As you can see from this site development, The LAU-X4 physics and design have been validated by Alexey Chekurkov's work.
Regarding the ultrasonic aspect, the space at the top of the LAU-X4 vertical core should be considered as adaptable (modular), for testing of the various top parts involving ultrasound and/or Biefeld-Brown and Tesla architecture (charge accumulator or focusing crystal which Tesla had used light-energy mostly instead of sound, as in Alexey Chekurkov's application).
Several engineers, including a patent holder on antigravity, do suggest that only one disk is needed to rotate, as per the OTC-X1 design.
And for lack of a public release of the MEG technology involving the particular nano-crystalline material of the housing block, Bedini-Le MVP generators can instead be used to replace those (outer ring); and vortex coils also have overunity characteristics, but also have field characteristics that can be experimented with.
Bedini-Le MVP generators may generate an output of 20 KW to 50 KW, not counting the OTC-X1 engine or other particular power characteristics.
The outer ring is essentially where the power supply is housed, and the engines take up the inside; the OTC-X1 has its own independent power supply, the Central Accumulator, however its design be used with electret and/or electrolyte core, in lattice arrangement. Otherwise, a power source such as the Bedini-Le MVP will take up available crew space.
It's a pretty good template; and if a hull is considered, then attachments upon the hull such as an outer ring and/or smaller EM-Engine style RCS within an outer ring configuration (reaction control; craft steering and maneuvering) is not an unreasonable adaptation.
Since antigravity has been proven and demonstrated by Alexey Chekurkov, in similar style to the OTC-X1 historical achievement, then to make it go in a spiral in a vertical core is also not unreasonable, and so the vertical impeller can be a valid overdrive for the OTC-X1. With or without an outer ring, we've got an engineered concept -- a design that can be constructed -- including plasma dynamics, to achieve a possible warp drive craft.

Negative energy is not the opposite of energy, it's energy in a collapsed state, a more quantum state of energy like zero point energy, which makes much more energy output. The universe sees it's so small and gives and gives and gives to it.
Negative energy also specifically pertains to mass. So an object with negative mass has exactly the opposite inertia as normal mass/matter. When the mass of a craft goes to zero, then it is the negative energy which achieves this, and cancels out inertial / gravitational forces on the craft, enabling it to travel in an unlimited way of movement and teleportation.
What's REALLY weird is that is requires a spark gap to send high volt impulses without an actual electron flow (the mass of the electrons moving, as what is standard in electricity thesedays), and this spark derived from the collapse of the electromagnetic field is what triggers the impulse -- it resembles the collapse of energy, see ....
The spark gap is so the electrons don't move their mass, and resistance is eliminated, and the electrons are free to resonate in a way that negates their mass electromagnetically and dielectrically, or polarizes it so that they make their own inertia and tend to want to go in one direction (electro-inertia propulsion).
Combine this with a negative mass / negative energy field, and you got a warp drive.
When the craft is so light (mass is reduced to zero so it becomes light, literally, in a higher dimension or frequency), then thought and specifically it is intention that directs the craft to move.

"Unified Mechanics"
Hey! Look! What do these four things have in common together?
1) Central magnet
2) Coils on the outside aligned with the center of the central magnet, or coil (same difference).
3) Power amplification
4) levitation
5) outer magnets around an inner magnet, or outer coils around an inner coil
This is a no-brainer.
Many of you though do not seem to understand what I mean by "all these engines have similar geometry."

Our electric space drives have common elements also:
1) resonance cavity
2) capacitance, or some sort of plate stack
3) dynamic shape (cone, toroid, spiral, parallel stacks, etc)
4) coils around the outside, or veins in impeller-style or Rodin style construction
5) Give off thrust in a straight line
6) They use electricity, and don't use fuel
You may not have seen the Cannae drive, AKA the Q-drive, so here are some images below:
The space drives are a little more diverse. So that may be a bad example. But they all run on electricity.
Negative energy electricity however is the key. That is what reduces mass, builds up lots of energy, can be reactionless, and when harnessed electrically produces a lot of force. Negative energy is the requirement for wormholes and black holes, warp drive, and time travel, according to modern physics. The only trouble, is no one seems to know how to harness it, even with this amazing Tesla resource such as this website, which explains how to harness it and create it.
Everyone knows about UFO's and flying antigravity craft, we see what they look like, we've seen them in history come and go, suppressed and classified against the public, and we've seen how they move!
People like John Searl have come out and told us how to fly them around, because he's one of the only living men left who has actually built one, who is known in public, and we believe him because he has video and documentation and record of it. That information of using magnetostatic hull charges to move the craft around is revealed at this website. It's fairly simple concept overall, and I think it's on the Construction Blog page at least. The charges on the hull are manipulated - shut off in sections, or powered up in sections, or another charge applied to an overall static charge of the hull for interference waveforms to create motion.
In the Tesla/Townsend Brown style image at the very top left just above the above images, it shows another type of dynamic magnetostatic lift and propulsion, using magnetostatic charges on the hull, in combination with electrical inertia of energy moving up a central coil. This is in common with the vertical core of the LAU-X4. In fact, many common elements of UFO and saucer-style propulsion systems and proposed propulsion systems do include a central shaft which conducts magneto-electrostatic energy in some way or form.
Electrogravity aspects such as the Townsend Brown / Tesla hull plating discussed below DOES WORK IN A VACUUM. But, is it using negative energy?
Negative energy is the electrical energy harnessed by Tesla, Townsend Brown, John Bedini, Tom Bearden, me, Eric Dollard too .. and others including the German scientists of the past, Viktor Shauberger, Schumann, and others (the Project Paperclip scientists).
It has peculiar properties and characteristics, like the ability to move mass real fast, levitate mass, it builds up over distance instead of dissipate, and it seems backwards to our conventional electricity. In many cases, it appears superconductive, and it is scalar (longitudinal and parallel) in nature and waveform, but with a common element of being derived from an electromagnetic collapse. The biggest defining characteristic of negative energy also is that it is magneto-static.
This has been said time and time again, even from Secret Space Program whistleblowers like Corey Goode.

