It includes all aspects, including proton acceleration.
It should perform quite well.
I will be getting books ready to publish which explain this with lots of pictures (and details of the Outer Ring), from the ground up, clearly and concisely, and include information (instructions) on how to duplicate the various things on this website, like my Tesla tower (complete with safety instructions), so that you can feel the electrical living energy for yourselves, and do other experiments in order to further understand ultimately how to build this remarkable ship.
I am totally astounded and shocked and stunned at all this. Beyond words.
It is a real design of a real better-than warp drive starship. It can be built. At the most, it might take a couple of days to travel to the closest star. According to some, a lot faster than that.
I realize not many folks have experience with this stuff, and with Tesla technology. For some, you will be able to start building it right away. For others, you might not know what a transistor is ... I'll do the best I can to explain all of this in full detail with building/construction specifications.
It goes without saying that the design improves and the kinks are worked out in the development / construction phase. The book sales will help fund the project for further development, and to start construction on it. The Pods are working on the OTC-X1, but they are out of pocket with it, mostly.

What to expect from the book(s):
Full details, overhead and orthographic views, subsystems, total breakdown, and wiring, including flight systems and power systems. This is like any kid's dream to design a starship. I'll have all the physics neatly organized, too. It's going to take a little time for this, but it will be worth it just for the experience of doing it; I want to get as detailed as I can. I really want this to be special. I'll also include the OTC-X1, and the pilot interface. I'll include Searl's designs just to give a full understanding (I apologize John Searl, for misspelling your name a lot).
Being tedious and attentive to detail will help me to gain a better overall grasp of this thing, too. I'll be using the same physics as on this website; that is to say, it will be more refined, but I just can't foresee any changes to what's already been gleaned. There will be some changes though to adapt everything to the recent discoveries already noted on this website's organization (which is very compartmentalized; sorry). The book(s) will not be choppy and compartmentalized in flow, but should be a step-by-step; although expect multi-dimensional formats, but with less redundancy.
I feel that I've completed this design, and even though there remains additional things to test, it should not be difficult to complete the whole thing, even before a full prototype has been tested. If changes need to be made, it could very well be as easy as switching over to another sub-system.
I am not sure how detailed I CAN get, or how detailed I want to get, or even how fair it would be to do so. Sometimes, being too specific early on may limit the creativity of what could otherwise be. But, I will do what I can to include commutator detail and wiring detail. At the very least, the Outer Ring design includes all physics principles that can help with the OTC-X1 reverse-engineering. Since my design uses magneto-electrostatic energy following physics of scalar fields and transferring of mass and inertia through those fields, then I'm basing the entire LAU-X3 on that design. That could be an upgrade.
Dr. Ning Li's theory was that mass is transferred through a rotating magnetic field, but through a field of charge from spinning ions (magneto-electrostatic) in a Bose-Einstein condensate. There is a lot of supporting evidence for this, and it basically describes what is known, and we will get to see it all put together to describe how a better-than warp drive star ship can be built, and how it works and such, but also to examine the creative existence of light, mind, and soul.
That's what I know; and to me, that's just how it is. If it isn't, then wonderful! But this is a very congruent starship design being what it is, based upon verification, evidence, and duplication, and measurement. If any new discoveries are made in the mean-time, I do not think it will change the design.
I would like to make this easy-to-read, as best as possible, without conflict, and eliminating tedious speculation. Performance expectation however can fall into a range of possibilities.
The scale of the ship may change in order to fit all the parts where they need to be, but the overall shape is that which is above in the image. Circuit breakers, transformers, all those things have to have a place in the ship, and be oriented wisely.
Understanding Tesla transformers and the magneto-electrostatic physics may be deeply examined (in-depth examination), particularly.
Metaphysics and Logic will be included in a separate book, other than the metaphysics involved in understanding, relative to the engineering, and to the Logic of Paradoxes! The metaphysics on one side gets into philosophy, but on the other hand gets into natural physics of the universe, as well as living energy, as it pertains to the important things. Creation however, is intrinsic to metaphysics. All of that may have to be a separate book, but some metaphysics will be required to understand the LAU-X3. Psychology, not so much, other than that which pertains to experience, piloting, journeying and navigating through hyperspace, and exposure to energy fields, which should be included in a separate book.
