A lot of you are not grasping these concepts of negative energy, electrostatic fields versus electric fields, electrostatic CURRENT versus electromagnetic current, and electric current versus electrostatic current.  It confuses you that a static (not moving) field can be in motion in a current.

In my Tesla tower experiment, I tapped two points on the ground, one in the yard from the big Tesla tower, and another point on the ground right outside my house from the inside smaller Tesla "console" as described on the Tesla Engineering Physics page.

Originally, the ground was tapped under the tower using a thin brass ground rod, but the console at the other end just had one end of a copper wire stuck in the ground.  The bottom of the 4 foot coil was touching a contact plate on the floor, and from that plate ran a wire to the outside of the house, stuck in the ground.  The other end of the coil went up to the thin metal squirrel cage with a hollow copper sphere attached to it.  

A wire from the top of the big coil from the Tesla tower in the yard ran high up in the air to the eves of my house, and went inside and connected to the hollow copper sphere sitting on top of and in the middle of the metal disk (thin squirrel cage) at the top of the 4 foot coil in my living room.  I'll illustrate:

It was all powered naturally from the Earth surface charge of the ground.  Due to the material of the ground rods, I could measure the voltage, and raise the volts up and down, as I raised coils or squirrel cages up and down.  On the center picture, the image to the right:  the squirrel cage could be raised or lowered to control voltage.  When I ran the AA battery from console to tower, the COIL could be raised up and down to control the current.  The AA battery ran one end out to tower via the wire, and the other end went to ground outside the house, connected right into the console, and measured at the tower.

Now, when the tower was grounded to the rod, which you can see in the middle photo, the little hollow 1.5 inch copper ball sitting on top of a thin brass ground rod, in the middle of the picture.  The tower did not have to be grounded to the rod, in order for there to be voltage in the tower, due to the nature of the static capacitor plates below the large squirrel cage, transmitting the Earth surface energy to my large coil.

But, when it was connected into the ground rod, then at the console end, there you see the two big spheres, but two smaller spheres on both ends of a small brass rod is in between the two larger outer spheres.  Those two smaller spheres connected together via the brass rod ran through a piece of wood on a swivel, so I could rotate that assembly to close the gap or open the gap.

Normally, there was a tiny spark gap between each large sphere and their neighboring smaller spheres.  Tiny gap.  I could rotate the spark gap to fully open, or fully closed (but it was never truly closed because it had a 1 millimeter gap).  When the tower is grounded, I could open the spark gap on the console and notice two things:

A massive electrostatic charge that I did not even want to get close to would form around the console.  It felt very tingly, and very dangerous.  At the tower end, it felt much different.  It felt like electrical water.  Seriously.  Not like electrostatic dangerous charge, but like an electrical water -- which is a different kind of electrostatic field.  I consider it as a field of Earth electrical chi, because that is the best way to explain it.

The voltage always remained the same because there was no usable magnetic wave; no usable magnetic signature, no ability for there to form an electromagnetic field.  I tried it.  This electrostatic field was not in motion to create an electromagnetic current.  Although . . . . .     I could run this electrostatic charge along a wire.   That is the weird part.



Since then, I've changed out my ground rods, used bigger rods, etc, of dissimilar metals to create electromagnetic current -- so now, it's polarized, and able to move around; however, it was able to move around from the get-go, but now, it's polarized.   Simply put:  The electrostatic current needed to be polarized, so that an electromagnetic current could form.  

I cannot put this any simpler.  This is the basis of the new Tesla tower Ley-line experiments, which I have a lot of data, and a lot of schematics, that I'm not going to post up online for free, because I want credit for the work.  Already, others are using some of my signed images ...   and charging money to use them in their lectures.

This is why I've held back a lot, and waited until I had more data accumulated, to make a good presentation, so I can fund further development toward warp drive creation.

​I still have a lot of tests I need to perform to map all this out.


UPDATE 11/16/18:

The AA battery run one pole along the wire, and one pole to the ground.  It's power was transmitted from console to tower, in this experiment, although it can be run from tower to console.  The power amps were adjusted by raising or lowering the secondary coil that touched close to the ground.  The closer to the ground it got, the more power (AMPS) was picked up via the field-ground.

This is achieved through negative energy, through longitudinal waves, converting electromagnetic waves to longitudinal waves and running it over the ground, while also running one pole along wire, and converting them back to electromagnetic waves again, where the power is drawn at the other end (the receiving end).

Longitudinal waves can be beamed wirelessly and are harmless physically (with the one exception of my friend who has a tube from his brain to his gut to drain the fluid when he was younger, and that tube acts as an electrostatic conduit to the radiant energy which shorted the energy (kundalini/chi) so that he actually rippled (convulsed although it felt to him that he was merely "disoriented") like a flag waving in the wind a couple of times during one particular time where the Earth was acting in a way similar to opposing polarity, in one spot under some trash we cleaned up that had been there before we built the Tesla tower -- he had one foot on the natural stone patio, and the other foot on the bare Earth previously shielded from the radiant energies not in direct line between outside console ground and tower ground).  

Under normal conditions one does not get electrocuted, but may be able to feel the static energy or not, although tremendous power is broken up and transmitted as one-pole energy (not an electromagnetic waveform, but a longitudinal flat "wave").  I do need to add that this type of energy does increase paranormal phenomena, however.  That part of the technology is discussed elsewhere.

