cooperation with government and private entities, then there has not been any real way to facilitate any progress (I'm purposefully leaving out certain details).

The sad thing about it, is that those people who do have advanced knowledge and should be working with secret scientists on projects such as in Antarctica involving reverse engineering of ancient ET and Human infinite energy and faster-than-light technologies, are on the other side of the secrecy/suppressed coin.  Whereas before, information was withheld from the public by government and corporate elite groups, now those groups are no longer able to function to truly understand the advanced technology they have discovered without help from individuals and groups in the private and public sectors.

​So to make a long story short, the release of this technology is releasing everything short of the actual devices, but otherwise full disclosure will be made known in these releases.  That enables a safety feature with regard to global security while keeping the safeguards needed to protect against globalism.  There needs to be an information exchange, which is ongoing currently, world-wide.  This effectively also ensures the survival of our species ultimately, since we have already seen terrible environmental disasters such as how the Gulf of Mexico has been killed (no life is there, now), destroying coastal lifestyles and economic trade, as well as food supply ...  as well as Fukashima which is an extinction level environmental disaster event as things stand right now.

I also mentioned radiation shielding in a way of matter-energy conversion.  Some of those technologies have been publicly released involving manufactured diamonds capable of absorbing radioactivity and converting it to electricity. Such a diamond plating can be used on the robots in Fukashima to protect them against radioactive destruction, as shielding.  Some shielding technologies (in private) do exist to block 100% of radiation (cosmic and gamma rays).  Whether or not those technologies are somehow suppressed or classified above top secret, I do not know.  But those who do know aren't sharing what could save our planet.  We do run a terrible risk regarding the destruction of all life on this planet, and since Earth represents so much, and holds so much important genetic life-encoding that has been contributed by many galaxies, then there have been Human / ET programs in place to correct the mistakes, but ...  without Disclosure, we run an additional risk of becoming involved in a galactic war over Earth.  We already have advanced star ship technologies and weapons as people like Tompkins and Goode and other whistleblowers have already shared.

So this technology release is rather important, to say the least.  This will be another layer of disclosure, while making room for further releases in the future as new developments arise.  My funding is cut short at this point, so I have to release what I have, which may very well be an ongoing process over the next 5 years, before I can settle back into my own initiative of continuing further project development.

Alright look.  This is THEORETICAL PHYSICS!   ..   Everyone seems to think theoretical physics is worthless and holds no value.  So when I start talking about charging some money to make some downloads available, then everyone has an opinion.

I went through a rant about this, but the editor didn't save it.  And it's probably a good thing it didn't.  It is real technology ..  but it's under development based on what does work that I have personally achieved, and from what others have achieved - science.  

Actually .....   in a very short time it won't be theory anymore.  I'm pleased to announce that I'm finishing up the last bits of experimentation as of today (6/10/17), and have high hopes that the modifications to the electromagnetic Ley-line will indeed produce the powerful results I am hoping for.  It will take some months yet to finalize those details, but I'm in the duplication/verification stage of this new knowledge passed down to me directly from Tesla, through the lineage of Cal Richardson, Tesla's lab partner, associate, and co-developer of all the Tesla technology (including the free energy black box, of which I'm not privy to that information, just yet).  However it is similar to the Motionless Electric Generator as seen on the links at the bottom of the article called "Tesla Power" on the Free Energy / Tesla page.





Regarding the OTC-X1:

It's not mine, I'm not going to patent it, and it is something the public can back engineer.  There is something special about the OTC-X1 that again, follows along the lines of negative energy production that I'm not going to talk about because if I keep giving away all my work for free, then I won't be able to continue to work on these wonderful things like warp drive that makes this website so very popular.

I'm actually surprised by this.  

All this time I had the answer but didn't see it because my Tesla tower and console grounds achieved equilibrium and depolarized, so I didn't think it was permanent. If only if only, but I'm glad I didn't at that time. I figured out how to prevent that, and to keep up a permanent high-powered output. It is so simple, too!

I had no idea it was single pole negative energy until years later. I just thought it was electrostatic without magnetic polarity and a whole LOT of it, too!

It was totally accidental too. I was just following the natural course of energy that I could feel and perceive the nature of innately.

I'm surprised no one has figured this out with all the information I put up on my website.

I'm talking kilowatts of usable power! Actually .. I'm NOT talking. Folks are just gonna have to read the downloads. Folks gotta pay a small fee for this one. 2 - 5 years is all ya gotta wait.



This IS the technology of electromagnetic energy production to power houses, based on warp drive!

This future release will allow for regular folks to start generating their own power from home, particularly in rural areas. In the city or in town, it may be difficult to do tho. It would probably be better to use solar or wind (per city ordinance allowances), when in town.

Small yards in town or in the city may not be practical, because a smaller set-up might not produce enough output (most people's back yards are too small). 

This technology is best for rural areas and for remote locations where no powerlines have been run.

You'll probably have to be a bit technically inclined in order to build your own. .... it could very well be cheaper than solar since you have to build your own.

 It's also involving wireless line-of-sight beaming of energy so that cuts a lot of the cost of having to run long wires to houses on a large farm or community land, which can get expensive.


I will provide detailed schematics, color photos, the full description and 5 - phase energy production technology, defining everything that needs to be known about this in order for you to do it yourself.

​It is no longer just theory.  I am not even going to even hint about this, because my entire website is already doing just that.

To address the sensitivity issue:  The electromagnetic Ley-line and negative energy power production systems will be limited so that "some thinking will be required" to assemble.  It will however be simple to understand.

It will also be very well organized and detailed, easy to reference, and easy to see, organized in a step-by-step fashion, with no compartmentalization or hidden references.

Additional highlights of what will be available:

Negative energy is defined in terms of both physics and engineering, along with positive energy, and how to transform between the two using Earth-based systems, and how to generate it in abundance for clear understanding of what negative energy is, what it looks like, how it works, etc, which is the basis for the warp drive power source, along with some history of how it has been used in the past, and how it can be used to power motors and lights. 

That has already been confirmed by other experimenters, who have duplicated Tesla's technology, so such a full understanding can be shown. 

Miguel Alcubierre has shown us that negative energy is a requirement for warp drive.  So being able to show how to harness / harvest it, and to describe and define it, is a very important step toward engineering warp drive, and to see exactly how we have been overlooking it all along.


So after all this work produced on this website of trying to figure out what in the heck is going on, I can finally say okay; this is exactly what's going on and why it works and how we can make more, and how we can flip it and convert it for practical use.


I really must stress though, I wouldn't really say I was harassed but I did have strangers snooping around, and a satellite had parked overhead while I was working on all this before, and all this technology had been stolen and shut down by J.P. Morgan and others who learned what Tesla was doing and tried to stop it.  The same thing had happened concerning the OTC-X1 and John Searl's flying saucers (he was taking on passengers, the airports were expanding their facilities in his area, and there are many videos and photos of it in action).  That is easily researchable.  

So in the releasing of this technology, it will be done in stages, and you will have to do some research, and learn it as it is presented.  I will feel a lot safer once I get this information out, and I will also be better funded to continue to provide new developments and discoveries based on the funding I hope to receive from publications.  Already some zero point energy patents have been released, along with the TR-3B flying electrogravity triangle crafts. As long as this website has been up and been continually growing, I've only received maybe $50 bucks in donations. That's not even enough to maintain the website.

I will be providing schematics and construction detail for the purpose of building and constructing negative energy and electromagnetic energy production technology.  But you will have to think about it, and maybe do a little research.  There is just no getting around that because ANYTHING that is presented dealing with new technology and physics will require that, just to know what it is that you are soldering together. MANY engineers can look at a Bedini patent and scratch their heads because they have no clue what an electromagnetic collapse is.  I have talked with engineers with bachelor's degrees (and associate's degrees) 3 or 4 years ago who don't even know what an electromagnetic collapse is.  I am not kidding. 

I was working with an OTC-X1 pod, full of engineers who criticized me for examining Dr. Ning Li's theory of AC-gravity production and another physicist's research telling me that if there is no device built, then it is invalid to even consider.  When I showed them John Bedini's schoolgirl circuit, they had flipped out and told me since they didn't learn it in college and had degrees under their belt, that it didn't exist. 

​So, this is most definitely a challenge for me to disclose, and I will do the best that I can.  I'm not perfect, and I can't hope to please everyone. You learn by doing and by experimenting.  You also learn by reading and thinking.  How you learn is defined by how much you want it, and the lengths that you will go to, to do so.  Nothing is handed out on a silver platter because if people don't want to reach for it, then it will be meaningless and without value, because people have to learn through their mistakes and regrets, otherwise people can't truly appreciate it, nor can they truly understand it, if they don't want to learn about it.  

Everything handed out on a silver platter to someone has been lost, most of the time.  Give your child a car for his graduation and he wrecks it 2 months later.  But if he has to work for it and earn it, he will keep it for many years. That's just an example. Tell someone that what they're doing will be self-destructive and they don't believe you!  They have to learn the hard way.  That's another example.  No more silver platters.  You have to earn it for it to be real.  I hope you can appreciate my disposition in this matter. 

My original intentions for all of this was just to be able to demonstrate the metaphysical philosophy of creation, that your intention does indeed create your reality, that every individual has boundless limitation (limitless; unlimited) who can make the impossible possible.  But people don't understand the metaphysics, so I had to work harder to prove it, by oh let's say ..  creating a warp drive.  Well now we're here at that threshold where a warp drive has become possible.  I've been saying all along it won't be handed out on a silver platter, it won't be handed out on a silver platter, well?  It won't be handed out on a silver platter. You have to pay for it, you have to learn it, earn it, and demonstrate responsibility, integrity, and accountability, wisely.  Learn how to learn.  Learn how to discern.  It can be staring at you right in the face, and if you don't know how to recognize what you see, then you could be handed a silver platter and just use it as a Frisbee and toss it in the trash can. 



People have also said "oh, he just wants money.  If he was a real scientist, he'd do it for free out of obligation to do the right thing for the world.  If it's the truth then it's free."  ....  I will address that.

I have already given away a lot for free, but without any resources to continue to give to the world, then how can I?  There are no jobs in my line of work to be able to express what I know and show it and expect it to go on a warp drive resume' that shows I'm qualified to work in that field.  That field does not exist in the public sector.  It cost money to machine parts, to buy materials, to maintain a website, to cover overhead costs for publication so to get it out to the world, to pay someone to help you erect a tall antenna, etc.