The Vertical Impeller theoretically deals with exotic plasma flow, of air particles that are ionized in a monoatomic state, and charged through the Outer Ring, and through the central core, the impeller which contacts the Central Accumulator of negative energy, just below it. The particles in a state of negative energy resonance, set in motion, is the concept behind this type of inertial drive system. This moves within a dynamic magneto-static inner and external hull charge framework, and this exotic plasma flow is the result of supercharged ionized particles, similar to an electrogravity ion flow, which has been measured by people like Tim Ventura to have an inertial impact on spin, and other inertial properties which are reactive.
There are other aspects to the vertical impeller engine also, such as the concept of moving static charges in a directed spiral.
Other electrogravity thrust engines also include aspects such as metal toroids (like on the top of Tesla coils), which are stacked, and maybe have some kind of magneto-static fluid dynamic within them. But I am particularly fond of a magnetostatic negative electrical energy impeller, because it demonstrates a basic universal shape of inertia, and when combined with negative energy, plasma dynamics, and Townsend Brown characteristics, it should act upon the universe.
The Cone aspect however does not appear to work unless negative electrical inertial energy has a backwards inertial effect such as negative-mass fluids which respond to inertia exactly the opposite way (if you push a negative mass fluid, it pushes back, and makes a wall to push back at you, according to some published scientific discoveries, thesedays).
I don't want to deal with positive energy engines, unless the intersection between positive and negative energies is actually significant, which it very well may be. The only trouble is to have usable and abundant electrical power available, is the result of negative energy electrical generation -- made in the engines, and run on wires, plates, conductors, and through air or vacuum wirelessly. Some have claimed negative electric energy measures as negative amps, so this is rather significant.
No one wants a weak-ass electric space drive, but the really powerful ones are classified, and only in private; and if you are successful, you are politically blacklisted from ever getting a real job, anyway. In one instance, Tim Ventura stated that Russian scientists have developed a 200 pound gravitational force beam that can punch through brick walls.
An impeller has got some grounds in some doable systems. It's like a radio antenna that spirals (just as energy naturally spirals) within a resonance chamber. It uses layered di-electric and magnetic capacitor veins arranged in a spiral (See: Townsend Brown below on this page), and does not have to look like the middle image above, but can have multiple helix, and the angle of the spiral can be steeper. A central shaft however can be coiled, and used as a coil.
Sometimes negative energy feels like electrical water, with a real substance and force behind it. Imagine such a magnetostatic energy being moved like how a propeller moves through the scalar quantum vacuum of the universe.
It's a good concept. I'll probably be able to test it in about 20 years.
A Cannae engine however, or some other type of vertical core may work however, in a more efficient way, when a negative mass field is applied. (The vertical core is adaptable and modular, so it can be replaced and adapted).
Since there is a modular capacity to the vertical core, let's examine these engine styles:
1) The vertical column of cones collapses electromagnetic energy to a point, drawing it down to the Central Accumulator, demonstrating active vacuum principles from a top Tesla donut-shaped toroid conductor, which energizes around the hull to the bottom, and also through the core to the bottom; the Central Accumulator is the common ground.
Electrostatic style electricity does not take the shortest path, but takes all paths at once.
2) The impeller spirals energy down to the Central Accumulator, drawing energy from above the ship into the ship, to the Central Accumulator. An antenna is also appropriate on the top of the ship. This also applies to the vertical column of cones, drawing upon scalar space front in front of the ship as it travels, compressing that frequency of spacetime using negative energy.
Also, the impeller is able to return the air back up to the top of the craft, where the air is ionized and flows around the hull to the bottom, where it equalizes with the accumulated electrons. These are two separate modes of operation; where one could be more efficient than the other.
3) The Cannae engine creates thrust down to the Central Accumulator in the form of electrical waves and photons, but seems to be able to also draw upon from above the top of the engine, down, pulling the ship along. This must be used with a vertical coil with the top Tesla toroid to maintain proper exotic plasma flow around the hull. This is assuming that it is able to work with negative magneto-static energy well.
Regarding the Construction and Reproduction of the OTC-X1
I'll share this one last time, all in one place to make it easy to find. The Central Accumulator is the power source, as Otis Carr said, having layers and lattice within, similar to a power cell. It's exterior shell is either wrapped in a coil, or is otherwise made of magnetic material, and magnetized into a central magnet with which the outer electromagnets can resonate with longitudinally as per the Electromagnetic Theory of Negative Gravity. It holds a spark gap at its center, which is derived from Ralph Ring's testimony of the pilots seeing changes in light spectrum inside the control crystal (sphere in the cockpit), which emitted light changing color as per the speed of engine rotation and frequency. The spark gap emitted the light of the engines through a shaft to the control crystal. See Warp Drive News, and see: Construction Blog.
The Utrons, there are three possible designs:
1) Power cell, made similar to the Central Accumulator: Otis Carr did say that the entire novelty of the OTC-X1 were that the utrons were the batteries, which revolved around in a circle, instead of the usual motor where the batteries did NOT move. This would operate in tandem with the Central Accumulator, trading power back and forth, similar to a Bedini engine framework. See: Construction Blog
2) Filled with mercury: Otis Carr went to the hospital concerning a mercury leak before a public test demonstration. Mercury vortex is a style of proposed antigravity. Mercury fills a hollow spherical space, but does not fill it completely, because under spin, the mercury will take a toroid shape. This mercury can be pressurized, or the space can be a rarefied vacuum filled with mercury vapor. Mercury lights are also an ancient pyramid-builder secret. -- A word of caution here. Use Copper Utrons for this, because mercury in contact with aluminum causes the aluminum to dissolve. 3) Solid material, made of copper or aluminum, possibly wound in a coil or not. Or otherwise layered, or constructed in di-electric halves, or dielectric layers. Solid material utrons however, is not the way to go, for the most painfully obvious reasons . . .
As a side-note, I'm pleased to see what is going on, on the Clandestine Disclosure website. I may have ranted a little below, but it seems like there is truthful progress happening, concerning the nature of the utrons, and the disclosure of the progress. I'm very much relieved in fact, that more people are working on the OTC-X1. I just felt that I had to mention this, if only to make the rants about this a little more forgivable. I shall leave the rant in, regardless, just for historical reference (last 7 years of history). I don't see myself doing anymore updates for a while, but if I do, they will most likely be more positive, now that more information is being released, and that there is more energy toward this development project.
It *IS* upsetting all the way around on *everyone's* parts that this has been slowly creeping along . . . Some people are better emotionally-honed than others, whereas stepping out of the box does take courage.

All the research and work on the OTC-X1 I'm seeing out there uses solid utrons, and a solid central accumulator made of solid aluminum. THIS IS WRONG. There has to be a central magnet or otherwise coil with magnet core (the housing of the central accumulator has to be of a ferrous material), to resonate longitudinally with the outer electromagnets, as per the Electromagnetic Theory of Negative Gravity. See the above images of the comparison between the 4 similar geometries.
The utrons however are NOT magnetic, otherwise they would experience magnetic locking through the c-shaped electromagnetic "gates."
Rememeber, the OTC-X1 is pertaining to Tesla technology, and should be acknowledged to work in tandem with how Tesla technology works. Usage of a central magnet with surrounding coils, however form that magnet may take, be it electromagnetic, or magneto-static, there is a magnetic action going on in the center, as a standard form of this magneto-static style of technology.

There is one other thing to consider about the Central Accumulator. If the Utrons are the power cells, constructed in lattice and capacitor layers, then a spark gap can be put in the system anywhere, including within the Central Accumulator. However, since there requires a sufficient magnetic mass in order to resonate in negative energy fashion, then the Central Accumulator should be of sufficient magnetic mass, or of di-electric composition, wound in a coil (in a single layer), which is how Townsend Brown electrogravitics work. This means that the Central Accumulator can be constructed of solid neodymium with a hollow center. This is the only other possible design option as per the similar geometries of similar engine comparison above, and pertaining to the Electromagnetic Theory of Negative Energy -- which is the only working theory available to explain how these systems work. These are our finite possible design options. I am not leaning toward the Central Accumulator being of solid neodymium however, I am just noting that this is a possibility, however as improbable a possibility.
Please note, that the Central Accumulator can be of ferrous housing wound in a coil, leaving the interior available for the power cell configuration (with the spark gap) as seen on the Construction blog page. This would provide the magnetic surface resonance with the outer electromagnets in Tesla fashion, AND increase the frequency of the coil wound around the Central Accumulator through magnetic resonance. I am personally leaning toward favoring this approach, due to the principles of scalar magnetostatic resonance that is one of the most important aspects of the Electromagnetic Theory of Negative Gravity, and is a prominent aspect in every Tesla design.
The other thing I want to point out regarding the OTC-X1 and the MEG in comparison is going to reference Tom Bearden's 69 page active vacuum MEG paper (which I confess I haven't read all the way through, yet).