Keep in mind all this works with an antenna some altitude over the ground, in varying configurations.  That antenna collects and transmits energy wirelessly, and/or receives, but reception and transmission still creates a large radiating energy field with movement, which draws living energy into that movement as well.  It is not radio-active because there is no electromagnetic wave radiation*

Obviously you can't send electromagnetic waves wirelessly for power because it would be very harmful to living biology.  Wireless energy has to be sent as a harmless wave that can still carry the power and then that waveform be flipped back to usable electromagnetic energy at the receiver site.  Electromagnetic waves or current is split into two ("flipping the polarity as Cal Richardson referred to it") and then recombined at the receiver.  The energy travels through ethereal, astral, and light-static frequencies, basically the non-material planes.  Keep in mind electromagnetism is the form and shape of mass.  


Everyone thinks Tesla wireless is a wave through the air, but most of the energy is transmitted along the negative-energy monopole surface charge of Earth's active ground (Earth's surface is a positive charge of scalar electrical energy, NOT negative, otherwise the negative pole of DC would not ground to a negative pole of Earth surface;  I've connected a car battery to the ground before and noticed that the positive pole won't make a current, but a current can be established FLOWING BETWEEN THE EARTH SURFACE AND THE BATTERY just from ONE POLE of a car battery to the ground -- the negative pole of the battery -- which is another way to charge batteries in a Tesla setup, too).  In theory that is safe, but at a long distance, that energy can cause effects like massive 3 foot sparks arcing off of fire hydrants and whatnot, as the townsfolks observed during Tesla's Colorado Springs experiments.

Everything is electrical in nature, which is one of the reasons the Tesla tower could detect Earthquakes through unusual and severe voltage drops of the normal stable electrical voltage in the tower.  These voltage drops occured a month prior to powerful earthquakes even when their epicenter was 60 miles away!  After the quake, IMMEDIATELY the volts were at their highest most levels in the tower, after the quake was over.

Electric fields versus electrostatic fields and current:


If you have a bare wire that is conducting high volts and high amps, you may not know it's a live wire until you touch it, and then you get shocked; and if it's very high current, it can be lethal.  You get shocked because of the presence of a magnetic aspect (electromagnetic) to the energy, and because of high voltage.  That wire is creating an electric field.  However, an electrostatic field, you can feel it before you even get close to it.

Lightning is electrostatic in that when it hits nearby, you can feel the energy field from it for quite a ways away!  Lightning is electrostatic, and can travel over a span as it discharges.  When it moves, it tends to have a magnetic quality to the wave but ....  not always.  However, lightning discharges that move around, or such electrostatic discharges from the top conductor of a Tesla coil to a nearby conductor moves energy from one point to another point, from point A to point B.  Point B can be run on a wire to a distant source, in a current of electrostatic energy; however pure electrostatic current will not harm you, because of a lack of magnetic polarization (electromagnetic polarization; presence of a magnetic field). 

When lightning occurred nearby, I could measure a large voltage increase in my original Tesla tower setup.  But, I was not getting shocked when I touch it, because it was not polarized electric energy (it was not electroMAGNETIC, as in no magnetic portion of the wave), even though lightning had induced  a high voltage in the system from lightning discharges in the air, somewhat nearby, but probably a lot farther away than it looked.  Also lightning would dance overhead the tower during storms, and the tower shielded the local area from taking direct lightning hits to ground.

This point MUST be understood.  The only time there was an electromagnetic twitch of the needle was on rare ground strikes, where the energy became polarized somehow.  Otherwise, lightning never induced an electromagnetic voltage, but ONLY ELECTROSTATIC VOLTAGE WITH NO MAGNETIC WAVE PRESENT!



I have yet to try this in the new Tesla tower Ley-line setup, which harnesses polarized (electroMAGNETIC; positive and negative pole, or north and south pole, POLARIZED) electric energy.  What I mean by polarized is magnetically polarized.  So a normal electrostatic charge, you give it a magnetic polarization and it becomes a magneto-electrostatic charge.

As said above, electrostatic current could be run on a wire so that at the end of a long distance of wire from the tower, there was voltage measured at that end, measuring from the end of the wire to ground.  More voltage was measured when a resonance coil was connected to ground, and the end of wire measured relative to that coil.  The coil raised the frequency of the distant spot of ground (two distant points along the ground).



Frequency  in pulse motors is in regard to how frequently for example a spark would form in a spark gap (easy to explain this way).  Low frequency, the spark would arc say about in one second intervals.  Higher frequency, the spark is arcing much more rapidly, many times per second.  High frequency is virtually a steady stream -- a virtual current of what resembles a steady spark, standing there (static; not moving), but can rise up two bare wires, in like a Jacob's ladder type of setup, just from the collapse of an electromagnetic field in an electromagnetic coil.  

Frequency is related to vibration.  All matter vibrates.  The faster the vibration, the higher the frequency. 

In a resonance coil, it deals more so with vibration, but also with distance.  For example, a short resonance coil  versus a long resonance coil, having many more turns of wire, makes a higher frequency.  If you look a wave, with its ups and downs, the more times the wave crests up in a span of distance, will be the measurement of the frequency of those waves in that span of distance.  Electromagnetic current for example, spirals around a straight long wire.  Those spirals is what the spirals of a resonance coil will resemble, which controls the frequency and also the voltage, because it simulates a longer distance of travel, but compressed into a shorter span interval.  So a thousand feet of wire can be coiled in a 2 foot resonance coil wound around a 2 foot pvc tube; but the overall span of the wave is a thousand feet, and it's frequency is the number of turns that the wire spirals around the 2 foot long pvc pipe.