If the truth is free, then why do you have to study and learn the truth?  I've read a lot of books about the truth, and I've learned that you have to pay for the lesson, in some way or another, be it school of hard knocks as one learns to live truthfully and express that truth to others who will not hear or see it, or otherwise.

​People have even told me that they want to see my credentials or they won't even waste their time reading the website, so they can make sure I have a "deep understanding" of what it is I've been working with for years already.

This is a very volatile field to do work in for these reasons.

Final disclaimer:


In fact, I want to make one final disclaimer here.

What I will be releasing is for experimental purposes, for the purpose of others to do their own experiments in order to develop free energy with the ultimate goal of perfecting the technology of negative energy power generation.

That means that I am respecting possible sensitivity issues to this technology, that what I disclose may or may not be, upon receipt of information, enough to right away start producing energy in large quantities, because due to the volatility of this field of technology (as discussed above), I will not be withholding any key elements purposefully, but some minor elements may yet require further minor (VERY MINOR) testing.  That also means, that I'm releasing 95% of the technology (just a rough estimate), with just enough left to the experimenter to handle his/her own research and testing on the matter, just enough to avoid any possible consequences within a plausible deniability paradigm. 

There is a lot of very weighty disclosures being made currently (zero point energy and TR-3B patent releases), and so due to that disclosure agenda, there is enough evidence in existence to show that such a disclosure agenda is currently underway, and that gives me reason and recourse to believe that this release and revealing of technology is allowed.  Also, since NASA and other agencies have expressed their desire to develop warp drive flight, then this technology has already been opened up to the public, and my belief does not make any difference; what only makes a difference is how this technology is "opened" or revealed, in responsible ways.

As far as my own sensitivity issues go, this release will allow for funding for further testing and development that will be released as those developments arise.  I'm testing the waters with this, but I can say without a doubt that there is enough known so that this technology is possible, and is no longer in the strict realm of "just theory."  I can't say any more, or any less, because the existence of this technology may or may not be a subject of uncertainty due to, as the Brooking's report so famously suggested, the need to respect the public's perception of what they may or may not be able to emotionally handle.  Rationally accepting certain disclosure is another matter. But when dealing with public reaction, it is an emotional matter that may or may not be a rational reaction to disclosure.

I mentioned beaming of electrical energy wirelessly.  Where an antenna or transmitter is energized and can transmit longitudinal wave energy (which will be 100% defined, so you know exactly what I'm talking about in the downloadables).  The satellite white paper I saw described an electrostatic scanning beam mounted to a satellite with output at around 1400 volts for purposes of orbital maneuvering and station keeping.  That means the energy does exert a force that can be used for di-electric maneuvering in space.  

So, it was lucky that I detected the scanning beam before. I just happened to coincidentally feel it, and so I turned my meter on.  I have already observed that an electrostatic corridor creates an electrical conductive conduit similar to a wire that electricity can be transferred on.  I'm not talking about beaming electromagnetic energy.  I'm talking about beaming negative energy to be converted to electromagnetic energy, which is a safe deployment within the life-sphere of Earth.  Microwave energy to transfer power is unsafe obviously.  But negative energy transfer is safe, because it has to be transformed into "positive" energy, which is electromagnetic current, in order to be used, for power generating application.  Keep in mind, this is a highly simplified explanation.

We don't have to use microwave beams to send power from space to Earth-based receivers.  We can instead use negative energy wirelessly which is harmless to any birds that may be flying through the beam path. Again, I will provide the definition of all of this in the downloadables.

However, if you park a satellite overhead NASA (it was a NASA white paper for the satellite), please be aware of two things:  By initiating a beam path as before, you could actually be providing energy to a ground-based receiver that can use that for power production (which is a good thing, and should not cause any unsafe overloads on ground-based platforms, now that I am more aware of this technology and understand it more).  I am uncertain if it will transfer power to the satellite, though, and I am unsure if it will have a push upon the satellite. I observed interference wave patterns in the sky during these Tower - Satellite test phases, just from merely connecting up the tower ground (there was a perfectly clear X-marks the spot that formed within seconds that looked like clouds in an otherwise clear sky. These observations have been noted around the world in fact, as photos of this interference wave phenomenon are published and shown on the internet). This type of energy can emit in a tight beam, of coherent energy, with a wide-beam area affect of an overall Earth-energy area field, of safe energy harmless to biology generally speaking, although the affect upon Human biology, and to the Human electrical Kundalini, may scare people initially if they have no knowledge about such things forehand,  and so the only harm to one is due to how one's own mind is empowered to interpret it.  Fear can do the most damage; and fear of the unknown of what is not revealed or disclosed or on notice, is the only risk.

In my initial 5 - phase outline of 5 phases of energy development procedures, magneto-electrostatic energy is used in some of those applications (the lightning discharges from a Tesla tower is magneto-electrostatic energy, but it can be in either positive or negative form; positive magneto-electrostatic is harmful, but negative energy magneto-electrostatic can be physically touched, or at least you can be holding a metal rod with your bare hand and able to touch it in that way without injury.  I do not recommend anyone to try this, and although I have seen people try it for some fun, I will advise right now to not do it, for liability issues. You've been cautioned).

For these energies to be transferred effectively, point A and point B have to be in sync, and be in resonance. That means just a fly-by would not be a problem or an issue, but holding station overhead may have unintended consequences.  Again, for liability issues, I must make this known, that I will not be responsible for accidental damages, or anyone for that matter who chooses and desires to experiment with this technology, because people on the ground do not know if a satellite is going to come by and park overhead and initiate action.  So the liability is on the satellite owner, not on the ground-based experimenter.  This is a notice.

It is obvious that my experiments were known somehow, and detected, and then observed, and I have discussed the results of that satellite-tower experiment, which has been on public record and notice for the past several years. So it was no accident that a satellite parked overhead; it was intended and under full conscious knowledge of the satellite owner/operator to do so, because my exact coordinates had to have been known in order for the satellite to make such a precise "orbital parking" (again, an electrostatic beam makes a tight corridor within a slightly dispersed cone-shaped area beam as I have measured both on ground-based platforms, and from detecting that satellite).



So ....    I feel more confident now that the reader can make an informed decision to purchase the papers / ebooks or otherwise that I must make available in the very near future (I'm giving it a comfortable 2 - 5 years to make sure it will be the best possible release that I can do), for development purposes and construction purposes, for the highest good of all life, for the advancement of Human civilization without destruction to Earth, and to ensure the survival of the Human species in harmony with the living bio-sphere of life on Earth that we as Human beings or incarnates must co-exist with.

Maneuvering in space is a primary requirement for getting around out there.  Static electrodynamic inertias of positive and negative energy seems to be the way to go.  There are self-contained (yet interactive with an environment) and open systems involved with electrogravity, and with moving a ship.  We know satellites are using reactionless electrogravity systems that do not expel mass; and the EM drive for electrogravity in a vacuum also has pioneered the new frontier (the Chinese has admitted to using similar systems as the EM drive now for the past 6 years; the EM drive has been around for at least 10 years, first introduced in Britain).

There is still a little problem, in that conventional electrogravity in a vacuum, in those tests and verifications in the public, still show relatively slow speeds of getting around, but maneuvering a ship (turning, rotating, angling) is still viable with these common systems.

It takes a lot of effort just to get a ship to move fast in a relatively straight trajectory, in a reactionless electrogravity engine system, but we are now at the level of Human advancement that to get around quickly in our own star system is absolutely doable.

See the Construction page for the results of static electrogravity systems that can be used for electrogravity propulsion in the vacuum of space.  Yes.  That style of electrogravity propulsion does indeed work in a vacuum, and so the hull plating aspect for electrogravity maneuvering and propulsion is confirmed.  Just scroll down to the words in bold font: "Townsend Brown."

​The hull plating layered ceramic (magnetic conductor) / dielectric conductor has been verified; See: Construction page.  A magnetic aspect must be included with a di-electric aspect for performance of a di-electrostatic propulsion system in a vacuum. This very much stands to reason, keeping with the conventional electrogravity theory of rotating magnetic fields over an alignment of electric spin (like Dr. Ning Li's gravity device), but by using magneto-di-electrostatic fields instead of rotational magnetic fields.

What does "di-electric" mean?  It means "two conductive plates," basically, or a di-electric material.  Telescopes sometimes have di-electric coated optics for enhancing light, kinda like a glowing cat eye.  In contrast, magnets are normally di-polar (having two poles, a north and south).  Sometimes a magnet can have just one pole (mono-polar), but as a secondary effect only (like touching only the north poles of a handful of magnets around one end of a steel pipe, making the steel pipe one north-pole-only magnet).

I don't think people know what to do with these new technologies.  Should they be patented?  Ok, well they still can't be seen commonly as complete (missing information and pictures) for public viewing, so how can they be funded or employed by people who want them?  Space exploration is not something that has it's sole jurisdiction in government or national / international space programs; corporate markets or otherwise corporate interests, and even corporate development is the most prevalent source of action of where people put forth their creative desires and dreams.

Obviously if we could see complete patents with all the information available for verification and testing and duplication, then a patent would be a scientific achievement.  There are many, many patents for alternative energy and advanced electrostatic propulsion and even various warp drive patents out there.  But are they scientifically valid?  A patent is not a declaration of a new law of physics.  A patent is not necessarily even a construction blueprint. 

​Patents are not proof.  Patents are proposals to provide proof, maybe for a price; but when someone is wanting to prove something, they submit a patent.  Look at the EM drive.  It was finally proven by Germany, and by NASA, and then the Chinese said they had proved it too, but it took a long time for that to happen after the EM drive was patented, at least 10 years if not more.

It's not guaranteed that a patent will ever "make it" or be a success.  That's for science to decide.  I don't look up patents if I want to know something, or understand something or be clear with it.  I look at the search engines, and Youtube -- I look for videos.  Many videos are easy to find, but after a year they just disappear into the back-water archives at the bottom of the list of searches.

I feel people are more concerned with what they can "get" from new creations, or for new creations, which may or may not have been very old creations, just re-created.  I think that is due to a general sense of failure or disbelief in the potentials of accomplishment.  It's self-defeating for someone to think what can they get for it, instead of what can they create not just from it, but it is a by-product of new threads of reality that is created; which in those dynamics of new realities exist new creations . . .   not just possibilities for creations.

The path of ego is the path of denial, of mis-using science to support one's beliefs, while disregarding and in denial of the existence of valid scientific knowledge and data / verification that also exists everywhere else, which may either "prove or disprove/debunk" ... based on one's fears, expectations, and self-expressions ... 