The similarities between the OTC-X1 and the MEG are different only in that the OTC-X1 harnesses more direct magneto-electrostatic energy, whereas the MEG harnesses energy in a more direct electromagnetic way. Although the MEG can generate a large static field from a couple of people's reproduction effort observations (including my mentor's), it follows the basic geometry of central magnet and surrounding electromagnetic coils. The two actuating input coils are on the top portion of the MEG. Those coils are in between the outer electromagnets and the central magnet.
The OTC-X1 uses utrons instead of actuating input coils in the dynamic circuit. Carr noted that the shape of the utrons is what matters, and they act as coils. Placing the system in line with more efficient longitudinal scalar wave transmission, the utrons become the actuating coils within the scalar framework, acting as coils.
The only mysterious aspect that remains regarding the OTC-X1 is just a matter of how the energy feels, how it moves, how it behaves in a magneto-static framework, instead of an electromagnetic framework. Considering though, that it is the same basic framework, the OTC-X1 at this point should be easy to reproduce.
Wireless aspects should be apparent, which just require wires to be run to the separated components, connected in circuit through the OTC-X1 hull and rotating central disk (the accumulator frame), to conduct wireless energy in completion of dynamic circuit. The Central Accumulator in this framework is the inductive or resistive output load, which also participates in regenerative circuitry, AND ALSO, the output load is the induced rotation itself in the OTC-X1.
Since the OTC-X1 uses internalized inertia, but also since it is a generator, then any output load can be applied to the vertical core, to the Outer Ring, or to the hull plating. It is known that the MEG device will tend to produce more output power when a load is applied. This may also be the case with the OTC-X1.
These are the most possible combinations available to resolve the reverse engineering variables. It has been suggested however, that in the wiring, it may resemble a Tesla unipoloar dynamo.
A note on wiring: This is the most up-to-date information available, and I'm following the K.I.S.S. principle here (Keep It Simple Stupid), so it can actually be understood. One of the best ways to understand how Tesla technology is wired, is to work with the technology and gain practical experience. Tesla technology is very adaptable. All the principles shown on the top image above (the four comparisons) are all put to use here. Where Searl has round magnets, the outer electromagnets on the OTC-X1 can also be round instead of square, for example. The energy uses radiant rise, where the vertical coil pushes energy to one end of the coil, as per the polarity of the actuating secondary coil, and this principle must be known.
The Central Accumulator and the Capacitor Base is also going to be following the same principles of having capacitance (magnetic plate stack, or layered capacitor plate stack; internal structure of the Central Accumulator), having resonance, and also actuating the primary vertical core coil, the same principles as a Tesla tower. Electrets, by the way, can take more energy than their output, because that's how they are made initially. They are resilient. They can handle capacitance.
It should be obvious that if the Central Accumulator is accumulating energy, then it is the load powered from the output coils (outer electromagnets), following the principles of the MEG. This is why it's the output load. As a power source, once it is energized then it becomes the "central star of the orbiting planets of utrons" to put it as a parable. The star radiates energy as the power source. It is also where all the negative inertia is accumulated. This is a bit paradoxical. But that is why the Bedini framework has been included on the Construction Blog page. With enough resonance and at high frequency, the Central Accumulator could be an overpowering source of negative gravitation (negative mass), making mass and inertia dip below a zero state like a photon (having no mass), and flipping that frequency so that a true negative mass field would define the nature of its inertia.
Also, an obvious thing here, is that your OTC-X1 reproduction model is not going to work unless the airframe, or hull is assembled. A field correlation ring between the hull hemispheres should be used when the top hull and bottom hull are conducting a different charge polarity. Get creative with wiring it. A new engine could be built from what is learned from reproducing the Tesla technology featured here at this website.
Be sure to check out the Otis T. Carr and Dimensions of Mystery Facebook page for historic video and interviews of Otis Carr, and additional information concerning this lost, stolen, and suppressed technology. ... Documentation shows that Carr did say the Utrons were the batteries . . . One interview in particular, Otis explains he sent a letter to the Defense Department explaining he would give them one of the craft for free, but the tone of their response indicated they had no interest in it. It is believed that a treaty went into effect after WWII between the NAZI space fleet in Antarctica and USA interests which prevented John Searl as well as Otis T. Carr from succeeding. The spur of the secret space programs with USA, USSR, and Germany's Dark Fleet started after WWII had classified all of this reality from the public.

This Construction page has always been rather generalized like an info page, but has some useful information regardless.
It is somewhat structured as a blog page with many various articles below; but it is all on one page, so the content on this page does vary wildly.
All of you who have been following along with this website know that it is now in a state of completion, minus the promise to display and make available the Tesla-tower free energy technology. A lot of information has been clearly broken down and explained through a collection of techniques mostly concerning all the various aspects of energy generation and warp drive application, as well as advanced theory. I'm amazed it could be done. It's been quite the challenge, and quite the adventure with all it's ups and downs.
I am pleased also, to see that many people's keyword searches have led them straight to the "Dragon Kundalini" article on the metaphysics blog. Many people are undergoing kundalini awakenings, and some of you have undoubtedly had trouble understanding what had happened to you, if it's a good thing or a bad thing, natural or unnatural, or what. That's a very sensitive subject matter in that the whole story just cannot be told. That article should help to balance the energies, and provide understanding and clarity of creation and mechanisms which also involve chakra openings, transformations, and metaphysical alterations. It's quite beautiful, and there's no reason to fear. Machines are not the only thing consciousness is capable of co-creating. How it relates with warp drive physics, I've left it largely to the reader to figure that one out. Yet it is singularly important as the story can be told that the dragon guards the light of the world for those who awaken and become ready. Ye must pass the test, and the rewards are great for those who are not afraid, and for those who do not choose destruction.
With that said, living energy is amazing, and beyond anyone's wildest dreams. It's important to know that what seems dark may very well be of the greatest light, but that is a reckoning that the Human Spirit will ultimately decide with or without your conscious awareness. I hope people will choose the path of knowledge and responsibility, otherwise universal cosmic forces will undoubtedly intervene. Humanity is poised on the verge of transformation, set upon the path of enlightenment.
With such knowledge of energy, it is a gift to Humanity, and Humanity's birthright of discovery. Humanity is born of energy, and is alive as energy and form, as a powerful force of creation "tucked away" for a long time until the conditions have been Divinely in time. The Light Drive is the result of the illuminated consciousness, and it has been known that such an achievement is the result of the inner conscious transformation. It is not a path for everyone, and it has been a safeguarded path by cosmic forces and influences.