At high frequency, from the collapse of an electromagnetic aspect of the wave, an electrostatic current run to a bare metal conductive plate (a charge plate) will not be lethal.  Tesla stood on such plates and his whole body lit up with static discharges but at high frequency, at a million volts, but he was not immediately incinerated, instead it just traveled harmlessly over his skin.   A Van Der Graaf generator, one can touch it and their hair stand straight up, as long as it is not on the ground, so there is not a current running to ground.  Otherwise, a Van Der Graaf generator can emit electrical arcs, between a spark gap, and if you touch those then you get shocked real painfully.  Stun guns use the magneto-electrostatic discharge in such a manner to stun people.  It is derived from the collapse of the electromagnetic wave though.


There's a difference with the output of a stun gun, versus the output of touching one pole of high voltage on the hollow copper sphere of a Van Der Graaf generator.  I would never touch the output of an induction coil, unless it is run on a wire from the positive output terminal (because it cannot go to ground since the surface charge of the ground is ALSO a positive charge).  Simple enough.  There's differences involved here with types of current.  

Typically speaking though at ultra high frequency, a spark output of a induction coil run through another coil in a monopolar discharge (like how a primary coil induces a secondary Tesla coil -- 4 foot coil let's say -- and discharges from the top conductor) demonstrates one pole discharged magneto-electrostatic current, which some people have demonstrated safely touching it while holding one end of a bare metal rod, and touching the other end of the rod to the discharge.

​Look at the setup.  There's a little coil of wire winding around the tall coil of the console.  That little coil of wire of only a few windings connects to the DC induction coil.

That is a DC induction coil, not AC ...  it's wrong in the picture.

If the coil is connected in one polarity, the static discharge is on top toward the ceiling.  If it is connected in the other polarity, the floor gets charged instead.

Monopolar discharge is the movement of an electrostatic buildup in the console, and in the long coil, to push that energy either up, or down.  If down, it's spread out along the floor due to the conductive floor plate.  If on top, it can spread from suspended conductors, and even do so wirelessly from conductor to conductor (each conductor is a hollow metal sphere, or shape), like how lightning travels from cloud to cloud.

Chances are if you are standing barefoot on the ground, and you touch the top output, it travels through you to the ground, if it is in a negative polarity out the top, because negative charge attracts to positive charge, and the ground is a positive charge.  Normally, except in artificially created conditions where you can charge the ground with a negative charge by pushing that energy in one way, overcoming the ground charge.  Sometimes lightning can do this, and completely neutralize the ground charge where all the residential houses are grounded to for their return current pathways to travel, and knock out electricity for as long as that lightning bolt is discharging to the ground.

A car battery for example....    If you connect the battery charger in the wrong polarity, all of the interior lights may stop working due to a counter-opposed charge to the battery (in older cars this will happen).





Negative energy:

Negative energy is harder to explain because it can take various forms of energy, but you know it's negative energy by some characteristics, like for example overunity output, or not being shocked as Tesla did in his mysterious setup (which I do not recommend trying) ...   As a note here, flyback output from the collapse of an electromagnet at very ultra high frequencies will appear as a thin whispy type of plasma, not as lightning, but only in certain conditions is it harmless.  Observe safety precautions.


​The only way I've been able to understand it is to map out it's patterns of behavior, of action, of geometry, etc.  

To this end, I will have to publish some material regarding negative energy with diagrams and schematics and stuff and experimental results and validation; otherwise it is described all throughout this website.

I do want to make note of scalar wave transmission of electrostatic current as being a representation of negative energy.  This is a paradoxical type of energy, with exotic characteristics, and can be either electrostatic, or magneto-electrostatic mostly.  As electromagnetic energy, it will induce electrostatic fields particularly involving Tesla systems and Bedini systems, built on the Earth surface or in portable systems, and is reactionless and overunity in its characteristics, and can be very difficult to directly measure, but must be measured through indirectness, AND is capable of wireless transfer of power without any loss of current, and usually there will be a build-up of current as it travels in resonance -- Point A to Point B, and at Point B the output is higher than the input at point A.  ....   


I will have to come out with some separate publications, as I've said repeatedly (including OTC-X1 hard data, possibly, except for videos which will be openly shared), otherwise this article summarizes the information in this website, to make it easier to understand in one little simple article.  Other articles on the Construction blog like "Negative Energy Characteristics" goes into more detail; however this one article should at least clear some things up, and be a quick reference for clarity's sake.





In addition:  Bedini Negative Energy:

Last thing I should do is "mansplain" the Bedini energy.  It is considered a universal power source, able to power small electronics, large electronics, electronic control systems, each with their unique required input volts and amps.

The thing is, the Bedini energy is high voltage!  But, it's derived from flyback from the collapse of electromagnetic fields in coils.  Even at high voltage, this energy is able to charge batteries at low voltage (high volts will charge 12 volt batteries at 12 volts -- weird, huh?), and operate electronics and charge small batteries like cell phone batteries, while keeping the circuits and components cold (not overheating);  electronics LOVE this energy.

It's a weird energy type and fits within the realm of negative energy types due to its overunity characteristics and other characteristics such as cold energy.

Energy gets hot in an electromagnet when the electromagnet pulses -- filling the coil with a field, collapsing a field, forming the field, collapsing the field, forming it, collapsing it, etc.   The way the electromagnet gets hot is on the forming of the field cycle, not upon the collapsing of the field cycle, although when the field collapses, it does not cool the electromagnet. 


​The MVP pulse generator is our current overunity basis of technology, capable of running a load and simultaneously charging back up its battery, and charging a bank of 10 batteries in the process, and running inverters.  So the MVP is running from a battery, charging back up it's own run battery, and charging 10 more batteries, and running two inverters, and a battery charger, and an electric drill, and still charges its system without depleting any energy.