And those who are guided by the path of ego misuse science to actively deny the existence of science and/or technology that exists in spite of their concept of self (e-go), and their happy little reality that they have to believe must exist in order to maintain what one believes one's core existence to be ... however limited or unlimited.

You know what it is? It's the fear factor. When people can overcome their fears, then there we are. Fear is the opposite of love; fear is the denial of Love as All Life. ... and then there's Life Force involved which relates but seems un-related to the general philosophy of Love itself. Life-Force wisdom transcends fear, I believe.. However without it known that fear is the illusion and not the Truth of Reality, certainly Earth reality because it is written as law that this is the case, THEN ... Love overcomes fear. ... All the positive emotions come from love, and all negative from fear. ... But there is Life Force involved ... and with that a general live and let live lawfulness of existence. . . . 

Fear is insanity. However, being in denial of one's fears will do nothing to help one logically overcome them. This is a logical universe, albeit also abstract but, geometrical light none-the-less. Logic overcomes fear, because the existence of the universe follows what can be considered as "Universal Truth."

​Negative Energy Static Warp Drive

Everything now has some proof backing it up.

The vertical cones engine is now backed by the success of the reactionless EM Drive .. Asymmetrical capacitors and electrogravity hull plating backed by documented research and development by groups such as Honda motors .. successfully, works in a vacuum.

OTC-X1 worked before, documented but covered up, and that ties in with the discovery of negative energy which is supportive to each other .... showing how these systems work and relate to a common form of technology design and operational mechanics ...

It's been determined some really advanced "magical" things .. 

Gravity cancellation and mass reduction is one such thing, which works as a field generator, considered a warp field generator, but is also dynamic thru the interaction of multiple electrogravity engines. Even able to cancel rotational centrifugal forces and gyroscopic forces, so the spinning of an engine won't impede performance from moving against those forces.

I'm really starting to see how my "university-based" knowledge of physics is limiting further understanding of what I have previously considered impossible .. but logically and geometrically must work and therefore be not impossible.

The Outer Ring is placed at a particular location relative to the warp field generated by the OTC-X1 lower engine, to where those fields can be interactive.  The negative energy field generated as a result of the outer ring can be considered conductive to the field generated by the OTC-X1.  That really needs to be stated, because being in that zone, the fields really are conductive. There might have to be some motion involved with it, though, internally; but, such a thing can easily be done due to its hemispheric construction. It is a different examination of something known to work, but it's working not only in tandem with the OTC-X1, but with the vertical core, and interacts with the particle flow of the vertical core as a fluidic static-plasma conductive generator and transformer also assisting with overall field dynamics, and could be used as an electrogravity propulsive engine in its own right -- those forces harnessed in the static corridor ring segments between the generator "heads" involving the di-electric and magnetic layered "Townsend Brown / Tesla" style parallel plates.  

​They could swivel. They could spin. They could just be static.  The "generator heads" could be moved to the 180 degree zones on opposite sides of the ship with acceleration corridors throughout the majority of the ring segments, so it is hemispherical up and down as well as side-to-side, and able to interact more with gravitational electromagnetism in all axis (Ed Leedskalnin showed how electromagnetism responds according to a gravitational plane, and reversing spins in an X,Y,Z coordinate axis relative to the gravitational plane.

The outer ring has always been something to have to "work against" in order to support the rest of the overall dynamics.  For example the magnetic polarity is strange because it's in the shape of a ring, not a disk.  The magnetic field AND di-electrostatic fields are on the outside edges, conducting through each other as an overall unified field ring.  But it serves as negative energy generators, conductive to the top and bottom hemispheres of the ship and to the energies of the engines, also harnessing and able to harness particle-field circulation; so it is something extraordinarily useful as a component to mesh the vortex forces and inertial energy fields of everything that we want to put to the test to give us more power, more speed, more internal compartment space in the ship, and to work with positive and negative energies for a better understanding of what we want to achieve; and to make use of that special vortex zone at the intersection of the X-1 and Vertical Core energy fields, while also defining the space safe for pilots and travelers in the ship energy-zones.

Negative energy physics however is a LOT different and very metaphysical.  If a corridor in a ring-shape of unified energy, generating potentially a negative mass field, inductively to the particle flow, can be expanded at a distance from a central balance point of unity-energy, even if it does nothing it occupies a interference zone between the rest of the universe and the fields generated around the balance of the ship (between the central accumulator and the vertical core; and that point expanded into a ring of unity-energy, of exotic mass in parallel to that point). 

That by itself is significant; and so as it is, the outer ring is established with the existing foundation in that which it is, already.  Just as it has been seen that the vertical core of cones is similar in design and principle to the EM drive, the outer ring is yet another device demonstrating the principles of the physics involved.

The Universe truly did create it, and the philosophy of creation is validated, also, as True -- it has existed, it already exists, and now can be seen to exist, and can be created; and is something that the universe is already creating (relative to the Human point of view, as well as what Humans can create).

DISCLAIMER:  

The negative energy generator as seen on the Free Energy / Tesla page in the article "Tesla power" is actually in use, and does work (the one shown, used in the Outer Ring is an adaptation of the original). It was an earlier device, created by my mentor.  It is considered a free energy generator with the only power input running just a timing circuit, and it's able to generate a considerable amount of watts, and it is a true negative energy generator.  It is not fully revealed in public however, because it's a risk to come out with new technology that the "evil empire" doesn't want the public to know about.  People have been killed, and their lives destroyed for coming out with technology ...  Read the comments on the various related articles to know more.  It's very secret because new technology is a dangerous business.  I'm being blunt, but I really must make sure this is stated without too much ambiguity.  Even I don't know everything about it, for my own safety.  

I've made some decisions.

I'm not going to be doing any more experimentation until the conditions are right for it.  Until there is enough of an interest in this technology, and people can provide their own leadership to develop it working together, I'm at a true stopping point.  Some people are working on it, that I know of, but we're looking at maybe 10 to 20 years before there can be definite "public proof," unless you make arrangements to sign non-disclosure agreements. 

​The only real reason why the public isn't told, is because of power, the want to control and dominate the planet, greed, fear ...  without ANY ethical or honorable intention.  When people truly realize this, instead of flippantly saying "if you think you can build a ship, then do it," without realizing the need for organization, security, and financial resource, then we may actually see change.

If you CAN do it on your own, do it!  The last thing I want to do is to say there's a reason to worry.  I don't have the resources for further experimentation and development.  I would love it if people did donate however, to repay me for my efforts.  Many people today who know that you have something will want to take it without giving you anything, and silent you over it.  Angel investors for example, are known for it, requiring all the information, designs, circuitry details all up front, so that you hand over all your technology for the promise of funding, but then are just left "hanging out to dry," with nothing to show for it.  

​Meanwhile NO ONE KNOWS what you have, unless you publish it!  

I've wanted to make a career out of this, but I'm stopping at this point because I realize that A) there's not the interest ..  and B) people are wanting the governments to disclose the technology so that people can believe it.  Meanwhile, it's disclosed.  Lookie here, public warp drive.  People say they don't want government intervention and control in their lives, that people don't want to have to ask permission to survive, we can work together, BUT ..  then people are screaming that they want President Trump to disclose the secrets, when they could just have an interest and look around at the world to see, and do their research and think about it ..  Don't depend on the government TO TELL YOU WHAT TO BELIEVE!  Do you want it?  If you truly want it, you have to start winding coils, or start working with others.  Bottom line there.  Learn it.  Work with others to build it.  The "stereo instructions" are disclosed.

People don't really want it, otherwise I would have been receiving donations or emails regarding building it and/or otherwise making it happen.  But I am just not willing to even divulge even a photograph (with permission of course) of a negative energy generator, MAINLY because people need to speak up and use their voices, express their desires, create their realities.  If you don't understand how you create your reality, then you are 100% disempowered. Once you do realize, you'll be astounded, shocked, mind-blown, and it true awe of the nature of existence -- again, that has been kept hidden from people.

I would have thought by now, people would have been a little more evolved; but, only a few have really studied the esoteric philosophy and metaphysics of creation and empowerment, and took those lessons to heart -- only the few, as it always is, always has been, and remains to be seen if it will always be (with the exception of how the Human race was millions of years ago.  The recent discoveries in Antarctica show us that a very ultra-advanced Human / ET civilization used to thrive millions of years ago with static warp drive technology -- impeller style -- free and abundant energy and the like.  Seriously advanced technology has been discovered in Antarctica according to insider and whistleblower sources).

Technology is not but a by-product of life, of enlightenment, of knowledge and wholesome empowerment and awareness and honor to the Life Force.  So many of you don't know.  It's truly sad.  I had truly hoped to make a difference.  Not everyone is suited to work with technology.  But you can put forth your creative powers into related areas to support the existence of it.  Nothing survives in isolation.  

This has been a very difficult endeavor for me.  Emotionally challenging, too.  I've had to overcome a lot of opposition.  But, I have done as much as possible to take a first step FOR Humanity, as strange as that may sound, but not without a good element of truth behind that statement.  It's up to you now.  But at this point, you have no more excuses that warp drive is not known.  It's known.

Di-Electrostatic Propulsion


I been doing it the hard way all this time ...  Apparently, electrogravity works in a vacuum, also as I mentioned on the General Blog article about the vertical impeller, that di-electrostatic forces alone create propulsion, and can warp time.

Rotating di-electrostatic forces have more force, but they don't have to be rotating. 

Negative energy is really all it takes, even run on a wire.

Truly amazing!  Those forces can be contained in a box (a ship hull) to work, without being exposed to atmosphere, meaning they do indeed work in the vacuum of space, and much easier.

I'm totally astounded and shocked by all of this!  It goes way beyond simple electrogravity lifters, which harness the electric force of positive energy, and in the wrong type of geometry ...  It's no wonder Townsend Brown's saucers flew so effortlessly, because it really is just that simple!

​This might be a little blurry, but the direction the craft travels is toward the positive polarity, be it on top, or forward, or both top and forward for lift and lateral motion.  Simple di-electric electrogravity, using magneto-electrostatic energy.

It's fast travel, too.  Very rapid, even through space. Even a magneto-electrostatic field in a vacuum will develop a luminous corona. Space is conductive!  

If simple di-electrostatic electrogravity is so easy, and able to get us to other planets very quickly, then a warp drive would be astronomically fast to get us to another star.

I'm writing this because enough people have informed me about successful tests of di-electrostatic field propulsion, but I had to have figured it out on my own first, apparently.  This really says a lot about the nature of the universe, and for the future of unified physics.  This means warp drive really does work!  