So, metaphysics are not so useless after all. Aside from warp drive, knowing that you create is the most important, along with the knowing of unconditional love and light. Even though it may sound nice, such things are not for the faint of heart, although great benefit will undoubtedly come from forces of directed knowing, focus, and awareness.
Technological application is not without metaphysical realization, and self-realization. Self realization is definitely a journey only the few will ever undertake. It has been my role not to explain this information, but to safeguard this information presented with spiritual discernment and spiritual protection. No individual will undergo the same spiritual tests, but you will be tested by the world, by the universe, and by Source; because it is the way of the reality of Earth that has been set long ago (thousands of years ago). Everyone will decide ultimately how they will experience their own realities, within co-creation of the root reality dynamics of Earth living, that everyone had agreed upon prior to birth. No matter what you believe, your beliefs will also be tested as you read these pages; many of you just can't believe, and that's okay. No harm done.
Putting it together and summing things up, the nature of energy is revealed as Tesla had shared and brought forth into the world. Exploring the nature of living energy has lead to metaphysical and technological realizations, as well as perspective upon unified physics.
No matter what forces compete in the world, we are all made of the same substance that work together and in harmony moreso than in dis-harmony. That may be a harsh thing to relate, because it may seem otherwise, but it is invariably the case that how things seem can be far from the truth of how things are. I cannot tell you how things should be done, or if; but I can say (and this is to everyone that reads) that what you fear is never the reality of what will be.
I've said a lot on this page. Some stuff is kinda scary and frightening. I have expressed my displeasure with NASA EAGLEWORKS on this page, maybe somewhat selfishly, but they do serve a purpose. As mentioned, the nature of these energies are safeguarded, perhaps somewhat mysteriously (well duh), but perhaps for reasons that many don't understand, and that's okay.

Keeping with the spirit of Tesla, and with the nature of this construction page, here are some things to remember:
Negative energy amplication has good application with a Tesla tower which naturally harnesses the energy of a spark collapse along with the negative energy of Earth surface charge.
Radiant Electrostatic is naturally existing with a non-polarized magnet; di-electrostatic naturally occurring already in magnetic collapse. A negative static magnet easily accelerates and amplifies abundant negative energy.
Do you understand the relationship of all these things? I've already given you clues to use diodes to convert natural di-electrostatic into positive energy. What can you do with negative energy other than using it for warp drive?

Tom Bearden's MEG (motionless electromagnetic generator), capable of receiving a tiny input and producing a large output is detailed as a basis for the OTC-X1 engineering, as seen in the top articles of the Construction Blog page utilizes negative energy, and some inventors have claimed that when it powers a large inductive transformer load, it will produce more output to suit the load, and levitate in the process. The funny thing about this was that the electricity did not dissipate over distance as conventional infrastructure do, but the power instead built up and built up to considerable amps and voltage over distance, to where the telegraph operator could not touch any bare metal otherwise he would be shocked and tossed out of his chair and flown across the telegraph office; the operator had to touch the insulated key pad.
Tom Bearden however in his response to Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy department of the U.S. department of energy, noted that negative energy was removed from our standard model of physics in 1934!

This report / study shows the nature of the Townsend Brown effect with asymmetrical capacitors either using magnetic dipoles OR electric dipoles.
But, the author refers to force directed up, when I think he's referring to lift instead of force. Lift is in the direction opposite of force according to Newton's third law.
Lift in the direction of force is electrogravitational, which bypasses Newton's third law. The experimental setup shows a smaller magnet on top, and a larger magnet on bottom, with a di-electric sandwiched between the two.
Note: I use Tesla's hull plating design, not Townsend Brown's. Tesla used a ceramic material capable of conducting the magnetic field as the outer layer, and a di-electric conductor as the inner layer, VERY SIMILAR to the setup in the link above. So, the outer hull is a layered material. The magnetic field is on top, in the upper portion of the ship outer hull, and the magnetic field is on bottom in the lower portion of the ship's outer hull layering.
The asymmetrical construction of both the hull shape, and the activated field-areas are congruent with the experimental setup in the link above, and follows the same results of using electrical alignments with a rotating magnetic field that others such as Dr. Ning Li have shared. Even though the magnetic field may not be in rotation in the hull plating, there is always motion, and such motion can be set into action through rotating the charges through plate segments, similar to how spark plugs are fired in sequence using a automobile distributor.
These various forms all fall into the category of a style of electrogravity propulsion.
Note in the link above, the Townsend Brown effect occurs in a hard vacuum just the same as in atmosphere. Because of this, the aspect of the ship's outer hull is propulsive in nature and can affect ship maneuvering and flight in the vacuum of space.
The outer hull layering should resemble the experimental setup, with the inclusion of a magnetically-conductive layer asymmetrically surrounding electrically conductive parallel plates. Plate sections will be as: the ceramic sections having more space between each section on the outer side of the hull, and less space between each section on the inner side (of the outer hull). This corresponds to Tesla's designs; the space between each section of material is filled with an insulator. The inner hull serves as a Faraday cage, and can use materials able to convert radiation direction into electricity 100%, which is a proprietary technology, but it does exist.
Actually it's similar to Tesla's design ... There is no mention of two layers of magnetically conductive materials in Tesla's designs, but only one on the outside facing of a di-electric conductive plate. Expand that geometry then. You have a di-electric plating material as the hull of the ship itself with space in the middle, divided at the Outer Ring (equatorial fields correlation ring), with a magnetic ceramic material on the top section and on the bottom section, in a shape; and having shape means to have aspects of energy vibration and flow.
The magnet-shape directs the force and flow. If you take it out of just 2 dimensions and expand it into a shape of 3 dimensional form, then it's the shape of the magnets which are important, not necessarily the mass. Even in the 2 dimensional plate setup in the link above, the smaller magnet and larger magnet direct and shape a field, in a bit of a cone shape, or asymmetrical. But, since the asymmetrical shape of the saucer style is not shown in the experimental setup in the link above, it should not be construed that there must be either more of a magnet or less of a magnet on the top and bottom, but that shape itself will direct the electrogravity forces and fields as the results are seen.
The same concept can apply to an impeller-drive. It is spun and accelerated and compressed, its inertia is forced into one direction of the spiral, to amplify the electrogravity impulse.

... The conclusions of Boeing state that gravity can be created electromagnetically. That have two proposed drive systems, a Tesla drive (limited to the range of Earth gravity, which is about 50K miles), and a warp drive, but that type is very lame and requires fuel, and is more of a fast ion drive, not a faster-than-light engine. Keep in mind, it was authorized for public release only, so the good stuff is still classified / proprietary. Boeing's research also includes Earth resonance, and frequency, and shows Earth's core to be most likely a liquid core, and they did test for a hollow core.

Mass is an electromagnetic wave.