The overall output wattage in all these terms is greater than 15 times the input voltage.  Running the self-looping circuit, two inverters, a charger, this is NOT INCLUDED in the output rating of 15 times over unity.

This flyback voltage has unique properties, and again, fits into the realm of negative energy characteristics.

If it's able to run electronics, then it's able to form an electromagnet from it's flyback voltage.  This means it's a very good power source for the OTC-X1 and the LAU-X4.

A lot of people get stuck on terminology, like "high volt current"  or ...  "flyback current"  versus "electromagnetic current."  These describe the characteristics of current and types of energy.  Some people even get confused on "12 volt amps" versus "120 volt amps."  ....  

Watts are volts X amps.  12 volts X 10 amps is 120 watts.  10 amps, wow!  That's like able to run a small space heater or toaster!  NO!   Not at 12 volts.   Let's put it to you this way:  120 volts X 1 amp is 120 watts -- SAME WATTAGE AS BEFORE.  1 amp?  Well that can't do anything but run a few light bulbs!  ...   So this is why I make it known what kind of amps, at what voltage, because if someone is saying that their generator puts out a lot of amps, then that is not enough information to go by, because amps can be weak or strong.  If someone says their system puts out a lot of volts, that is not enough information because volts can be high but the current MAY only be in milliamps.  

Those not experienced in building solar and wind hybrid systems, backup systems and whatnot, don't really appreciate why I like to make such distinctions.

Don't be too left-brained imbalanced!  Use that right creative / abstract brain hemisphere in balance -- right and left balance -- to understand things that are plane to see, and obvious.

When I say "electrostatic current" -- an electrostatic field versus an electric field that can be run on a wire -- don't think that I am making this statement out of ignorance!   I am denoting the difference between energy types!  Electrostatic current versus electric current are different energy types with different characteristics!

I HAVE to make these clarifications known because you have not built a Tesla tower radiant energy system and have not experienced these weird Tesla energy types that I have, and that those working with me have also experienced.

A low volt and low volt current that creates a massive static field is a real thing that makes your hair stand up on end, but you cannot measure what is causing that massive static field -- this is what Tesla had claimed as well, and why his Wardenclyffe project was shut down by J.P. Morgan -- because if the energy could not be metered, then MONEY could not be charged for usage!

Another thing people think I'm being ignorant about is when I talk about an electrostatic field that can be run on a wire as an electric current, and yet shows no sign of any type of electromagnetic wave.  It can be run on a wire through an electromagnet, to a distant point, and still measure the voltage of the origin point, but not be able to form an electromagnetic field.  

In come cases, if the surface charge of the Earth has been conditioned for electromagnetic flows, then this CAN happen and an electromagnet CAN form, but the conditioning of the Earth surface in an area is sometimes natural, and sometimes it takes the use of polarized grounding rods in a Tesla tower system to condition the Earth surface charge (polarization is achieved in the same ways Earth batteries are used).

People say no, this cannot happen, there cannot exist an electric current without a magnetic aspect to it.  

LOL  I just don't know what to tell those people.  I have used multiple ways to make sure of this, that is *IS* real.  

Also people look for math.  They think well, if there is no math, then it's not real.  Okay ..  so then help me figure out the math, by helping me figure out the relations of energies involved, WHILE TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION that some of this energy CANNOT EVEN BE MEASURED ON A METER, but yet you can MOST DEFINITELY FEEL IT!!!!!   ...  which they say, "well all it's doing is making an ionization field" which is really odd because if it's not making electroMAGNETIC current, how is it ionizing anything???  

Not only can this energy be physically felt as a static field, but it can be recorded visually on a camera!  The camera is a type of measuring instrument in this case, but it does nothing to tell us of any electromagnetic characteristics.  I have not yet tried putting a solar cell in an energy force field, however, to check to see what it's doing...   I didn't even consider that until just now, that photonic energy may also have a static field to it.

I'll say that again:  IS IT POSSIBLE THAT PHOTONS CAN HAVE AN ELECTROSTATIC FIELD TO THEM???

Regarding this photograph:


There is a wire in the foreground, a rope actually which was my dog-run line.

There is a tall resonance coil on the left side of the picture.  It is held up by three guy-wires (ropes) in a tripod type of support.  

Now ...   Do you see all those little wires that stretch from the left tall resonance coil to the big Tesla tower?  See them all?  They're all in parallel.  Well guess what.   THOSE ARE NOT WIRES.  THAT IS ENERGY, AND THERE IS AN ENERGY FORCE FIELD WALL BETWEEN THE LEFT TALL RESONANCE COIL AND THE COILS IN THE TESLA TOWER.

You can also see a violet colored energy orb in the lower part of the Tesla tower below the first floor platform.

​There is also some horizontal framing about 2/3s up between the ground and the first floor platform which is what supports the safety cage I had around the whole bottom section.

​The violet-colored orb is harder to see, but it's bottom portion engulfs the smaller squirrel cage on the smaller resonance coil and goes to just above the top of the first floor platform.


​These things are fairly difficult to see, but my friends and I marveled over being able to physicall feel this energy force field wall, along with an energy static corridor going from big tower all the way down to the lake edge, and going from the big tower up to my house where I had a small stack of capacitor plates for my console ground (either field grounded, or direct grounded, to play with those differences).