Since it uses di-electrostatic propulsion, and can do so in a vacuum, it means it is harnessing the force of electron mass, gravitationally.

I don't know what else to say!  That image above is from an old rough-draft of my unpublished book. I guess I just never believed it until now. 

Actually I do have a couple of things.  Away from Earth gravity, time frequencies are much quicker. A ship using simple di-electrostatic propulsion should be able to travel at electrostatic wave speed to reach another planet like Mars.  The frequency of that energy is dependant in stronger gravity fields. That is to say just using simple di-electrostatic propulsion, it shouldn't take but under 5 minutes to reach Mars, assuming you're using a couple million volts on the hull plating. Such a high voltage also should help reduce radiation effects within the ship, although high quality radiation shielding is paper thin these days.

You're basically creating a superconductive energy field, but it is an inertial field.  That means at superconductive resonance, the inertial energy of electrons in parallel, in a type of wave collapse, travels at its wavespeed. Whatever is inside a bubble of this superconductive inertial energy bubble is going to travel at its wavespeed, because what is carried inside the field must only be able to withstand such a force?  But the force is not in counter-reaction, meaning the passengers feel no inertial acceleration; they are not thrown against the back of their chairs. The energy is reactionless. But, that reaction of inertia, is instead an action rather than RE-action. The action of re-action could be seen as the whole type of movement, which is a superconductive and reactionless movement. Does it violate Newton's third law?  Yes.  

What is within that field can be other engines to lower or cancel gravitational mass, or create a "wormhole corridor" that the ship conducts through even faster than its wave-speed, but at a frequency mathematically proportional to its wave-speed. It would fall under tachyon mechanics at that point. That's the hard stuff. Otherwise minutes to another planet is very easy.  And the hard stuff isn't hard, it's just more.


How can that be explained?  What's the mechanism?  Well ...  At this point, I'm willing to say it doesn't matter how it works; it matters that it works, or does not.

What's the point?  What if we are somehow quarantined in our Solar system until some amazing Ascension Event, where no one can come in, and no one can leave, from the way, way, way higher ups?

Follow Up:

Well, as things have turned out, di-electrostatic hull plating might be an issue.  Rather, just using hull plating in a vacuum of space won't work, UNLESS a di-electric substance is used sandwiched between multiple layers like an asymmetrical capacitor, employed as hull plating.  Asymmetrical capacitors have been shown to move in a vacuum.

Otherwise, di-electrostatic hull plating will work in an atmosphere no problem.

This is the reason for an internalized engine such as the vertical core which uses air to harness the gravity force; and tests have shown that the electrogravity force cannot be shielded against.  So, the electrogravity force penetrates the hull like it is expected to do so.

The impeller is actually a great idea (vertical core).  It would have to conduct static forces along the hull though (like the flying cylinders people claim are part of the Solar Warden program). 

Lifters don't tend to work so well in a vacuum because of it's wave-shape.  It's just a little wire that can't just grab ahold of space and move it (and moving within space).  A wire takes up hardly any space.  Space is conductive, and it is a substance.  

It's like shaping chi, or Ki.  There's hard and sharp chi, or soft and flowing chi, floating chi ..  Each form will shape an energy field.  A wire is not acting in scalar space.  A wire is one-dimensional, not two, like how electrons behave.  Could be a wedge shape, or a saucer shape, but it's shaping a field.

Electrons, to move through space, have to act at least in 2-dimensions (relative planes or surface shapes).  Also, electrical forces and frequencies do shape space and move scalar space, pushing/pulling or squeezing and expanding electrical energy mass and force ...  in a way like flapping wings to fly.  Frequencies can be pulsed over the hull, in different polarities.  Tesla energy does act in, or rather upon scalar space, as a multitude of tests have shown (like lighting lightbulbs submerged in water), meaning able to act upon a vacuum.  Plasma wings.

Overall, these engines do fall into an acceptable range of probable success, however there are some unknowns.  It is intriguing to see how all of it falls into place.  I really like the negative energy bits, and we know the OTC-X1 worked, and it's great to see how the OTC-X1 and negative energy fits together to transform between positive and negative energies, and along with gravity cancellation using negative and exotic energies.

It's a start, at least.  Energy is much better understood.  Gravity forces, too.  But this is the extent as far as the technology known in the public, and in private circles that have disclosed some aspect of proprietary ...  genius.  



The best part of it all though, is that nothing has been discarded as definitely having been tested to NOT work.  EM drives (electrogravity in the electromagnetic frequency of microwaves) using a gravity cancellation field (OTC-X1) actually could work for very rapid travel to other planets, and use electrogravity hull plating to launch out of an atmosphere, and to land again. 

So all is not lost in the noble pursuit. There is definitely something very peculiar about negative energy. The fact that it is now possible to harness it, now that it has been identified, is truly phenomenal.

New technologies will come from this as an off-shoot on the journey to develop warp drive, it's a fair bet.




The internet is such an amazing tool ..  but, will we ever see any real videos of these technologies actually in action, it is hard to say.  That has been discussed here at warp-drive-physics.com (actually on the Construction Page), and it has been determined actually, that there does need to be a line-in-the-sand as to the extent of what is available for public viewing, as well as for private.  Non-disclosure agreements are not quite the same as a classification, because non-disclosures can be offered/issued by anyone, even ole' Fred down the road. 

Exactly what is that line-in-the-sand though, is not really a hard boundary, but more of something that is played by ear.  No one has ever taken a stab at doing this before to my knowledge (and if I knew, I wouldn't say -- little joke), but the reasoning behind it is that if there are people who believe in the flat Earth and that space doesn't really exist (not just to single them out specifically, but just to keep this somewhat light-hearted), then no one wants to start an argument or controversy that could lead to problems. 

Would YOU tell people?  Maybe you could tell some people who can handle it, support it, and accept it, and be cool with it most importantly.  If people just didn't care, then what's the problem?  I guess you'd have to work your ethics out, about that. Basic discernment.  I'd tell them this much.  I honestly don't know what's out there.

Experimental follow-up; with discussion



Di-electrostatic propulsion is always a frustrating topic. As simple the concept, when dealing with negative exotic/superconductive energies, there seems to be an easy solution, as long as one understands what negative energy actually is.  

Also the vacuum condition is harsh.  Electrostatic propulsive fields easily works in the air, and you can feel it.  But when in a vacuum, the electrostatic field turns into a plasma field. Some people have a difficult time making a plasma field, and instead make plasma arcs. 

Plasma arcs are due to an electromagnetic energy which takes the shortest path.  But a static field doesn't discharge; it holds its space, and its shape as a volume of energy.

So the type of energy is just as important as how it is harnessed.  Radiant electrostatic fields do not take the shortest path, they conform to shape (taking all paths at once, and discussed on the Tesla Engineering Physics page). So a wire on a lifter isn't going to do as good as a coil, or charge plate, because a wire doesn't make a field unless it works with other wires, or unless the wire takes a shape, either bifilar pancake shape, cylindrical coil, or otherwise evenly-spaced di-electrically coiled.

Di-electrostatic propulsion has been seen to work when the engine itself is housed in a hull-space; and whereas the forces of electrogravity cannot be shielded against (as some experiments have shown); and so, the air for the static field to form is within the hull-space itself, not directly exposed to vacuum.

The thing about the energy though, is that it must be parallel longitudinal Tesla energy dealing with a collapsing magnetic force and a radiant electrostatic force, which in a way is what happens when you pass an electromagnetic current through a series of plates, is that the plates form a static charge di-electrically all along the plate surface areas.  But, electromagnetic energy is normally positive energy, and it is not considered electrostatic except only as a by-product of form. 

As long as electromagnetic current is running, a capacitor plate will hold its charge as a di-electric field. A typical capacitor has a conductor through the center and plates at 90 degrees along that conductor harnessing a charge in an electromagnetic transverse geometry.  If it were in parallel, the conductor would run along one edge of the plate, in parallel.  At the point of transverse intersection, of a conductor rod piercing through the center of a conductive plate, the only part that is in parallel is the moment of the intersection itself.  I have gotten confused about this before, but as I'm learning, it is apparent to see that the plates pick up the electromagnetic field moreso than a parallel di-electric field.

The di-electric aspect of the capacitor is seen when at least two capacitor plates are used, which are in parallel to each other, otherwise it can be assumed a di-electric potential to always be present unless actualized. The same with a coil of wire. The coil makes an electromagnet, but the single wire still has the potential to form a magnet.

If the conductive rod runs along-side the plate, then it would be in parallel, rather than in transverse piercing through the plate.

Standard ion-Lifter geometry is in parallel with a conductive wire, in that sense, but a lifter's surface area is transverse to the plane of gravity, not in parallel to the plane of gravity. (see the Construction page for a lifter)

In the plates to the left, it looks like a single wire is run in a square. If that were the case, a single wire could form a coil (assuming the wire is run in a spiral) where magnets could pass down the edges in a generator configuration, forming a north pole on top and a south pole on the bottom.  But that is transverse geometry, not parallel geometry. 

True di-electric parallel geometry is hard-pressed to form a magnet where you want it, because the magnet is out of phase.

This is a tough concept to grasp.  It is more efficient to run the wires along the edges rather than through the center, to conduct di-electrically in parallel geometry.  Di-electrostatic current won't take a single path, but conducts in parallel over the whole surface area at once.  Any time positive energy is run to a single ground wire, like on a standard ionic lifter, a straight path is created instead of a static field. If you notice plasma arcs in a vacuum chamber take the shortest path, usually above where the ground wire is attached below (in vacuum lifter experiments).

Negative energy is mainly electrostatic in nature, already in parallel.  When a Tesla tower is charged, then that energy field conducts a magnet through the air as a long lightning discharge.  The goal of di-electric gravity in a vacuum is to harness the electrostatic force, which is why asymmetrical capacitors have more success than lifters in a vacuum. 

In lifters, positive energy runs to ground in a negative polarity (the ground is positive charge but negative energy, and is electrostatic in nature). The force of electrical grounding is the direction the electricity is travelling in general, and a lifter is designed to form a static field regardless.  Tesla energy uses a concept of "radiant rise," which is the uplifting of static energy away from the ground, depending upon polarity (for example if you touch a Vander Graff generator, your hair on your head will stand straight up).

Tesla energy (negative energy) can harness a polarity as long as it is separated between two plates or points, or over a span of distance; polarity will form, along with a direction of electrical motion.  The same thing happens with radiant electrostatic energy, naturally forming a polarity even though it is innately non-polarized. Polarity is due to the magnet mostly. In electrostatic energy, polarity is due to position and the abundance of relative charge at one position compared to the other.

