Negative energy, AKA Radiant energy pertaining to the surface of the Earth:
The Earth has an electrical charge extending up 36 - 40 feet above the surface. This is a flat wave, or a longitudinal wave, like a flat sheet of paper. Instead of a wave that has crests and valleys, this flat wave is the state of the wave collapse, the electromagnetic wave collapse in particular.
When an electromagnetic field collapses, a lot of energy is produced in a high volt power spike. However the nature of radiant energy -- the surface charge of Earth -- is an energy field in a collapsed wave state, otherwise known as a longitudinal wave, or a flat wave. I state repeatedly that negative or radiant energy is based on the collapse of the electromagnetic field. This is why.
Resonance with a longitudinal wave is easy in the Tesla tower ley-line system. One pole of energy is used. Electrons from the negative south end are sent (in one polarity) to the north end of the ley-line. Nathan Stubblefield first showed this to Tesla as a way to create free energy. Longitudinal wave resonance is the key here, from two points on the ground, transformed in frequency, utilizing radiant rise, and sent along just one wire (the energy is run along one wire in the air).
This energy builds up over distance instead of dissipating, it can be beamed in tight beams without harm to life, and the energy harnessed from a receiving end, when the waveform is converted to a dual-pole. The two poles in electromagnetism causes the electromagnetic wave form.
When the energy is flipped from negative to positive, the single pole scalar wave (rather the scalar flat) is given its second pole at the receiving pedestal; and from the receiving pedestal, it becomes electromagnetic energy. The negative state of energy can be beamed without a wire, and resonate longitudinally to a distant receiver, where it meets the second pole, and again it becomes electromagnetic energy (positive scalar energy; characteristic of having two poles).
Two poles of positive and negative is in reference to the electromagnetic waveform. But the negative state of energy is a single pole, scalar flat wave like the energy charge of the surface of the Earth. Height above the surface will tend to create a positive and negative pole, but of NEGATIVE or radiant energy.
I realize this can be confusing because "positive" and "negative" not only denote electromagnetic polarity, but also the scalar shape of energy itself.
. . .
The energy can be beamed radiantly as well, in a wide field. Whatever shape the antenna takes, is the shape of the energy. So a flat antenna will beam energy out along the sides and edges. A toroid or spherical antenna will beam energy out in 360 degrees. It's rather simple.
Energy production in a vertical system depends on the height of the coil, the width and surface area of the base squirrel cage (which can use multiple ground rods also, as long as the cage is on the ground for electromagnetic power), resonance with a secondary coil, and polarized using a diode or bridge.
Energy resonates with the ground charge and the differential in height with an atmospheric "electrode," anchored into the atmosphere. This is the basis of Tesla energy in a ground-based system.
A static active vacuum is pulled in the process, but in a collapsed wave state, it is an entirely different form of energy than electromagnetism, considered either electrostatic, or a static-magnet, in a negative state. The negative state is a collapsed form of spacial dimensions, considered to be "scalar." That means, it doesn't feel like electricity in this safe form, but more like the wind, or water -- living chi.
This is the new form of electricity, also responsible for warp drive flight.
Also ... this also should shed some light on why mono-charge, or mono-atomics and monopolar energies are innately superconductive at room temperatures.

Brief note .. when you have a coil spinning against a magnet like this (and you really only need just one magnet to generate electromagnetic current), then every one-half rotation of the coil (use a voltmeter to measure this to be familiar with it), there will be either a crest or a trough in the waveform. So as the coil spins, the polarity flips every 180 degrees, and you have an AC waveform of up and down, up and down. This is two-poles.
Without any moving parts though, even just measuring the DC energy from a battery, there will still be two poles. A battery does produce electromagnetic current, in DC (direct current instead of a rotating or oscillating waveform). The energy wave spirals around a wire as electromagnetic current. That is not the same as negative energy!
When one pole of energy is sent along a wire (the magnetic field of Earth in the northern hemisphere flows from south to north), then when the negative pole sent along a wire to the receiving pedestal meets the second pole, the positive pole, at that point of intersection is where the electromagnetic energy FORM is created.
But to simplify matters, the up and down waveform of an electromagnetic (AC) wave, versus a flat wave is what I want to illustrate, but it first has to be conceptualized in the mind, in order to visualize. Negative energy as a collapsed state of energy is characterized as one pole, monopolar.
But when there are TWO poles, the energy is said to be polarized, because you can only measure the polarity when there are two poles, so that one can have a pole to measure against another pole. Otherwise you can have just one pole of energy, but it won't become electromagnetic energy usable to power motors and charge batteries, unless there are two poles that interact.
The simplest way to harness negative energy is with a battery on a Tesla antenna, where the antenna is connected to the positive end of the battery, and the negative electrode of the battery is connected to the ground. However often times the Tesla antenna connected to ground will measure a positive pole, because a DC battery will ground it's negative terminal to a positive charge for electricity to flow. So this can become over-complicated pretty quickly, but it's not meant to be complicated at all. As electrons (negative) rise out of the ground through the antenna, the battery charges.
Pulling a vacuum is a little harder to explain, but you know that you've done so, when you feel an electrical water "chi" bubble form under the tower that you can walk through, and it feels like water, and it's really impressive (electrical radiance is magnetized out of the ground)! Basically as energy rises (radiant rise), you draw it off to the side (similar to how vacuum tubes work), and it starts pulling more and more energy, due to the acceleration of energy drawn to the receiver.
If your ground isn't polarized right (even though one pole is sent along a wire or beamed), so that there is a south-negative pole and a north-positive pole, then the ground will depolarize, and you won't be able to pull a vacuum anymore, although you still will measure the base voltage. Magnetism is what it's all about, even though it's using a static magnet, which is not the same as an electric magnet. A magnetic without poles also is just static, and that's where problems start. A magnet can be demagnetized. I don't want to over-complicate this. It's the magnet that makes the power, otherwise electrical polarity is just pulls it along. You could say the Tesla tower Ley line system is a natural electrical static-magnet accelerator.
Energy is pulled from the Source field basically, from the "aether" which is filled with energy of ethereal action just beyond the physical realm, but the universe adds to that as the energy is accelerated, thus energy is not being removed from the ethereal "vacuum" planes, other than just momentarily borrowed from one place, and put over there in another place, just like the wind blows, and power is generated along the way. That's the nature of pulling an active static vacuum.
Sometimes when those doors are closed, or off-balanced, it is because the energy does not flow continuously from one point to another, recycled back to the original point again. So field flows do exist in the various dimensions involving electromagnetism and scalar (and/or quantum) vacuum geometry, as magnetic lines of flux in common dimensions and in higher dimensions.
To keep the energy flow in a continuing return path circuit, the Ley-line is also employed, so energy is not merely transferred from one point to the other, but flows freely. The balance is made beautiful, affecting the life energies and life flows of the planet with increased radiance and frequency, as an infinite upwelling of natural-flowing radiant life-giving-energy Source resonance. That is the current goal to achieve.