​
The grass, when not mowed would bend in a nice circular arc 90 degrees to grow into the cage to touch the field coils of the Tesla tower lower coils.  That also boosted the voltage in fact, and took me a while to realize that the grass was a type of pure radiant energy "wire."  So these energy flows were present and observable in nature, and in many different ways; and also the animals responded sometimes to the energy, and even at the same instant I clipped the tower lead to the brass ground rod.   Sometimes when I did that, dead tree limbs would drop all throughout the forest, at the same instant I grounded the tower, even on sunny days, JUST LIKE IT DOES right before a thunderstorm comes by.  If you've lived all your life in a city, you would not understand the natural ways of nature.



So again, when I say "electrostatic current" I don't want to say "electric current" because people would then think that it is an electromagnetic current; even when electric field lines run in parallel, while magnetic field lines run in transverse (at 90 degrees), people do not understand that these energy forms can be separated and isolated.  So when I say "electrostatic current" I'm also noting the origin of where and how the electric current is derived, whereas I also interchangeably use "pure electrostatic" and "radiant electrical" and such ALSO to denote these energy types.  

I'm not coming from ignorance when I make these claims that anyone is able to duplicate on their own, and is what was originally claimed by Tesla.  

These types of electrical parallel and longitudinal energies are scalar energies, which fit in the category of negative energy characteristics.

Surprise Beginning -- Overunity Gravitation and a Real Change of Direction

This article represents the end and the beginning; a true Completion of the end of one cycle and the beginning of a new age.  I've used the metaphysical definition of "completion" all this time, which is not the state of ending, but of becoming whole, of projection into a future of reality that which can sustain its own existence, relating to Human Civilization which has overcome Humanity's own tendencies of catastrophic self-destruction, becoming over-unity, technologically and philosophically.

I've said this over and over "it's begun, oh, it's begun" but I've never said "it's ended," because when it ends, it means it's over, and that would imply no new developments.  A state of completion is a state of fullness, of inner-generating inertia, of self-determining reality, of Humanity acting as its own gods, able to follow a Divine Purpose under its own steam, rather than being manipulated by ET over and over because we have too MUCH potential for the galaxy to handle.

​I actually need to put this website down for a long while because I have things to do, a life to live, and working this stuff out has really stopped me from doing much of anything else, including working out the Tesla tower Ley-line technology.  

I want to leave it on a good note however, which is somewhat of a breakthrough ...

Things are really starting to happen.

Bedini over-unity energy is making it big time, and talented individuals are surfacing in the public, like Leland Williams, AKA Matrix Le, who has accomplished around 15 - 20 times more output over input at least, by the looks of things; and in his sneak peak actually shows the numbers to be 46 watt input to 722.5 watt output, which is 15 times amplification; overunity.  So he has done it, and you can see two videos of his on the "John Bedini -- Tribute to his Legacy" recently mega-updated article on the General Blog page! 

I also updated the "It's more simple than you think" article on the Free Energy / Tesla page which now explains what is going on with that little simple engine after careful evaluation -- even explaining how to duplicate it.

Multiple Bedini engines at once (used in combination) are also being shown in some circles, and those plans and ways and videos are now in the public domain and accessible; links shown at this website.

More people are coming forward with antigravity methods and tests, but those are still in private development currently, but more people are working on those systems (which is really all it takes, because we're making progress in all these fields as a people of Earth), including the OTC-X1 reverse engineering and reproduction, also making progress.

More people are working with MEGs and Rodin-Powell vortex coils, BOTH for power systems and antigravity applications and tests, coming forward in public.  



People are not paying attention though, and are unable to understand these things, and there is very little coverage of these breakthroughs resultingly, with only a few hundred people actually taking an interest in overunity engines and subscribing to promising inventors' YouTube channels.  

What has occurred recently has sent humanity into leaps and bounds of a technological revolution changing our understanding of physics as we have commonly come to know.

More is becoming known about negative energy, and some people have quoted Dr. Harold White of NASA EAGLEWORKS saying that an overbalance of "more volume of positive charge in a capacitor than negative charge is negative energy" ...  which correlates with the mono-pole characteristic of negative energy, however that view is still of based on a vacuum of negative charge, which would increase the power output of the negative charge.  So our mainstream scientists are still trying to figure it out in terms of polarity and duality instead of the unified wave shape of energy between electromagnetic waves and longitudinal (scalar) waves -- negative energy is the negative collapsed waveform of electromagnetism as a longitudinal wave, "teleporting" the electromagnetic energy from one end of the wave to the other, where the longitudinal wave is transformed back into electromagnetic energy, after amplification;  the energy is merely transformed, and travels faster than electromagnetic waves when transformed to longitudinal waves.

But, in the Basic Tesla Antigravity concept, it shows that the positive charge is the most pronounced pole in scalar charge, as the active driving force of electrogravitic energy (because the positive pole goes on top of a Tesla coil on an airframe as the lack of electron gathering at the top, while instead the electrons gather at the bottom, but also move in a circular field) at the top or forward side of an electrogravity craft, demonstrating electron vacuum at the bottom, and the inertial "stimulation" of mass at the top -- and again showing the backwards approach to the compression of the negative charge and the expansion of the positive charge, in complete reversal of the White warp drive model, showing spacetime is expanded around the front of the craft and compressed at the bottom in a vacuum force of internalized inertia, "disconnected" from normal spacetime.


But if you really think about it, any boat moving through the water or aircraft moving through the air will push against the medium it moves through -- compression in front -- and wave expansion occurs behind, but that is just the nature of an object moving through a medium.  Paradoxical reasoning depends upon unity rather than duality.  The only way to travel faster than light is to eliminate the force of resistance as described by a forward compression and rear expansion.  In a jet engine, air force is a lower pressure in front of an aircraft (longer waves), and compressed behind the craft (higher pressure), driving a craft forward.