Everyone who has posted any kind of video showing electrogravity in a vacuum has always used positive energy electromagnetic current.

Negative energy is unique in that it is not self-defeating, nor self-resisting, and instead of driving the positive electrical force to the ground, it uplifts a negative electrostatic force upward to the air, toward it's positive polarity (which is determined by the shape and charge of its environment just as much as the shape of it's own form).

​Huge difference, but will it work in a vacuum?  

The answer to that question is yes.  Space itself is a conductive space, otherwise plasma couldn't conduct. Also, space is high frequency, otherwise plasma could not conduct as such.  If you want higher frequency, just pump a vacuum. 

The space inside a container conducts a charge gravitationally, too. When negative energy is used, there develops a natural lift away from gravity because the mass of the energy itself is much less. Therefore the inertia of the energy itself is much less.  Yes, energy itself has these aspects, whereas energy-mass is determined mainly through a magnetic aspect of its field. So negative energy is much easier to move around, conduct wirelessly, and transmit wirelessly, just by itself without having to build a transmission power box. I've wirelessly conducted a AA battery before through scalar space, so as long as there was an energy field present to conduct it, with only a few basic coils sitting on the Earth.

If you run a positive wire on the left edge of a plate, and a positive wire on the right edge of a plate, then the plate is going to be a positive charge, and you'll find out if you touch the plate and the electricity runs to ground through you. ...  Using negative energy, it is the same, but it won't run to ground, it will conduct out the top of your head. Tesla put on some shows demonstrating this as he stood on a conductive platform charged with a million volts, but was at a very high frequency negative energy.

There's just not many videos I have found on this topic. But there are a couple I'd like to share which does show motion of asymmetrical di-electric capacitors in a vacuum.

Plasma is a high frequency electrostatic.  The frequency of an electrostatic field is raised through the presense of a magnetic field.  Winding Tesla coils around long cylinder-shaped hollow magnets would develop a much higher frequency, just like how an AM radio antenna works.

Ceramic hull plates can develop a magnetic aspect (or neodymium hull plates for that matter). 

Separating a magnetic quality and an electrostatic quality is not difficult, and is what the lightning discharges from a Tesla tower is -- it is the separating of the two energies, and the conducting of magnetic frequency through an electrostatic energy field medium (kinda like an electrical tornado in a storm of energy).

When a system loses its mass, the electrical force alone is propulsive, and it polarizes the inertial mass of energy itself.  People can get knocked backwards from a high volt plasma discharge and end up unconscious on the other side of a room, like from touching an electric box. Plasma has a force that moves mass. A friend ramed into an electrical box with a long metal pipe once and was thrown backwards more feet than he could leap back with his own feet. People have been thrown backwards 20 feet from touching a high volt energy, and thrown to the other side of the room from sitting cross-legged on the floor and touching 3 phase electricity.

When a material is charged opposite to the charge of a bottom piece of material, then one material will tend to want to move toward the other material. The material goes along for the ride as the energy moves it.

When you consider that if you squeeze a slippery bar of soap or a pumpkin seed, it shoots out between your fingers, think of what energy will do to that shape if applied similarly. Certainly shape matters. Wedge-shaped vehicles also creates a different energy potential at the narrow end versus the wide end, much like how the EM drive  works, or cones or utrons. Energy can pull or push, squeeze or expand.


If you want an uneven or asymmetrical lift, charge two plates to where they are both like charges in between, with an air space, and give one plate less charge than the other, so one plate pushes against the other a little harder.  Regardless, asymmetrical capacitor tests in a vacuum do work due to the geometry of the energy which harnesses a specific type moreso than another. Also positive or negative energy makes a huge difference.

In conventional warp drive theory, such as that which EAGLEWORKS uses, negative energy is used to contract scalar space on the leading edge, while positive energy expands space on the trailing edge, giving the craft lift just like an airplane wing, but using di-electricostatic scalar "pressure" instead.

Townsend Brown would say to put the positive on top and the negative on the bottom. That way, the positive energy has a negative ground, in every sense of the word, straight to the quantum vacuum.

There is a circulation field involved.  

​Tesla would apply vacuum pressure through the aether (quantum vacuum in modern terms), and put the positive energy on the bottom and to the edges.  The antenna on the OTC-X1 craft receives energy/frequency, drawing it into the central accumulator. Energy can be received from the outer perimeter of rotating collapsing electromagnets to be folded within through the ship giving it lift, too.

EAGLEWORKS warp drive theory is nothing more than di-electrostatic / di-electric propulsion in a vacuum. It is the bridge technology to the rest of the universe. Quite a huge step in the world. 

This is why the headlines all read "the warp drive works," is because the EM drive, warp drive, and di-electrostatic propulsion is the same thing.  It's not even really used in different ways.  It's all used basically the same way. The EM drive works! That's in the headlines, known across the world.

When dealing with physics and theory, the energy is going to do what you want it to do much more than making the generator to do it for you, if that makes sense. It is a creative process, not a mathematical process.  It's also experimental as a process.  You may have to adjust this or change that to do what you want to with a machine.  Just as long as you know what you're doing and have a good understanding of what you're working with, then you can do anything.

So ...  there's a bit more going on with di-electrostatic propulsion than just involving your simple lifter. Keep that in mind; otherwise, it's achievable.  You do need a conductive hull in space for many reasons, including electrical shielding, and correlating internal forces with external forces. Don't forget that coil systems can surround conductive hull plates to penetrate into the hull, but still be air-tight.

​This di-electric / di-electrostatic hull system also can provide conduction between engine systems, brought up to high frequency from exposure to a vacuum (the vacuum of space).

There's a whole LOT of knowledge here at this website, very condensed knowledge too.  For example, one of the purposes of using two induction coils is to only harness the spark collapse in parallel, and to isolate positive and negative energies. That simple concept is related here, but more advanced engineering techniques to harness it are not. Snap reversals generally harness high volt positive energy (but, not only displaces negative energy, but also allowing negative energy to travel through a positive energy medium; it's not quite exotic, but at least if you understand the nature of the energy, you can understand the rest). Spark collapses harness high voltage negative energy (why you need two coil systems instead of just one).  Your experimental apparatus, engines, devices, can be built based on these physics.  It's the physics which is what's important in this case, because from the physics, inventions can flourish.

Briefly, a snap reversal is when the electromagnetic field in a coil is quickly reversed that forces the field into a high volt compression to create a spark. It's a positive force of compression. Some induction coils behave that way, forcing a snap reversal prior to a collapse of the field, so the action goes like: charge, snap (spark) reverse, spark collapse, charge, snap reverse, spark collapse, and so you get alternating positive and negative energy in a spark gap.

​(This bit about snap reversals and whatnot should be in the "induction coil" section ..  but I just tend to scatter all this info around, not intentionally to make it difficult to comprehend and to absorb but .. it tends to have that effect.  That is my way of compartmentalization; which absolutely does safeguard this information by making it difficult to quickly assimilate.  From time-to-time I'll update sections also and not tell anyone.  I discuss snap reversals on the Construction blog page regarding the OTC-X1 (and on a few other pages, too); but, that was before negative energy was better understood on the Tesla/Free Energy page.  Sorry about that.  I haven't checked to see if it will change how the OTC-X1 is to be wired after it is understood now, how the outer OTC-X1 transformer ring creates negative energy.  I think just about everything that needs to be known has been discovered, at this point, with the exception of a few things like the di-electrostatic propulsion aspect, which is still a little bit in the theoretical range, but serves multiple functions regardless and really truly is an important feature of the ship because it does serve important functions that ARE known.)

However as said above, Eagleworks warp drive concept uses two rings around a ship which compresses space in front and expands space behind. Alternating the spark in positive/negative energy cycle can send only negative energy to one ring, and positive to the other.  

I'm not necessarily saying this is the "right" way to do it, but just that it can be done.  You are required to do your own experimentation, but you are required to know what can be done, otherwise you'll just be floundering lost in the woods for 20 years, which may still be the case in spite of all this information.  And I'm not saying you're necessarily required to know this stuff, but only in that if you want to know, doing your own experimentation is a requirement for knowing.  A basic rotating distributor system works well to time the collapses and reversals and whatnot, making connections on a 360 degree rotation. Simply using coils and a magnet can rotate your system, where electrical connections made by contact via roller bearing or brushes time the system where and when you want it. That is a simple common understanding, however; and we've had that knowledge on Earth in the public as long as we've had automobile distributors. That too, is discussed on the Construction blog page, the Outer Ring page, and other pages, and repeated over and over.  Some of you get gung ho and read and re-read and want to get straight to work, but have failed to understand basic principles of induction coils and rotating distributor systems, electromagnetic compression and collapse.  I am fully confident that in spite of this information, people are still very clueless. I've been on my own learning curve, too. It's difficult to see the history of what came first and what comes last, unless you pay attention to all the time stamps (which do get updated without updating the time stamps, like if it's a little brief but important mention).

Some of the information on this website is way beyond any hope of updating, but I feel that if we have to learn Newtonian physics before Einsteinean physics before Tesla physics, then the reader happily deserves the benefit of the older material as well as the newer sections, to build upon one's knowing. Eventually, the compartmentalization will be lifted a lot and put into a book, I'm hoping, for a permanent record at the very least just so one can reincarnate and still have the information available (maybe a little humorously put; disclaimer*).

Whistleblower testimonies can be very inspiring and helpful. Some talk about seeing ships out in the solar system that tend to glow with a plasma luminescence, some glowing brightly and some glowing dimly. There are some engine systems that use a di-electric asymmetrical plate stack incorporated into a hull shape but stacked from bottom to top. ... With an understanding of positive and negative scalar energy, I think it leads to a breakthrough in understanding these types of di-electric and di-electrostatic propulsion. ...

​Tesla noticed a positive energy compression force of electromagnetic current acting upon the radiant electrostatic energy present in power lines when the lines were initially energized with DC, when he was working for Edison, whereas it took time for the current to reach the substation. Prior to reaching the substation, the compression force of electromagnetic current was so strong that blue parallel and horizontal electric lines of di-electric energy formed on the powerlines and the substation lit up with artificial lightning. But the collapse of electromagnetic fields was nearly instantaneous, travelling superconductively at light speed (negative scalar energy).

​The thing is, the blue horizontal di-electrostatic lines were present long before the electromagnetic current reached the electrical substation. That demonstrates that parallel energy travels so much faster, where at one end of the powerline, the other end is energized instantly, not with positive electromagnetic current but with di-electrostatic current! Whereas the transverse electromagnetic wave was still en route to the destination.