This electrostatic lifter uses positive energy. If it used negative energy,
it would be much lighter and become as an exotic superconductor.
What would using a different energy type actually do for this electrostatic lifter?
There is also a Scalar effect going on, however. The Lifter's own field creates an energy shape that is tear-drop shaped, and it demonstrates that it operates under its own inertial force.
In fact, it displaces its own electrons by emitting them from the positive bare wire, and those electrons travel di-electrically along the tin foil, which build up speed (making a frequency exchange). Also its own electrons gather at the tin foil, polarized. There is a ground connection to Earth in some designs, though. Earth ground is a positive electric charge. The electrons flow right down the ground wire, to the Earth, allowing for a continual stream of electron flow from the atmosphere harnessed by the lifter to keep the lifter afloat.
It however has aligned its own molecular spins using a field of charge, inertially. Paradoxically now one can say that an electric alignment of protons that have become less dense and expanded their energies in an electric field are in polarity with a dense electrical field (gathering of electrons) at the tin foil (at the other end), creates "lift."
Electrons from the air cannot stay on the tin foil, so they are accelerated along it and down toward the ground, because since there's a wire connection to the ground, now the ground space directly under the lifter is prepared to receive a force of electron "wind" no matter high high it is in the air, as long as that ground wire is there. It can develop a field ground a little ways off the ground to hover. But to get it to fly high like a kite, it needs that ground wire (a generator off-camera connects via a wire to charge the Lifter; Tesla coils for wireless transfer have not been tested to my knowledge).
I don't feel a need to use a ground wire, other than just a generator to create the polarity of charge alignment. But the ground wire makes it a little more effective because your usual generator doesn't build up a high enough frequency. I would love to see a Lifter flying wirelessly a little ways off the ground powered by a near-by Tesla coil type of setup. ... I forgot all about these Lifters! I'm relocating so I don't know when the next time it would be when I'd be able to experiment with this.
You may be able to see how a system can be recycled in a craft which takes its electrical ground with it (positive charged Central Accumulator for example). The Central Accumulator of the OTC-X1 emits a positive charge along the capacitor plates out toward the utrons. But there is a return path back through the poles of the Central Accumulator (when wiring it, there may be connections at the equator of the Central Accumulator, also).
Our sun, Sol is positively charged, according to Tesla. And our atmosphere has a negative charge. There is a circuit formed between the Sun and the Earth, and that energy is returned in circuit. Solar panels work in the same way (a circuit formed with the Sun).
The vibration vertical core engine also works that similar cycle.
UPDATE 7/7/18
Electrogravity engines use atmosphere in part to create a gravity field which has its own inertia. This is also why the LAU-X4 has an inner hull space for air to flow through the craft and through the vertical core. If you examine the above B-2 image closely, you'll see it will resemble NASA's Alcubierre concept with the gravity well in front, and gravity hill in back. This is NOT a new technology. Notice the T.T. Brown Electrogravitic Patent number in the above left image.
Electrogravity in the atmosphere is simple. All it takes is high volts. For compact saucer models, high volts is obtained from the collapse of an electromagnetic field, like how a stun gun works, in a portable generator. There is an airflow involved, in the atmosphere. Debunkers say it's thrust from ion wind, but there is an inertial change. It's called electrogravity because that's what it is.
In the vacuum of space, electrogravity is a bit tricky. Electrogravity works with air, but in a vacuum it is still slow, like 2 months to Mars slow. There are several schools of thought regarding warp drive which speeds a craft up to the speed of light, and from there it only gets faster.
Pack your air with you, and circulate it in the hull, through an inner air space. The positive charge is on the front side, and the negative charge accumulates on the bottom (electron accumulation). This will move the air because the air will ionize and move from positive to negative charge. Circulate the air back up to the top through the vertical core once the air has equalized its charge at the bottom, and the cycle starts again. This point was made on the updates and improvements article about dynamic plasma flow.
Dynamic flow is important, and that is the design shift discussed on the updates and design improvements page. Dynamic flow uses the whole of the airframe, while vectored flow is not as powerful in an electrogravity sense, because a field of movement -- a motive field -- must permeate and surround the craft.
In theory this creates a gravity field that moves the ship, in the vacuum of space.
Combined with the mass reduction of the OTC-X1 style engine, and the craft will move at light speed, and teleport because of the nature of a mass-less particle.

Construction efforts are proceeding with the reverse-engineering of the OTC-X1 primarily at this point, through physics and design. There is evidence of both the OTC-X1 and the Vertical Core having been used and seen working, also from many numerous UFO contactees. This website does not get into that fringe area, however. And besides, what does it really matter? Does it serve to answer the questions of will it work, and should we believe? Well, to answer those questions, there is so much that we just don't know, and the physics can get so complex that it's easy to overlook things; sometimes it takes me a few days to think about just one little aspect, just because there's so much involved.
There appears to be a basis however, and thus far, to suggest theoretically both the OTC-X1 and the vertical core can indeed work, and it's just a matter of engineering at this point, primarily.
As this website has evolved, the engineering has become a lot more defined, and the physics more developed. It is a thing that takes time, but the one thing that is clear is how one's focus determines one's reality, of how directed intention does lead to manifestation, and each step along the way leads to another, and in the wake of the footsteps more and more solid ground is pioneered.
When people work together, a group focus can grow and have more force than one alone. Because of the direction the world is headed, these new realities unfold largely as a by-product of the movement and desires of the Human Race. Not all people think alike, and so such an endeavor really cannot be rushed; and to hasten the process only leads to waste and reckless action.
There really is no real point where people are stuck or stumped but only for day, and there is no limit except the limit of one's imagination and patience. A path of learning never ever stops. The universe is infinite, and what we can achieve has no ends. What we know today is a lot more than what we knew yesterday. There is always a way, and as the frequencies of Earth increase, what we create comes along quicker and ever more frequently.
I think truly at this point, patience is wise, as is pragmatism. I am most inclined to allow such an unfolding to occur at its own pace. I think what is at this point does hold water, and does hold its own, and what we hold together shines brighter than it ever has. The only hard part is on one's emotional body when dealing with the fears of uncertainty. Nothing can evolve when one is stressed with striving to achieve, but only when one enjoys the Journey.
I think the Journey is inevitable, because the Universe requires and gently guides Humanity to awaken and open and shed the darkness as the darkness also consumes itself to oblivion. Do we have a choice? I think Earth and Humanity has Sacred Purpose. That aspect of choice has already been made long ago. We witness the unfolding of Life according to Sacred and Divine Blueprint which is according to Free Will, because no one is here on Earth right now who is not part of the Sacred Purpose of Earth and Humanity now, which is the Time Now of our Birthing. It can be either painful or joyful, but now is the time for our emergence into the universe of Life.
I am very amazed that we have come so far in such a short time, as Earth comes into alignment with the natural intelligence and harmony with All that Can Exist.

When you look at the simple electrogravity concept above, it seems like there are way too many words in the rest of the website. It took this long though, to understand what is going on. I guess the thing people don't really consider AT ALL is when a starship uses gravity to travel, then how would we even KNOW how to calculate Relativity as that applies? A ship USING GRAVITY to travel is not what Special Relativity even has math to describe. General Relativity, maybe, or rather Relativity GENERALLY as far as mass acceleration and inertia and that equivalence goes, THAT'S THE EASY PART!
We can figure out Gravity, it's not that hard!
We can use Gravity to travel; we have a ship design! Why isn't Humanity jumping on it is the only question.
I see a lot of questions on the search engines that people are saying that warp drive is impossible because time slows to a crawl the faster something travels toward light speed. Okay, but if a starship uses gravity to travel faster than light ... well isn't that the whole point? It's USING GRAVITY TO TRAVEL, both a gravity beam in the vertical core, AND gravity cancellation (the "warp field") in the outer ring.
Ironically though because of all that fuss about time, a mechanism has popped up to describe how to travel ONLY in time, just using the Outer Ring alone.
The ship itself ought to work. The OTC-X1 was witnessed even by a police officer who saw Ralph and his crew out in the ship. Gravity itself is not that hard of a thing itself to understand.
I honestly think we are there. We JUST have to build it. It is NOT that hard to believe.