So the White model cannot be correct because it is self-contradicting as per what we know of these systems.  A projectile hurdled through water will experience wave compression in front and expansion behind, which is in contrast to a real theory of propulsion.

If dealing with electrical inertia as a force of electrogravity, the electrical volume (volume of electrons; the negative charge) must be compressed behind the craft, or at the bottom (in contrast to White's theory of negative energy).  There are two kinds of plasma, positive and negative; in a vacuum, it is the electrons which make up the plasma, but in air, it is the protons which comprise the plasma.  These aspects are currently being examined, and plasma is being considered as the di-electric medium, along with mass of substance as the driving force behind electrogravity action.

Actually, Dr. White stating that the warp drive, driven by a compression force in front and an expansion force behind is therefore a direct statement that warp drive does not use Newtonian physics, but instead operating under its own internalized inertial force.  See Part II.

Plasma Warp Drive:

The working concept here is that the plasma vibrates the material of the craft just as a dielectric will vibrate electrogravitically with internalized inertial forces, just as electrons vibrate the protons of the nucleus of material.  Were a magnet only the result of electron alignment, a magnet would be a weak force unable to overcome the much higher mass of the protons.  It doesn't require that a proton be accelerated to the speed of light, only that it vibrates at a higher frequency than electromagnetic wave speed.

In "cold plasma" or otherwise plasma obtained in a near-vacuum, protons end up vibrating rapidly regardless.  In the case of over-unity, are there more electrons being created than what is natural to a material as an amplification of electrical energy, or is it the result of frequency and vibration that creates more energy than what is in equilibrium to an input and an output, overcoming resistance?  

Such is the case with concepts of negative energy plasma, or even in the case of accelerating protons to light speed.  Mass is created in abundance relative to frequency of motion, BUT ALSO frequency of vibration, where an energy field is responsible for changing the nature of the mass of a material in either positive or negative measurable values, and POLARIZING that mass into a field of inertia, similar to Townsend Brown's "stressing the dielectric" physics, which shows that torsion fields are not without mass, but having everything to do with mass.  Torsion fields are what Townsend Brown used to describe the electrogravitic action of dielectric inertia.

As air changes is vector at 90 degrees, guided electrically, part of the inertia of that air is projected along its prior path, and inertia is traded angularly, but such a mechanism is so crude that only a slight lift can be produced unless its energy field acts inductively upon a sufficiently massive material, polarizing the atomic structure of dielectric material (including water) in a way in which the material's stillness none-the-less generates a field of inertia that acts upon itself.

The physics of this are still somewhat unknown but luckily it can be bypassed in favor of something that is more known and recognizable.  The movement of air and/or plasma should not be considered as the force of thrust because it is weak, but it must be considered inductively instead just as a moving magnet induces electrical current to flow in a wire, and that electrical current can be built up so that it creates much more electrical energy than can be accounted for just by accounting for each electron.  

For inertia to achieve over-unity proportions, there must be over-unity energy present in the system.  What achieves the over-unity of inertia is the collapse of the resistance of mass, which is what Bedini (using a Lenz buster) and Tesla-tower Ley-line setups are working with.  Can plasma as a positive charge of protons be accelerated faster than light speed using longitudinal waves, instead of electromagnetic waves?  Electromagnetic wave speed is not the speed limit of matter, since energy in a form of electrons can move faster than electromagnetic wave speed, resulting in the electromagnetic mass having to be a negative value, because a positive value of mass cannot move faster than light.

This is where negative energy (exotic) plasma is accounted for, because electrons are a negative charge, whereas the sine wave of electromagnetism is positive at the crest and negative at the trough.  Transforming scalar to electromagnetic, and electromagnetic to scalar, is the transformation of the wave form of a measurement of mass (in terms of electrons) from a wave to a flat plane with side-ways wave motion (no resistance; superconductive) instead of up and down motion (resistance upon spacetime).

Protons also have mass; it is the nature of mass that it is electromagnetic.  In dielectric materials, the protons within the atomic elemental lattice of form are induced to vibrate in longitudinal waves to generate electrogravity (directed inertia).  Protons by themselves are not necessarily dielectric, which ALSO means that they can move at speeds greater than electromagnetic wave propagation speeds (because there is no waveform of up AND down, which requires both positive and negative to work with each other), if induced with scalar (longitudinal) energy, or negative energy which is the concept of electrogravity.  HOWEVER ...  as we see in the electrostatic lifters, we also see that air is dielectric such as oxygen or nitrogen, or noble gasses which combine in pairs and are dielectric in the sense like helium is a structure of dielectric pairs. .....  but electrons are the only "things" which can break the laws of motion in that SOMETHING MUST BE MOVING FASTER THAN LIGHT in di-electric, parallel, and longitudinal waveforms.

Scalar energy can vibrate electrical mass into motion (electricity) and is responsible for over-unity, ultimately.  It can also vibrate protonic mass into motion.  Upon achieving a high enough vibration faster than the speed of light, a craft only needs a slight lift to move at incredible speeds.  The high vibration in this case, or high frequency upon a static proton (non-moving yet vibrating in place) if vibrating faster than light must then be reducing its mass!