​Harnessing that speed force is the goal of di-electrostatic drive engines. On one hand, positive compression creates that speed force, and on the other hand, negative collapse creates that speed force. So like electromagnetic breathing, negative energy di-electrostatic can be generated from a "beating electromagnetic heart" like the central accumulator.

​That is achieved through the negative energy transformer action at the outer peripheral of the OTC-X1. Since the powerlines accumulated Earth radiant negative electrostatic energy, then there are two ways to move that energy without displacing that energy in a one-time shot. Electromagnetic collapse is negative energy, however snap reversals (positive compression) can move negative energy, or drive negative magneto-electrostatic energy.

​Since negative energy is harnessed di-electrically in parallel to electromagnetic north and south collapse and snap reversal therefore, then we can generate negative energy in a portable engine for a di-electrostatic electrogravity warp drive.



Keep in mind that when the OTC-X1 transformers are snap-reversed, it would tend to move the central rotating di-electric disk in the opposite direction; so the snap reversal should occur over the utrons, OR the electromagnetic collapse for that matter.  I would surmise that an electromagnetic collapse can occur over the di-electric plates, and a snap reversal over the utrons. But, since there are 12 electromagnets, an AC configuration is possible. That is to say, 1/2 of the electromagnets can be collapsed while the other 1/2 can be energized. A snap reversal preceeds a collapse in the most logical "engine-firing" order.  So, there is an engine timing involved with the OTC-X1. A snap-reversal and collapse can occur directly over the utrons which harness the diagonal of the transverse / parallel intersection. A collapse and re-energization would occur over the di-electric plates.

The di-electric plates would receive a collapse; between the plate and utron the coil for that segment re-energizes; over the utron it is snap-reversed and collapsed; the coil is re-energized when it comes onto the next di-electric plate in series, and the cycle continues. In fact, over the di-electric plates, they are wide enough to accomodate a charge and collapse, and another charge and collapse. 

However, as seen in the negative energy generator on the Tesla/Free Energy page, which uses plates between two coils, coil one is collapsed and coil two is energized partially also from the previous coil's collapse, so the energy cycles and perpetuates.

Since the utrons are at a diagonal between transverse and parallel, then it is designed to harness the Alternating Current, not of polarity, but of scalar positive and negative energy itself!

The Outer Ring is based on the OTC-X1 transformation techniques, and based on the primary purpose to generate negative energy. All these mechanisms and techniques are congruent, and co-relate.

The impeller, which mimicks a spinning electromagnetic current run along a wire, yet also involves parallel di-electrostatic transmission, shows the inertia of energy in both transverse and parallel, but also at a diagonal to those vectors. 

Also because of the nature of di-electric and di-electrostatic energy in asymmetrical capacitors to be able to move in one direction in a vacuum, according to its polarity, it can be seen the harnessing of gravity itself through electrical propulsion -- demonstrating the inertia of charge, itself; that charge does indeed have inertia, and inertia is the basis of gravity.

Another type of electrogravity impeller can involve diagonal curved plates on an outside edge of a large ring style segment, but hollow in the center, whereas the curved plates point in toward the center, and are affixed to a sturdy ring-frame.  Also, the curved plates are pronounced at a near 45 degrees, but are curved in a true impeller fashion.      This engine design is not covered in the LAU-X engine style, but uses the principles of an asymmetrical electrogravity impeller.  Once these basic engines and energy systems are better understood, more exotic and yet simplistic engines can develop.

Aspects involved in the Hull:  di-electrostatic propulsion and maneuvering; frequency acceleration in a vacuum; superconductive negative energy warp field generation. The hull dynamics include the inner hull, outer hull, and the air space between the two hulls.  Secondary EM drive thrusters also can be embedded in places to effect maneuvering. Also, di-electric electrogravity engines similar to asymmetrical capacitors, as a hybrid of Townsend Brown's original invention can also be used, and was achieved before the EM thruster came along.  Townsend Brown did it back in the 1930's.  That is discussed on the Tesla/Free energy page in the Tesla power article involving the electromagnetic collapse, generating negative energy di-electrostatic in a plate stack for simple electrogravity not just in an atmosphere, but it can be used in a vacuum in an air-tight housing.

Tertiary effects:  particle shielding




If the LAU-X class ship were a musical instrument, it would vibrate at such a frequency that it could move throughout the star system, and to other star systems and back.

Thought Piloting is also an aspect of maneuvering and directional force - providing a conscious element to the generated fields of light and sound.

All of these engine systems induce the negative energy warp field for light speed and faster-than-light travel.  It is possible also for hyperdrive travel and jump drive [teleportation] as these engines co-relate exotically.

Breakthrough!

I was told I could use my Tesla tower to charge a car battery by connecting the system (or an antenna) to the positive terminal of the battery, and connecting the negative terminal of the battery to ground.  In fact, people are already doing this I found out, from some online research.

They are actually getting a spark-response from antennas, because they are using steel components.  Using aluminum and copper wire and antennas, the material is non-ferrous, and unable to resonate with a magnetic aspect, and unable to spontaneously generate a spark response.  But by using steel wire and antenna components, then the material can naturally polarize with an electromagnetic aspect, and "spark-off" very easily, due to the magnetic aspect involved.

Using aluminum and copper components, the energy is non-polarized with a magnetic aspect, so it requires diodes.  But by using steel components, no diodes are required to polarize the antenna electromagnetically.  The antenna will still be polarized electrostatically, but only by using steel or ferrous material will it polarize electromagnetically (actually, magneto-electrostatically).

In fact, a Tesla tower using steel material instead of aluminum or copper will start generating electromagnetic current usable for motors and standard electricity (free energy) because it will resonate electromagnetically instead of radiant-electrostatically!  

So.  All those electrostatic (electrogravity) lifters out there using aluminum foil, need to switch over to something like thin steel flashing, instead (and sand off that insulative coating crap so that it's bare metal).  That will give it a magnetic response.  A unified field deals with electromagnetism.  If you eliminate the magnetic aspect, it's not a unified field.  Gravity responds to electromagnetism, and is an aspect of electromagnetism.  Electromagnetic inertia is the whole aspect of electrogravity.  Tin-foil non-ferrous lifters will not respond in a vacuum, but steel flashing can!  

As mentioned above also, most lifters are vertically oriented, instead of curved shapes.  Most of the youtube videos of di-electric propulsion in a vacuum don't work because they are using non-ferrous material.

Let this sink in!

That's why these tests haven't been working even though the physics says they should!  It's because people are not generating a magnetic response, or rather a magnetic resonance with the non-ferrous material they are using!

If you are going to use standard magnet wire, wind your coils around a steel pipe, or a steel core, or have a long bar magnet inside the coil winding, so it will resonate magnetically, naturally!  But you'll need to take extra care, and be safety minded!

The hull plating layered ceramic (magnetic conductor) / dielectric conductor has been verified; See: Construction page.  A magnetic aspect must be included with a di-electric aspect for performance of a di-electrostatic propulsion system in a vacuum. This very much stands to reason, keeping with the conventional electrogravity theory of rotating magnetic fields over an alignment of electric spin (like Dr. Ning Li's gravity device), but by using magneto-di-electrostatic fields instead of rotational magnetic fields.

​Everything checks out.  Everything is covered: power generation, radiation shielding, gravity cancellation, fast warp travel (hyperdrive flight), maneuvering, the whole nine yards, all detailed and designed, and the physics 100%.

It is an option to use mercury plasma or Townsend Brown di-electric (tested and verified historically), but I'll slap the mercury-plasma stamp on it just because Carr used it.  Townsend Brown's technology is easier to prove just because of how simple it is, meaning it either worked or not. Well it definitely worked, there are reports of it working.  There are reports of the OTC-X1 working also.  So, that's why the "mercury-plasma" stamp is on it.

It is engineered. 

There's been a whole hell of a lot of work that's gone into this. There is no stone left un-turned.

It is complete. 

I never thought I'd be able to do it, actually, but I certainly intended to!  Intention does indeed create reality.

It is modeled and everything explained that will enable it to be physically constructed, and it to truly work.

There are two variations of the vertical core, and several variations of the outer ring, including the variation of the co-counter-rotation of spinning utron / electromagnetic / magneto-electrostatic rings

​(the outer ring of this system involves a rotating magneto-electrostatic accelerator frame, in the same magnetic orientation of the OTC-X1, with utrons guided along a "rail-gun" type of frame which is shown both on the Updates and Design Improvement page, and the Outer Ring page).

There are two primary variations of utron design.

​It's not just one design of one ship, but the principles of those designs are essentially similar. The updates and design improvement page covers those multiple designs, primarily. The Outer Ring page covers a specific system, with only a few variations of orientation of that system, which has evolved over time (with the exception mentioned of an outer rotating utron ring design shown on that page).  The vertical cones have a few variations of their own.  

Overall, the most favorable design is the X-4 Tesla Outer Ring style (the final product as seen on the Outer Ring page, and detailed on the Free Energy/Tesla page), which can be used with either EM-cone or impeller vertical core.

​If dual rotating utron rings are preferred, the Impeller would be more effective than the vertical cones, but this would require a separate Tesla energizer system, and might bog the ship down with too much mass and inertial resistance, but it would have other benefits using dual utron rings, such as an enhanced gravity cancellation (inertial mass reduction) field.

The LAU-DJ-X4 design, shown on the Updates and Design Improvements page is the best design. The impeller system is the most efficient design possible; it is a di-electric negative-energy accelerator-drive inertial engine. With the vertical cone variation however, there is more than meets the eye, has further validation from examining the EM drive, and can be used with the X4 Tesla generator Outer ring system, in the same way as the impeller.

The Outer Ring is actually very good at this point. It occurs to me that the air corridors for the proton streams throughout the hull plating will have to be electrically shielded. The electrical induction of protons with negative energy, reversing the quantum spin state of the protons (creating anti-protons) would have to be handled with care. The mass of protons and anti-proton flows should be conserved rather than annihilated. The goal is to get them to work together in exotic ways, so mass can be tuned between positive and negative values.  The physics are the best they can get at this point regarding that aspect.  In the future, I'm sure this overall concept can be further refined, but I'm confident that if anything, these engines would just require minor alterations, rather than having to be completely redesigned . . . without knowing the full scope of the construction and testing, the best that CAN be done is that the extent of what is known will stand, in the current framework of what is known, which is quite extensive however general.