ALSO, EAGLEWORKS has finally succeeded in its tests to create a warp bubble. They say they have succeeded. I've already seen several news reports on it. I shall post some links when I come across them, now that I have seen at least three reports, and so it puts it into a believable frame of reality. However, it was the Germans who have tested the EM drive thruster, and acting in an official capacity told the world it works, which put pressure on NASA also to disclose that it does indeed work. Otherwise NASA would have continued to claim that it hadn't been tested and that they doubted it. So NASA's integrity has dropped dramatically. What they show the public and what they do in secret, are widely divergent.

Negative Energy is now much more understood, and there is a difference in the physics sense versus the emotional sense. That may confuse people, but it's really very harmless. In fact, negative energy generated from machines is beneficial to life, and is healing to life as current and private experiments now do show.
Regarding EAGLEWORKS, the information below has not been edited thoroughly yet. But I have to say it is NOT great for the entire scientific community because the work is now CLASSIFIED. So please disregard all the compliments I have made toward them.
However, they are coming out with the EM drive currently, so I would now like to provide some reasoning behind a reality of classification, as it pertains to my own experience. What energies pertain to the Sacred Life Force is a knowledge that truly has to be earned, and not given away on a silver platter. I have kept this in mind as I have written this website, not due to fear, but due to what I realize should be treated with respect and discernment.
Currently upon Earth, there is the reality of mass disclosure, where these secrets are becoming known, yet are none-the-less very difficult to fathom, and to know the fullness of consequences involved with knowledge of Life Force, Creation, and Energy. Many have wondered and questioned how to proceed with going from where we were to what we want to be. How will that affect life? How can we stay safe? How can we be prepared for the unforseeable? How can we survive as an intelligent species? No one knows!
Certainly no one has wanted to accept that kind of responsibility, not to divulge, but to arrange Life-generating patterns of energy to where Life-Forces are self-organizing for the highest good of all life, everywhere; and since no ONE is capable of truly comprehending the Infinite, then one can only set one's intention to do for the highest good of all life, everywhere, and let Source (or the Universe) provide those pathways to fulfill [one's] Divine Purpose.
Much of Human nature gets in the way, such as the ego, or Human shortcommings like pride, envy, worry, fear and thus control, anger (which comes from fear), drama, insecurity, or the like. That's why the "general public" is so politically correct and mannerly, and seemingly innocent and passive, because it should be a safe place where one needent speak about private affairs or conflict within households or what troubles people have behind closed doors, not just because it can generally be embarassing but can come back to bite someone, maybe to be stabbed in the back due to the afore mentioned Human shortcommings.
It should be assumed that the Law is what governs the acceptance of Human activity that is not harmful to life, so that Human shortcommings can be resolved without getting everyone else involved in private or "internal" matters, unless help or perhaps advice is sought.
It's not private life that should be assumed to have problems however, because it is the privacy of being and thought and intelligence that exists everywhere regardless; and not just problems, but also ... what's the opposite of problems ... joyful living, also exists everywhere. The general public is a sheltered entity, but people are not generally sheltered unless they are children, usually. Neither the general public nor the private, is the common reality, but what is common is what exists everywhere. As people are evolving, the general public has to evolve, somehow, but still be safe.
That's the most difficult aspect of any of this. It is truly the entire issue that everyone faces, and must face. And too, corporations are structured by people, and are truly not but only in an artificial state of being and action, as a creation of people. Even though they have private structure therefore, the nature of the Law governs the structure of what is generally public.
That is reason right there of a logical reality of the existence of classifications. Science is good, but .. or rather AND philosophy and accountability and responsibility is the application of science not just in an enlightened society but ... well, okay, in an enlightened society. How do you make the choice and who decides?
It must be a logical decision, an enlightened decision, and a lawful decision. A lawful decision is that which benefits the highest good of all life, everywhere, and does not harm life, and is natural law. How things are presented require responsibility and integrity, otherwise people are free to express themselves as they choose, because being and thought and intelligence is innately a free entity able to co-create because all of life is an aspect of Creative Universal Awareness.
What we are aware of, is also the nature of who we are, as universal intelligence and existence, and as living beings all interwoven in a Grand Divine Tapestry of Sacred Living Conscious Being and Existence.
And so, it is established.

They may only have a $50K budget, but go ye forward, EAGLEWORKS! It's great they are doing this. That is promising for the entire scientific community if done ... well not so much "correctly," because there is only one way of doing such a Great Embarkment, and that is for the highest good of all life everywhere. Otherwise, it couldn't be achieved.
There are literally masses upon masses of websites out there with news about NASA EAGLEWORKS' work and proposed experiments, etc, all based upon the Alcubierre metric as the sole source of proof and backing that it could be possible. I encourage people to read the many articles. NASA Eagleworks has been funded by European investors (privately and CORPORATE funded) to make warp drive happen! I really need to condition myself to call them "Eagleworks" from now on, since it's really not NASA that's doing it. In fact, NASA has outright denied that they are working on warp drive, so clarity is important.
Positive and negative fluctuation simultaneously is what exotic matter is and does; and so any physics dealing with negative energy is only half the full picture. Let the "God particle" handle where to put the positive and negative to stabilize a wormhole, so to say... There is always a zero in the middle ... I can appreciate the black hole of such an approach to physics, and even though something with negative mass may be required to sustain the energy output of a gravity vortex to fly into (tachyon engine), it is still a creation of something using mass energy and light. It's not creating a void so as much as it is creating gravity itself, a force of energy as a means of propulsion that is greater than the amount of mass required to generate it. So it's all relative.

I've added some info here. OTCX-1 has to be built. Outer ring drive has to be built and tested. Vertical core is much later. The OTC X1 is a first step, other than EAGLEWORKS' first step, and the first steps of so many around the planet who are beginning to reach for outer space. Everyone seems to believe the OTC-X1 will work. There is no time-table for completion ... for any of this, frankly.
This is Open Source (generally speaking, for at least all who can achieve it, and understand it, I imagine).

That's really cool. That has got a LOT of potential. Look how that works. It was also aired on the "Tech channel" on T.V. That link is in my recommended video section, also. It makes me feel humble, really. It's the basic concept of the X-1, and the outer ring. It's all the same stuff. Just examining how that little thing works alone, is well worth time and effort. Is it electron flow through a magnetic field that induces motion? That also shows electrical flow through a magnetic medium, the opposite of the Tesla tower (electromagnetic flow through an electrostatic radiant medium). Will it deplete the battery over time if the magnets are left attached?
The inertia of electrons move toward the negative charge (inertia of charge); protons toward the positive. It is electrical inertia (the inertia of the negative charge, or electronic charge -- from electrons -- the mass charge, or inertial charge of electron form) that is prevalent with this apparatus. It is a basic electrogravity principle.
But if using electrets, would it be field dynamics instead, maybe angular spin forces that induce motion? An electret does not create current by the equalization of ionic substances, as a battery does. It would generate power also, as it moved (magnets move through the coils in that fashion will generate electromagnetic current in the wire through induction. Since two magnetic poles move through the coil, that is two polarities of current (positive and negative)). How can the efficiency be increased with a room-temperature superconductive (exotic matter) aspect? Will it increase its voltage in a thicker-wrapped coil while maintaining its speed, or will there incur more resistance to motion (magnetic breaking and Lenz's Law).
Is it bare wire depending on di-electric magnetic fields, or insulated magnet wire?
It looks like bare copper wire to me -- magneto-electrostatic. --- yes, that's what it is.
That is the heart of physics, figuring out the truth. I can't help to think of the private secret space programs, at apparently how advanced they are; and how in the public, our engineering and physics is very low-tech, relatively speaking.