​This is an inductive aspect in nature.  What materials are both conductive AS WELL AS dielectric???  Certainly not aluminum, or tin foil used on electrostatic lifters.  .........  Electromagnetic induction is the key here, whereas electromagnetic collapse can only be sustained as a force for as long as it takes the field to collapse, and must depend upon ultra high frequency to achieve an over-unity energy output as in the case of successful Bedini applications.  Where we see flyback voltage being used in a lifter, we ALSO see a tremendous loss of ion wind, coincidentally enough.  What would happen when we send that flyback voltage through a layered magnetic and dielectric "capacitor" conductively, inductively, polarized in the same manner and in the same polarity as the natural atomic structure of the material?  THAT is where we see the strong electrogravity lift, inducing mass to a negative value yet while also inducing inertia into a gravitational resonance.

In a vacuum, or near vacuum, this force is amplified just as electronic applications use near-vacuums to do that same job of amplification such as in a car stereo system, but in a crude fashion that depends upon an air vacuum to maintain a tiny stream of electrons, to resemble a collapsed state of volume, instead of using the actual collapse of electromagnetic energy through a near air-vacuum, which is a far more elegant approach to harnessing negative energy.  Nowadays we use transistors and solid state which uses quantum tunneling principles to achieve amplification, but all that is merely resonance of energy which seems to create free electrons out of nothing, or to duplicate an electron -- basic stereo radio uses the electron signal from one electrical stream, and turns one electron into two electrons which makes for stereo radio, using quantum mechanics principles of creating mass.  It's called quantum tunneling, the effect of a single particles of mass to exist in two places simultaneously and take two different paths.  Where did the extra mass come from that is duplicated?  It is the creation of energy, and energy creates mass ultimately, from light.  See:  "Matter is Light; Creating Energy" and "Paradoxes of Unity" on the General Blog page.

Certainly an electret power cell creates electricity but without creating new electrons.  Energy is created in abundance!  However now we are seeing the nature of the creation of mass, too??  Why these things are interchangeable!  Since mass is electromagnetic, then why can it not be positive OR negative; for as light, it is not electromagnetic as much as it is unity, of both positive and negative at once.


This is EASY to see, but a little harder to see how all these dynamics all work AT ONCE, in a dynamic system, unless you have studied, studied, studied, and have altered your thinking metaphysically to accept what we have observed as being real, in our scientific pursuits.

​Additional Warp Drive Mechanics:

It is particularly thrilling that more OTC-X1 progress reports are available to share, and we have a clear idea of how a utron is constructed thanks to the work done at the Clandestine Disclosure pod group.  With Bedini and Bearden technologies, we are closer than ever before to quickly achieving a prototype (even though overall progress is still slow at this time).

A whole lot of recent updates and editing has been done at this website, as it took some time to perfect several key articles throughout this site, including home and news pages.  Critical information is now more consolidated throughout the various pages.  The LAU-X4 model is also becoming more of a solid foundation; and any advancement of Rodin-Powell anti-gravity is still applicable and adaptable in the Outer Ring (even if the vortex coils have to be oriented in odd directions throughout the outer ring).

I feel we have a much better understanding of what we are dealing with overall.  The vertical impeller, probably the only original engine design actually being proposed, is holding its ground as a multi-functional electro-inertial engine, whereas we are seeing vortex spirals, but no linear spirals, flat, or vertical spirals, yet to be truly considered by the general public, in spite of those shapes' obvious performance enhancements in electrogravity and electro-inertial dynamic application.

The Cannae electric-inertia space engine has finally come across my watchful eye too, which further adds credibility to the vertical impeller, and just is not very well known in the public because the EM drive (the "other" electric space engine) has made those headlines instead.  More is now understood about Townsend Brown electrogravity, as seen on the Updates and Design Improvement page, as well, which also relates to the vertical impeller.

The vertical impeller makes use of dielectric and magnetic layers, which by themselves under induction of flyback voltage creates an electrogravitic lift; yet while also set into motion, that lift is accelerated in multiplication upon itself (squared), while given a linear value of it's rate of motion of an individual plate segment to move up or down as the spiral's own geometry achieves -- a warp factor, as it were.

As a spiral is considered as electromagnetic current is run along a wire, with a spiraling magnetic energy (transverse), as electrical flow moves in parallel or longitudinally, then a flat wave between the bottom and top of the vertical core can be induced into vibration giving a longitudinal scalar beam mass, electromagnetically which is a true paradox.  It is the energy of mass, directed electrogravitically, which creates a gravity wave.  A Cannae drive creates gravity in one direction, resulting in inertial force without any moving parts.  Inertia is gravity; it's the same force, and if spun where it does not resist its own motion, it could accelerate an engine spin under its own force of electrogravity to unsafe proportions unless magnetic bearings are used . . .   

A good dielectric material should be able to produce gravity in alignment with its atomic lattice, either up OR down, so a ship can accelerate forward, apply the brakes, or accelerate in reverse, which is also why the vertical impeller is used.

Regardless, things seem to be moving ahead at a steady pace, and I am amazed at how everything is starting to come together.

I realize it takes a LOT of research and experimentation to understand the physics of warp drive, and I have tried to put as much information as possible all in one website, with many links connecting all these concepts together; and in many instances, the links are more important.



I am requesting more people get involved with this, as it should at least now be seen that this endeavor is a steady progressive force, evolving and making progress none-the-less, which is filling the void left behind due to the suppression of science as an agenda which started around 1947.

Please come forward with your accomplishments in anti-gravity propulsion, so more people can have access to more knowledge, so as to increase the R and D levels of society by adding more manpower to these endeavors.

Now, Here's the Good News!


The physics are pretty much done.  I'm not going to bang my head against a brick wall anymore trying to beat the physics senseless anymore.