. . .  Also ... it goes without saying (it should) that negative energy can be converted to positive, not just for house power, but also for negaitive and positive energy collision in the engines. To note, that is just energy collision, not matter and antimatter collision. 

The top half of the Outer Ring and the bottom half can be in polarities of positive and negative energy, whereas positive and negative energy also has polarities of (+ and -).  That is an option I've considered before, that has been a popular idea.

Matter teleporting through light retains its own pattern. When a proton and anti-proton collide, their mass unifies through light -- infinite parallel time -- and can be conducted through a channel in the center of the Outer Ring.  When the fields separate again, mass will separate back out, re-forming the proton and anti-proton. That adds an element of mass to an exotic energy field. Through the impeller, the polarity can be maintained, and an exotic channel can run between the impeller di-electric "blades." When spin and rotation and inertia is in alignment through the rotating positive and negative energy fields (the hardware of the Outer Ring does not move, but it accelerates energy fields) then the inertial energy (inertial mass) is increased, unified, cancelled, or reduced in the field geometry.  Consciousness (Mind and Intent) of the pilot(s) will direct the motion of the ship through intent, and through an artificial "light body" created by the engines; allowing movement (teleportation) through light.

The field dynamics created by the Outer Ring is ultimately an exotic energy field; and that energy is transmitted through the field coils, or rather through the fields in motion that the coils generate.

But ...  The nature of matter to move in and out of a unified field of exotic light has to be left to the nature of matter's own pattern, and the nature of interactive consciousness. It is only required that negative mass (negative energy) be achieved in a warp drive. Inducing a negative quantum spin upon particle streams and accelerating them in unified motion may only have a real effect at accelerated speeds of particle streams close to the speed of light. And yet this shows us the effect of a negative energy field upon mass, to switch it around so that the field induces a negative mass which speeds up time in a ship the faster it goes, rather than slowing time. So it is possible to cloak the ship in a negative energy bubble or scalar field to propell it at speeds faster than light. Using the hull plating, a negative energy field can cloak the ship, and induce motion (See: Updates and Design Improvement page, the article:  EM Drive Comparisson and Another Design Shift)

Using energy fields to achieve this as a negative energy cloak may not actually transform the ship into antimatter, however.  Harnessing an exotic force of mass is one thing, but permanently changing its structure is another.  That is why it may be possible to unify the mass of positive and negative protons in an exotic reaction, because the mass is still there rather than being annihilated. Obviously a negative energy generator is not going to just suddenly blink out of existence. All the OTC-X1 test models and test flights show that all the ship need do is turn off the engines to negate the effect (to normalize the ship; bringing the ship back into normal space).


In retrospect, perhaps argon would be more ideal as a particle flow than hydrogen, particularly exposed to possible static ignition . . .

Pulsing negative energy frequencies through the impeller would change the rotating mass of that engine, driving exotic mass -- positive and negative mass fluctuations like fluttering wings swooshing down the vertical core. . . . 

​Considering the EM Drive uses internalized energy to change its inertia in positive and negative values so that it induces motion, as does the Townsend Brown technology which uses a di-electric form of propulsion also internalized, and likewise NASA satellites also use di-electric propulsion not to direct ion-beam thrust, but to maneuver using scanning beams of energy (a scanning beam does not denote function, but rather how the beam is generated in an engine; using a back-and-forth energy projection onto a di-electric medium to stimulate resonance), then an internalized di-electric inertial impeller is not far-fetched at all. In fact such a thing beautifully mirrors the natural energy of the Human kundalini.

Negative energy is the natural energy of the universe, it is as abundant as scalar forces of space and time and consciousness. It is the nature of Chi, chakras, and living internal energy, the very nature and essence of life and soul.

When you think of the propulsive force of Townsend Brown's little 3 foot saucers that flew around at extraordinary speeds, just due to how energy itself is manipulated through a material medium, then one cannot summerily discount the effectiveness of energy alone. 

Static forces have flown very large ships, like the Solar Warden cylinder ships (2 km long), and other very massive ships. 

There is very little more than can be said at this point. It's all very detailed and laid out. Links on the home page support these arguments, also. 

​I've made the final round of updates to the website.  I realize most people are totally unfamiliar with this technology, which is why the website is so vast.  

It's not the negative energy generators, or exotic field correlation ring, or impeller or utrons that people don't understand; they don't understand warp drive.  So any component of a warp drive craft is going to seem just as alien as the entirety of the craft itself.  Quite a few people have contributed to this, some very brilliant people in the know, in fact. 

I'm entirely confident that it will take people a decade or two to make sense of all this information.





I realize this is a whole lot of information, engineering and electrical knowledge, and electrical physics. There are some really important things that are just simply stated in one sentence and never stated again, also. This knowledge is the result of my own experiments and observations, as well as knowledge I was taught, by others who have in turn been taught, and have succeeded and verified and discovered, and have created Tesla energy systems that I have seen.  Also this knowledge is the result of those who have done it, like Townsend Brown and Tesla, and Otis T. Carr.  It is explained to the best of my ability without overstepping any proprietary boundaries.

It is a technological jig-saw puzzle. I would like to organize it the best I can in books, but for public viewing, it is compartmentalized. I guess you could say the "card catalog" has been hidden. There's a lot of cool stuff only said once, like how a hollow copper sphere can be made to levitate by applying a positive polarity of magneto-static along a wire. Such things have been done before wirelessly in the past. But, as unfortunate as it is to be in such a raw state, there is purpose in that. There has to be a reason to pick up a book on this after all, and there has to be a reason for me to write one. 

I'm satisfied with the overall content. I've truly reached a limit in the extent of what can be continued (in public for now), and I'm thrilled that the Outer Ring technology has advanced as far as it has (for public viewing). I don't want to create a conflict of interests with any further open source development. If anything super-critically important comes up, it will have to go into a book from now on.  Any changes to this policy will be noted more-than-likely on this info page.

More is being known widely and discussed now about Harold "Sonny" White who heads up NASA's warp drive research and development program under EAGLEWORKS.

Its being more widely reported that he has signed nondisclosure agreements and that he has access to secret physics and secret technology that he cannot reveal to make warp drive; but it won't be public.

In spite of this, people's general consensus is that warp drive remains in the realm of science fiction because the scientific community cannot look and verify White's work.

My website however is now making the front page on the search engines very widely, performing searches on mercury antigravity and negative energy - magneto-electrostatics, even relativity aspects and gravity cancellation warp drive .... it is very well indexed now. Its not getting a lot of views but, it is well intertwined throughout all aspects involving warp drive.

People are in more agreement also over these aspects that contribute to the creation of warp drive.

Some secrets are starting to be whispered about more efficient ways to achieve it than how the TR-3B does it.
It puzzles me tho why a duplication and peer review process does not seem to be happening over what has been done in the past for example over Townsend Brown's work, and the work of Tesla and Carr that has been reported and witnessed and documented that they actually worked, and a ship had been built.

Searle too, but duplication of his work has so far not panned out, but his crafts are the most widely documented. In England, they were expanding airports to accommodate his saucers to transport passengers. There are many photos and many videos.

Everyone seems to be looking for physics instead of accepting that the physics exist and taking it on to engineering phase.

Humanity has reached its limit in mathematical physics now. The only steps remaining is experimental verification. Math doesn't do that much good anymore. Real engineering does.

Without funding or financial backing, all of this remains frozen as theory, but real theory with some hypothesis, but mostly we can see some things that have worked and do work, and so it is more real than not. Warp Drive is most certainly real, but it is not a public reality. Many are so afraid that new advances in technology will be stolen from the public and covered-up, as it has always been so, historically. 

To make this happen, it seems there really must be some sort of world change to eliminate tyranny that constantly enslaves and violates the natural and unalienable rights of Human Beings to exist.

People are beginning to take the steps to bravely come forward, and making sure they are protected to do so. 

There is no longer a question in my mind regarding "will warp drive actually work and can it be achieved." That question has been answered. Yes. Warp drive is real and valid and can be achieved. There are several different technological approaches to achieving it, and I do think the public can truly see it.  It's only "science fiction" just because people are crying over it not being disclosed in public. But if you really look and see, it already has been. 



Unfortunately, without financial backing or support, the vast majority of people will be looking at the skies and watching the few and elite others have all the fun, and only watching, and not participating. Maybe things will change. But at the very least it can be said that the stars are no longer the limit.

The LAU-X3 uses negative energy physics. The TR-3B Astra or Aurora or whatever it's called uses positive energy electromagnetic fields in contrast. 

There have been eye witness accounts and testimony from people like Ralph Ring which is disclosure that the OTC-X1 actually did fly and actually did work. That project was shut down before it went public, because back in those days, everyone was paranoid.

Basic magneto-electrostatic (negative energy) electrogravity saucers have also been tested to work. Newspaper articles in the Oregon area dating back some years report witnessing a craft which flew around. It was remote-piloted by a man who built it, whose name is undisclosed to protect his identity. It was powered by a simple portable Tesla power source operating under the same principle as that discussed on the Free Energy / Tesla page, in the article "Harnessing Negative Energy."

Using electromagnetic positive energy forces with a mercury type of propulsion (TR-3B) uses Einstein's physics of Relativity. Negative energy type of antigravity however does not operate under Einstein's Relative physics. Ultimately it is backwards from Einstein's relativity dealing with frequency. Standard Relativity shows that the faster mass travels, the slower it travels (in time), which is an inverse relationship. Negative Energy Relativity shows the opposite, the faster something goes, the faster in time it travels, with the effect that it slows down time everywhere around the ship, slowing down the reality of that which can be observed from the ship, rather than slowing down time within the ship.

Using rotating negative energy fields in co-counter rotation, along with a vertical impeller vortex system (vortex internalized negative-energy electrogravity) is the only logical way to determine a faster-than-light tachyon speed. With light being magneto-electrostatic, it's speed is not limited to 186,000 miles per second, and electrostatic wave speeds of 220,000 miles per second have been measured due to the nature of the parallel longitudinal wave, rather than the transverse electromagnetic wave. 

Not only is such a system strictly warp drive (using negative energy), but is also able to fly in an atmosphere using electrogravity, whereas before the power source was unknown, but now it has been revealed, and can be demonstrated in a Tesla tower. Current development to show this is underway, however being that it's such a sensitive matter apparently, and perhaps a controversial matter, it may be slow to be revealed in a more general public sense, but the physics and mechanics have been disclosed to engineer such a power source, to those who have the knowledge to duplicate it from what has been revealed on this website.

Others have witnessed the power source, and have signed non-disclosure agreements. 

