The ground energy is exotic. It is a relative positive polarity however, which is why the negative terminal of a battery for example will ground. Negative to positive allows current flow. Like-to-like polarities do not flow.
So the ground is generally a positive charge. Yet, you can connect probes of a meter into two points of the ground and measure different polarity (a pos and neg). So, the ground energy is exotic (fluctuating both positive and negative), and it is negative energy, but with a relative positive polarity. That is the multidimensional characteristic of the ground.
The nature of the ground is electrostatic, without an electromagnetic wave. That means, the ground is longitudinal wave, a flat wave, not the transverse wave of an electromagnet. Polarizing the electrostatic energy will create electromagnetic energy. A diode polarizes the energy. But electromagnetic energy has specific polarity, so it is best to flow from a ground connection, and an air connection (antenna) for the two polarities. Exotic flow of the characteristic of magneto-electrostatic energy in the ground is being tested currently.
In a portable negative energy generator, it is in reverse, leaning toward a relative negative charge. And yet, with the ability to hover over the ground, it behaves as if two like-charges repel, causing a test craft or saucer-style disk to float, repelled by charge, in opposition to the ground energy causing it to float. That is a paradox.
We may not know why it works, but we can measure it to know what it does, and what characteristics are measured, rather than knowing why it does what it does.

Basically the mother lode-stone has been dropped in my lap. For example, electromagnetic induction can occur without a change of magnetic motion, or magnetic relativity, which is light-weight comparatively to what's ... going on currently.

The current energy systems in use today actually do make use of negative energy to build energy up as it travels over high-tension power lines (a VERY closely guarded secret). I want to learn all about what it ultimately simple to grasp, but many may never understand it ... even if it's spelled out to them and shown to them. There are reasons to not be so public. I would like to teach it eventually, or maybe be involved in something so profound, but for now ... there is going to be a long gap of silence from any further disclosures or revelations (revealings).
Warp drive physics is just the tip of the iceberg..... I have to figure it out how to put this new information eventually into some downloadable e-books or whatnot ... complete with schematic diagrams and circuit wiring details.
The main point of this particular article is to say "stay tuned ... but you may be waiting for a while unless you're an active participant."
Needless to say, a resonating energy system is a good idea, and now can be utilized as electromagnetic energy from the git-go, rather than just electrostatic, and without having to go back and polarize the energy to MAKE it work. It remains to be seen, yet. But, it's all been done before and really is no big secret. Everyone has to have a hobby ... It would be nice to get something simple and easy working well enough to publish ... and something fun, too. Something that doesn't invoke grand consequences for once ...