If 6 or 12 of those central battery/magnet components are used, the space between them can push a large amount of air/plasma volume. The outer coil, able to move in the opposite direction in a co-counter rotational motion, can also push air/plasma in the opposite direction of the inner part of the system. I've thought a lot about using roller bearing frames and an electrical timing system between the inner and outer rotors, in an enhanced magneto-electrostatic engine system. I want to show how easy it is a concept to engineer.
The actual engineering of the Outer Ring can vary in design, as evident with the OTC-X1, originally designed and tested by Nikola Tesla, and reproduced in the 1960's by Otis Carr. The obvious similarities to note are: Utrons and Electromagnets (batteries and outer coil). Don't be discouraged if it appears too slow in the video. Part of the function of this website is to demonstrate the engineering level of proficiency required to understand these engine principles, while maintaining proprietary levels of development -- for any group or partnership allowing for more diverse private or public development of a wide range of engineering possibilities with greater economically diverse growth overall.

As loaded as this website is with information, I'm in no rush. I've gone through it with a fine-toothed comb to be as accurate as possible with what I know at this point. I've consulted with everyone and anyone I know who knows something or two or three about any of this mess. So what stands on this website is what stands. I hope this is a good enough resource to provide enough information to be able to assist others in construction and understanding. If anyone has any ideas or questions, please feel free to email me.
Things to note: The outer electromagnets cause it to spin, and so they will have to be DC, but there might have to be a cycling electrical waveform in there (involved with the central spinning disk of the lower X-1 which includes the utrons and capacitor plates). I won't know more until it's in front of me and I can see it and touch it. Until then, there remains to be different options and possibilities. If one day, someone or I get the OTC-X1 engine to work, then that can open huge doors to the rest of the story, and clarify more of what's going on with hyperdrive / warp drive systems and physics.

Although positive charge on top of the central spinning X-1 disk and negative charge below (from the capacitors) would put it in a unified electro-gravity geometry.
Also, the utrons can probably spin on their own, as they move through the electromagnets, and that could create a resonance charge-rotation wave vortex aspect. Making the utrons able to spin is easy enough.
Really all it takes is just to build the dang thing and see what it does. To my logical mind, since there is enough evidence it worked in the past, then it can work in the present. My dad was also somewhat involved with the "Atoms for Peace" project with Otis T. Carr, and told us the Feds came to him and told him everything was closed down and it "wouldn't be a good idea to talk about any of it." ... and he never did. So, I'm inclined to believe it works, in spite of having AC/DC design element issues. Those issues are automatically worked out in the duplication of the X-1, because the engine itself only behaves in one way. Duplication is a process of the scientific method.
Discouragement is always an issue with people with desires and goals to dare to do the thing that dreams are made of. That's one of the reasons this website is so wordy, because if one thing doesn't work, there is also another way to look at things. I believe the OTC-X1 works, there is too much evidence to support its existence.
I hope the physics are comprehensible. The mass forces of accelerated matter creates gravity. It creates force, a force of inertial mass. A thrust that pushes can be looked at as a force that pulls. An airplane propeller will pull the airplane forward, or push it forward, depending on POV (point of view). Furthermore, the zero-phasing of co-counter inertial-mass waves should be understood at the speed of light to become light. That's really common sense stuff.
I hope the engineering is comprehensible. It is a place to start. It requires engineering to understand the physics (and physics to understand the engineering), to understand how we can do with what we know, how the ship can work with what it does and is designed to do. There is nothing wrong with the engineering; there is nothing flawed. The theory is not in the physics, ironically. The theory is all about the engineering; the physics has already been determined in many experiments around the world to demonstrate a working knowledge of the universe. The physics is the easy part. Once the physics is realized, then the engineering becomes a mundane step-by-step process. Regardless, the construction of the engines will be one heck of a learning journey to perfect the outcome. And oh what we can learn.
It would be great if there were more people working on this so we can exchange our knowledge and ideas and discoveries, in the true spirit of scientific advancement. I have a video section on the home page where I can open my doors to others in the spirit of sharing.
I'm surprised that there is only a handful of people in the public view (mainly just Benn from Australia, but some experimenters are playing with various concepts for their own understanding) actually using their hands and building OTC-X1 replications. If I had resources, I would love to bang one out real fast and furious, just as a general matter-of-principle that A) this is simple, and B) this is simple. It's a simple machine however mysterious it may seem. Modern manufacturing and machining has come a very long way, and is able to machine such simple components very rapidly, provided one has enough money. By machining and manufacturing, I don't mean on a mass-scale, but on an experimental basis.
There is plenty of evidence supporting the existence and reality of a working machine in the past. I think it can open doors to entirely new branches of physics and engineering. This kind of endeavor can only help people like Harold White at EAGLEWORKS (ironically that is the same namesake as my godfather ... heck of a coincidence ...), banging out real-life warp drives. A lot of this technology and theory however, is not widely accepted by scientists (including those at NASA), and is actively being suppressed, and data falsified (at the very least, those accusations made by others stand unchallenged).
This is not about money. There is no money in research and development. It is pure science. This is about values, this is about freedom, this is about growth and opportunity for all people. This is about sharing, this is about action and effort, want and desire, dreams and purpose, with discernment. Unfortunately, money is necessary to continue the development. And this type of research historically has never been funded unless it became secret and used only for the elites/globalists, who hold all the secrets -- in secret -- and actively prevents science from advancing and flourishing on this planet, except to be held by THEM only.
For any new endeavor, change is inevitable. Free will is of paramount consideration. There have been people asking "when the hell will the OTC-X1 be ready?" I wish to address that question. It will be ready when people are tired of rockets. It will be ready when people actively participate in creating its reality. Until then, it remains to be seen whether we are truly prepared for a warp drive civilization. Until more people act toward establishing the reality able to (re-) birth the OTC-X1 into awareness and existence, then it follows the same time-table as the creation of warp drive in general. It takes more than a handful of people around the world to make the reality of there in which exists these ships -- from idea into physical creation.