Many by now may be familiar with the effects of mercury to levitate, or achieve lift, flight, or otherwise, and many scientists now agree on such mechanics of mercury acting as a Bose-Einstein Condensate; however by using negative energy instead of positive energy, it is the difference between mercury being super-cooled and pressurized versus mercury being vaporized. Vaporization however is a misleading term, because it is only meant to demonstrate a vacuum being pumped into the toroid-shaped mercury housing, rather than it being pressurized. Mercury vapor however has been observed; and so a true mercury plasma logically can be achieved (see Tesla / Free Energy page). 

These physics are different than what has been disclosed about SSP (Secret Space Program) physics and technology. These physics use negative energy, whereas the disclosed SSP technology uses positive energy.

Even though some proprietary secrets have to be respected and protected, I believe this is enough to show that the LAU-X3 mercury-plasma transverse magneto-electrostatic warp drive is indeed valid and will perform accordingly. There have also been reports of visitors from other worlds using this technology. Until Full Disclosure is released to the public from people like Corey Goode, then this technology must be considered possible rather than impossible, especially because a Disclosure Event is currently underway, and it is more logical to conclude this technology possible rather than impossible.

I urge experimenters to continue the OTC-X1 reproduction efforts, and to do so with vigor. What is on this site and revealed is open source. What is not revealed obviously remains private and/or secret, but the doors are open to those wishing to participate, but it must be done under private contract. 

I believe the probability of success is very high. 

This is a new form of technology involving negative energy physics where the mass of the ship can be brought close to zero in a field, and yet still hold its rigid structure, phasing it out of ordinary spacetime so, as witnessed by Ralph Ring, can pass through solid objects and matter, which also has been reported on the news that such a thing has been done by the Army to pass troops through solid matter.

This technology is much less expensive than the TR-3B Astra, and so the value of this technology is much higher. It would be irresponsible to the people of the world to NOT develop this technology. However the philosophical and metaphysical considerations brought up in the "Tesla and Warp Drive energy fields and Trade" article on the Tesla / Free Energy page still do apply. That is the only qualification for this technology.

People will decide for themselves when and if they are ready. Therefore free will is not violated. The only responsibility factor involved is a matter of Honor, and a matter of private contract. Proprietary designs and created devices, and the people who have created them really do want it to be known, but are afraid to come out with it because they don't want it to be stolen never to see the light of day in public. 

The other responsibility factor however, is a matter of respect -- respecting other people's beliefs and respecting other people's levels of existence, but to not act upon full disclosure based on other people's beliefs is to live to please others, which is how one becomes enslaved by others; as those who refuse to disclose, including the Elite, are acting as slaves to the masses instead of leaders, which is a matter of fear, which means that such emotional vibration really cannot merge well with a warp drive field energy. 

Do not fear repercussions from disclosure. The angry skeptic is a result of a lack of full disclosure. Battle over beliefs is the result only because Full Disclosure has NOT yet been made, because the truth cannot be denied, but beliefs can be the result of denial.

One's truth is not necessarily another's truth. If you disclose what you know, others will disclose what they know. If you are afraid and speak about it, another may have the answer to resolving that fear. This isn't an article about ethics, however. I do however recognize that disclosure is handled with noble responsibility in all walks of life, which is a good start. For that, I am grateful. Not every dragon's heart is pure, however Honor to Life is at the heart of every dragon.

If I have more to say about this matter, it will be in the comments below.  Otherwise even though the mercury-plasma utron is different than the TR-3B mercury engine, the negative energy utron is a theoretical reality, and has been historically demonstrated to actually work, therefore is a logical reality and is DIFFERENT than the positive energy TR-3B engine. Just because the TR-3B works, does NOT mean that an utron negative energy system doesn't. The ancients build ships that could teleport from star to star. Million year old ships have been discovered on the moon of all places. When all the pieces start to form a working picture, then the truth is harder to deny. Many people are now interested in researching these things, yet many more already know. 

For those who develop a working OTC-X1 model, I will be happy to help you demonstrate it in a video if you are too afraid to go it alone. More will be coming out in public, from me or otherwise, that has at the very least been guaranteed. 

The only blessing I may add is this:  May the truth be revealed in safety, integrity, and in wisdom, in ALL walks of life where disclosure is eminent. Disclosure is a thing of the highest Honor.  Just be patient.  Too much all at once can be destructive, no matter how good or pure it is. Just open the gates a little for now, but keep it flowing. Give people time to adjust, but don't worry about controlling people's beliefs. Allow them to come up with their own. They'll make them up as they go along. Use your resources of wise people to anchor the light, and there will be no chaos ensuing, upon this world, planet, and within the realm.  From what I see, the dark hats, white hats, and grey hats all want the same thing. There is every reason to celebrate in unity rather than to fear. To me, there is little difference in partial disclosure versus full disclosure. It will take time regardless!

This is the first time I see all of people on Earth actually working together, in a Common Goal, in the Grand Scheme of Things. It is immensely pleasing to behold! We have brand new physics, metaphysics, philosophy, and technology because of it, the likes Humanity has not seen for an entire galactic cycle. Disclosure will not be a thing of destruction, but a thing of great beauty, no matter "what it looks like," this I know to be true. I also Trust that the Highest Good is unfolding as it should. There may be war and conflict abound BUT, that is Humanity's OWN reflection that will resolve itself upon Humanity's unification and Inner Resolutions. Many exo-races can now see that Humanity is worthy, and is not stupid and not ignorant, and will stand with us. 

Obviously this website is about warp drive, about the ability to travel to other stars which we now have, and so obviously it means that others can come from other stars to Earth, so all these aspects of revelation are all valid, no matter how bizarre or different that it may seem. It's taken a little while to develop and research the physics and technology, but there is not one part of it that remains unverified, and even the confusing aspects of General Relativity have been resolved upon the revelation of negative energy, which is thusly negative mass, a dark matter that is not harmful or scary, but is the journey of the depths of the vast ocean of what we don't know that we merely call dark because it is hard to see ... hard for some. 

Negative energy/matter collapse is a reduction, and a compression, of the unification of mass into light, not the destruction of matter at all. That is why the OTC-X1 smaller test models could pass through solid objects. Don't discount mercury utrons. It is a type of technological ascension using the natural energies of the living universe, and is not to be feared. It is Real!  And, it Works!

I will be getting books ready to publish which explain this with lots of pictures (and details of the Outer Ring), from the ground up, clearly and concisely, and include information (instructions) on how to duplicate the various things on this website, like my Tesla tower (complete with safety instructions), so that you can feel the electrical living energy for yourselves, and do other experiments in order to further understand ultimately how to build this remarkable ship.

I am totally astounded and shocked and stunned at all this.  Beyond words.  

It is a real design of a real better-than warp drive starship.  It can be built.  At the most, it might take a couple of days to travel to the closest star. According to some, a lot faster than that.

I realize not many folks have experience with this stuff, and with Tesla technology.  For some, you will be able to start building it right away.  For others, you might not know what a transistor is ...  I'll do the best I can to explain all of this in full detail with building/construction specifications. 



It goes without saying that the design improves and the kinks are worked out in the development / construction phase.  The book sales will help fund the project for further development, and to start construction on it.  The Pods are working on the OTC-X1, but they are out of pocket with it, mostly.

What to expect from the book(s):

Full details, overhead and orthographic views, subsystems, total breakdown, and wiring, including flight systems and power systems.  This is like any kid's dream to design a starship.  I'll have all the physics neatly organized, too.  It's going to take a little time for this, but it will be worth it just for the experience of doing it; I want to get as detailed as I can.  I really want this to be special. I'll also include the OTC-X1, and the pilot interface.  I'll include Searl's designs just to give a full understanding (I apologize John Searl, for misspelling your name a lot). 

Being tedious and attentive to detail will help me to gain a better overall grasp of this thing, too.  I'll be using the same physics as on this website; that is to say, it will be more refined, but I just can't foresee any changes to what's already been gleaned. There will be some changes though to adapt everything to the recent discoveries already noted on this website's organization (which is very compartmentalized; sorry).  The book(s) will not be choppy and compartmentalized in flow, but should be a step-by-step; although expect multi-dimensional formats, but with less redundancy.

I feel that I've completed this design, and even though there remains additional things to test, it should not be difficult to complete the whole thing, even before a full prototype has been tested. If changes need to be made, it could very well be as easy as switching over to another sub-system.  

I am not sure how detailed I CAN get, or how detailed I want to get, or even how fair it would be to do so. Sometimes, being too specific early on may limit the creativity of what could otherwise be.  But, I will do what I can to include commutator detail and wiring detail. At the very least, the Outer Ring design includes all physics principles that can help with the OTC-X1 reverse-engineering. Since my design uses magneto-electrostatic energy following physics of scalar fields and transferring of mass and inertia through those fields, then I'm basing the entire LAU-X3 on that design. That could be an upgrade.

Dr. Ning Li's theory was that mass is transferred through a rotating magnetic field, but through a field of charge from spinning ions (magneto-electrostatic) in a Bose-Einstein condensate.  There is a lot of supporting evidence for this, and it basically describes what is known, and we will get to see it all put together to describe how a better-than warp drive star ship can be built, and how it works and such, but also to examine the creative existence of light, mind, and soul.

That's what I know; and to me, that's just how it is. If it isn't, then wonderful!  But this is a very congruent starship design being what it is, based upon verification, evidence, and duplication, and measurement.  If any new discoveries are made in the mean-time, I do not think it will change the design. 

I would like to make this easy-to-read, as best as possible, without conflict, and eliminating tedious speculation.  Performance expectation however can fall into a range of possibilities.

The scale of the ship may change in order to fit all the parts where they need to be, but the overall shape is that which is above in the image. Circuit breakers, transformers, all those things have to have a place in the ship, and be oriented wisely.

Understanding Tesla transformers and the magneto-electrostatic physics may be deeply examined (in-depth examination), particularly.

Metaphysics and Logic will be included in a separate book, other than the metaphysics involved in understanding, relative to the engineering, and to the Logic of Paradoxes!  The metaphysics on one side gets into philosophy, but on the other hand gets into natural physics of the universe, as well as living energy, as it pertains to the important things.  Creation however, is intrinsic to metaphysics. All of that may have to be a separate book, but some metaphysics will be required to understand the LAU-X3. Psychology, not so much, other than that which pertains to experience, piloting, journeying and navigating through hyperspace, and exposure to energy fields, which should be included in a separate book.

Now the engineering needs to catch up with the physics. 

The OTC-X1 is pretty solid now. I'm confident it can be successfully duplicated for verification and further understanding of the universe.
