If you travel in a warp drive to another star system, once you leave our solar capacitor (gravity-time dilation of our Sun’s space-time field), then you are traveling in a faster flow of time, and as verified by CERN scientists, you therefore cover distance faster because actual distance shrinks at light speed travel outside of a stellar gravity field. The reason for this is because each Star system measures light speed (the flow of time in relative gravity fields) differently. People living in Alpha Centauri space would measure light from our sun, Sol, to take longer to reach them, due to how their star’s gravity field slows down the flow of time of the universe from their point of view.
We still travel in the relative time dilation field of the Galactic mass, or the gravity-time frequency of the mass of the entire galaxy. So leaving the galaxy would make distance shrink astronomically, allowing travel to other galaxies at a very rapid place, all fitting neatly into a natural universal flow of information (light) exchange among galaxies.

A laser fired from Earth to Mars, according to the experience of the light itself fired from the laser would arrive on Mars the very instant it left Earth. If we leave Earth and turn out warp drive off in deep space between star systems, remember that time slows down near gravity fields. It is therefore very feasible to travel to other stars and galaxies in a warp drive without incurring much of the negative effects of a time dilation field. And in a negative energy warp field, the body is at a higher frequency, and has regenerative health effects upon the Human anatomy, depending on the quality of the energy being generated. A mass-cancellation field generated from accelerating the mass of red mercury at near light speed would kill people. But, using Tesla negative energy generating technology using living biomatter as a component of capacitors that store energy and project that energy field into a warp field, would be healthy to life, as the energy field and frequency would also be made of life force energy.
You would live longer in a warp drive starship creating a healthy negative energy frequency field, and could easily handle any time dilation because you would actually live longer, and so those small values of time dilation between stars would be un-noticeable.

To note black hole relativity: Conventional General Relativity can describe the time dilation of a black hole by the graph of space and time, using a light source. As light moves along through space, and along through time, it creates a “light cone.” The light from a single source moves through space, and through time. The “cone” is graphed as the 45 degree lines measuring the travel of light at its speed through space and time. Essentially, the gravity of the black hole bends spacetime, thus bending that graph so that the light cone moving through space bends to where it is parallel with the axis of time. So that is the event horizon, where time moves to a zero. Conventionally, an outside observer can see that a spaceship traveling into a black hole is frozen for tens of thousands of years as it crosses the event horizon of a black hole, again because the gravity is so immense that it brings time to a stop at the event horizon. The event horizon is the zero.