That's what it takes. It's better to stand together, then to stand apart, and those wishing to horde scienctific advancement for their own pleasure and greed and power and control have no place in this world other than to serve destructive purposes against life and against the values of life.
Standing together is a good idea, really. That may very well be the only way to develop such things in modern times -- An organization strong enough to be fortified to stand without falling. Of course, that remains to be seen. There's always political changes going on all the time, grabs for power, etc. There's no reason why there can't be private space organizations, but they would have to be non-CORPORATE, as per the true definition of the word "private." My recommendation however, or perhaps my desire, is to stress the importance of working in cooperation with existing organizational hierarchy(s). We could need an Earth defense force in the near future, or far future, or whenever.. military organizations are also appropriate not just for war, but for supportive frameworks, as they can be part of existing infrastructure rather than seeming to stand apart from existing infrastructure. I support the military, and hope they continue to stand in the defense of the people, rather than to be used against the people by corrupt politicians and leadership who serve secret agendas of control and power-grabs, disruptive to the security of all people and against the values of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Groups of people working together is the only way any real work is done when the work is for more than just one man/woman/child. Working together in groups is a natural way that has existed always in Earth/Human history.
The nature of the Law is important to know. Law is not the same as "STATUTES" or "CODES." Law is natural because as stated above, the nature of law is that which protects life, and honors life. Trust law is the highest of the land, not under JURISDICTION of CORPORATE LAW (LEGAL CODE). For example, a Trust can contract with a CORPORATION, and/or within common commerce, without problem (see the above about classifications). There are multiple Law systems that are supposed to work in harmony with each other; and they do, so as long as one knows they do. That also pertains to one of the comments on the warp drive blog by Paul ("Feedback, What are Your Thoughts?), in reference to the MONETARY SYSTEM. Value and Trade exists also in many other forms, including commodity, and exchangeable goods and services. A MONETARY SYSTEM is a CORPORATE SYSTEM only, and for that matter also a paradigm of belief. Lawful money can differ from tendered DEBT. Things have come to light about Otis T. Carr's business practices that may have not been as honorable as they should have been. He was a cowboy that went off half-cocked at times, although also a brilliant man.
Regardless how things happened in the past, it is a logical universe (although it is also abstract). Logic and abstract work together. If something is logically reasonable, and yet people still have unreasonable fear (fear is not reasonable, although it creates, but it empowers the illusion only), it is due to a lack of experience of exercising reason. There are no dualities that naturally exist. Universal structure is paradoxical and unifiable. The geometry of paradoxical structure should be known, I feel, which is what my book is about.
The Journey of Humanity's enlightenment and evolution to the next level is not easy, but it can be fulfilling, and even joyful when in balance. Reason and Feeling -- the higher frequencies of Love rather than fear -- go hand in hand as a balanced efficient and well-over-endowed (impeccable) being. That is a balance, though. Feelings are important to honor first because that is one's "soul-radar." That is an intellectual balance however at one's heart chakra - the mental body. Interesting that mental and emotional being go hand-in-hand? That's also discernment.

One of the main assumption of Relative physics that differs here are that: light measures the frequencies of time; whereas time has no real axis; light is simultaneous, and it is a paradox that light has a speed (light really has no speed).
Inflation of the universe has been refined to show Inner Acceleration of a gravity field, as well as the contraction AND expansion of space around gravity sources and within fields of gravitation. ... Also, there can be a bit of a seeming antigravity resonance around all stellar bodies, which may not be too obvious, and it may not even be relevant. All it means is that there is a resonance field of gravitation ... All that Relativity may seem complicated. If you are in a starship, it's easy enough to say time speeds up closer to gravity (gravity frequencies increase the time closer to gravity), and time slows down away from gravity; but if you are NOT in a starship, then it's the opposite. But, there's is a point of relativity that BOTH points of views will be able to perceive. That's a werid thing about the paradox of Relativity that is probably the most difficult thing to explain because it's not just a mirror image. There's a third point of view involved.
The third point of view involved is gravity cancellation; and that if time slows near gravity, then it can be used to cross greater distances in LESS time.
... And, just because LAU is a Trust, it doesn't mean that it is really economically able to develop these engines, unfortunately. But, I am thrilled and shocked that these physics are so accurate! I am also shocked that mainstream science does not understand approximately one half of physics -- the Tesla frequency electrostatics side of the universe ... I guess I'm also shocked that there is validation of these physics; and that even though they are still being worked out, I'm shocked that it could be done at all in this manner.

I strived to simplify the physics of warp drives and quantum teleportation and whatnot, but I've found that the logic is JUST as complex as the math. Although more people can understand the logic than the math. And all people can understand what is reasonable; but the paradox may be difficult. Whereas so many physicists come up with astounding mathematics to solve things like warp drive, there are many physicists who are unfamiliar as to how an actual engine works, and of all the nuances of electro-mechanics.
I hope it can be seen where these physics compliment mainstream physics, and in fact ARE common physics ... (the physics of common sense) ... When I first went into college, I recognized right away that there was very important stuff missing, and I went to college all gung-ho; but, I've had to take shortcuts in life to come up with this. I love calculus, and have a very mathematical mind, but I'm a bit rusty on that, and realized that mathematics did not hold the secrets and keys of Life and the Universe that I was searching for. It did; but, geometry and logic is the same thing. I understood the logic of mathematics, to the point where I could teach myself out of the book and get all the answers correct, without any assistance from a teacher -- from just understanding the Calculus book logically.

I found out what could be done mathematically. But, I had no idea how it applied in the real world. Now, I see what math applies in the real world. And, there is a mechanics of the universe. The universe works mechanically, and electrically, and electromagnetically... and there it is. Frequencies, vibration, energy. Gravitation is vibration and frequency, and energy. Movement is vibration, direction, inertia. The universe looks, mathematically, like tetrahedrons -- vector stability -- and Sacred geometry, Phi, Pi, rotations and acceleration -- frequency.
The universe also has an energy side to it, consciousness, light, feeling, perception, unity ... paradoxes of unity (polarity, and geometry) ...
... at this point, I've only opened my eyes. I've learned how to see, and feel like I have a place to begin, with an understanding of Life.
The real foundation and issue with any of this is the OTC-X1. I didn't even know about the OTC-X1 until the last quarter of the year 2012, but I had run across it back around 2003, but just didn't believe it would work because of the patent issue.
Regardless of if it will work, though, it serves as an important guide to understanding through seeing something (at least SOMETHING!), some machine that could have worked in the past, but serves to guide us into an understanding of the present, and provide a illustration and example that we can form a grasp upon -- a teaching aid.
Why does it spin so slow? If the frequencies are increased, will it spin faster? How does it work? Can we really do it? Is it really that simple? If an Outer Ring drive works, the OTC-X1 can work, and vice-versa! Well, that's our warp drive principles! If it weren't for Tesla, we wouldn't have any real knowledge of warp drives. Einstein was partly correct, but lacked an ENGINEERING knowledge of electro-mechanics and AC frequencies. NOT MANY DO have an understanding of such things. Tesla was the last Great Genius with a knowledge both of Unified physics AND Electro-mechanics, and he practically created BOTH for all of Humanity.
Right or Wrong (True or False) is by no means a comparison with others. It is the Truth of personal challenge with the Truth of the Universe, whereas the only comparison is merely with oneself and one's universe. Creativity is part of the Expression of Life itself. Absolutes do not teach the nature of the Universe to anyone.
University-grade research and development is alternative science, as far as warp drive goes; university-grade science is something to work though, and to work past ... and hopefully to work with!
Any further developments of the OTC-X1, or Outer Ring drive that I am aware about, or that I can share, I shall keep current. The "black holes" of information and text surrounding various off-site links, I'll keep current, too, especially when it comes to development and testing of hardware.
And by the way, yes, it is possible. In fact, based on the OTC-X1 alone, it is more than possible, it is highly probable that we can achieve advanced and beyond warp-drive capabilities in under 20 years, depending on how inclined people are to the idea. Yes, there's a lot involved with such a notion, too.
