I discovered this using my tower and console, and working with others.
The energy of the tower would skyrocket when working with others. And likewise, the intentions and attitudes and alignment of all involved affected the energy, the direction of its manifestation, and it's purpose -- how it affected things...
It is possible to remotely pilot (in a particular circumstance) the OTC-X1 by thinking (intending) where it should go, without the need for "standard" and manually operated electrogravity flight/piloting systems. In fact, that is how it was historically flown, by a manned flight crew of Human beings.
The ramifications of this are astounding, and even follows the mechanics of interdimensional communication and Astral manifestation within such fields. Remote piloting would be something to experiment with, but it would be virtually impossible if a pilot were on board.

That is the same principles basically as also how quantum observation (observation creates reality is a law of quantum physics) works, essentially. It is also why people can glance up at a UFO, and upon recognition of it as such, it instantly disappears, because it's vibrating in a higher frequency than the thoughts of the observer.
Thought creates energy. Energy is reality. Therefore thought creates reality. That is qualified by perception of reality. Perception is different, because perception defines one's thoughts, not the other way around.