I'd rather concentrate on the energy aspects of the motor concept of the OTC-X1.  EXPECT UPDATES INVOLVING THIS NEW PHASE OF DEVELOPMENT.  In fact, I've already updated the top article on the Construction Blog page,
OTC-X1 Status, the Why it works, explained in Negative Energy Physics.

I've picked up a little steam, got some great advice from friends (glad I have friends), and now I can apply this physics knowledge to energy systems, in DC and AC configurations, using Bedini technology and Bearden technology, pertaining to the OTC-X1.

I think I got all my crazy out of the way on this, and am grateful for some solid grounding ..  well I probably shouldn't say that since I'll be doing Tesla tower Ley-line experiments, also.  BUT, even though I am not to the point of getting utron parts machined yet, I do have a friend who is a machinist, so there's potential here.

As you probably know, or not, I've discussed aspects of AC antigravity, as well as DC antigravity involving Tesla technology.  and that ole OTC-X1 is in an AC style geometry, and it is possible to run dual configurations and switch it over from an AC SYSTEM, to a DC SYSTEM, just from flipping a switch.  

I've found another teacher.  



So ...   The physics explain the mechanisms of frequency and time and gravity and negative energy and all that, but the electronics and energy systems are the next stage -- the power systems, the wiring, the actual technology.  I'm like a kid in a candy store!  This is what I've always wanted to do, work with the energy systems, since I was a kid.  

I will be emphasizing circuitry and power systems now, which now exists in the world after all this time.  But this will be more of a private stage of development, with updates occurring more infrequently.  I'm currently working on a special article involving a modified TR-3B approach which will be featured here on the info page, which will represent the last of the physics phase (and since I don't know that much about it, because I don't specialize in those systems, I might not ever post it up), but these overunity energy systems are a lot easier to learn; whereas the physics took a good solid decade plus some years because metaphysics were involved.  Overunity engineering systems however (now that they are seen to exist), should be a lot easier, since they don't have to be created, just learned, and applied creatively.



AC antigravity using a negative-energy Bedini framework theoretically is supposed to work because of the White-Alcubierre warp drive model involving negative energy, and there is now a working theory of negative energy gravitation.  

AC is actually attributed more toward a negative energy system innately since it involves the snap-reversal and collapse of electromagnetic energy fields; actually a snap-reversal is AC, but a collapsing pulse engine is DC.  

Tesla used both these systems, but primarily he used AC.  A rotor for example can have all magnets facing north out, instead of alternating north/south magnets; the coils can be wound clockwise or counterclockwise for AC, or the polarity can be switched over to alternate not by using a commutator, but by using solid state transistor technology.  Yes, I'm finally accepting Ralph Ring's ultimate reality of the OTC-X1 possibilities.

Quite frankly, the only possibility I truly see here is to make use of double wound "bifilar" or otherwise classic Bedini-style double coil windings  around the OTC-X1 outer electromagnets, whereas the collapse of the EM field will not cause the rotor to suddenly switch directions or stall, because it's making use of the collapse, rather than a sudden snap-reversal of polarity -- the collapse in this case is the key, and can occur over the utron positions, as I've said before.  I don't want to go into too much detail regarding this right now of that which a Bedini engine can simply demonstrate that concept.

Since the Clandestine Disclosure group has determined that the utrons are to be holding a coil winding around them, then now we have a rotor with magnets that spins around, which can either be switched on for a magnet, or switched off for no magnet.  To achieve a pure sine wave form, AC would be the best option to achieve a vortex field of electromagnetism, which some have called a "torsion" field, but since that is a controversial terminology, we'll just call it a vortex field of electro-magnetostatic action that moves upon spacetime.  As far as defining "torsion field," that would serve as a good re-definition, or clarified definition.

In order to obtain the AC configuration while keeping the rotor moving in the same direction, there's gonna be some pole-switching.  The electromagnets might have to be wound clockwise / counter-clockwise / clockwise / counter-clockwise, etc around the wheel, in alternation, and the polarity reversed upon the timing circuit which is what the rotor in a Bedini system is, is a timing rotor - mechanical inductive timing, using magnetic reed switches.

Since the OTC-X1 is a field generator, and a magneto-static field generator, then that is what gives it its antigravity and longitudinal wave characteristics.  

That is the framework.

I don't want to keep adding new articles so much as I go along, so if any new developments arise, I'm going to minimize the effort, and I'll have to update existing articles.  So if the guy who made the circular electrostatic lifter upgrades his design, it will be featured in that same article, for example.

More people seem to be starting to find this website, even though it's not really being shared around a whole lot, so I'll give it a shot.  I don't know what to expect from this because it's a major shifting of gears ..  but this is all pretty simple stuff so ...  that's the good news.

PART II



In retrospect, as a follow up, now with more information, we found the TR-3B patent (black electrogravity flying triangle).

It *DOES* show compression in front of the vehicle, to move it forward, in contrast to action-reaction Newtonian thrust-reaction propulsion.   So the vehicle moves in the same direction as its "thrust," showing it to be operating on its own internalized inertial forces.  So, electro-gravitically, it is falling forward as the electrogravity forces rush along the sides of the hull, taking the craft with it.  The same would apply to lift it up as well.  Non-Newtonian, because it is not an equal and opposite reaction which propels it, but an equal and identical active force.

So Dr. White is correct, and we are not using Newtonian-based physics here.

It can be summed up simply:  
gravity and inertia are two sides of the same coin; where an electrons inertia flows, is where the gravity force also flows; equal and identical ...  NOT equal and opposite

So in this arrangement, the direction of electron inertia is the negative charge, obviously because an electron is an intersection between electric and magnetic fields as a particle point of mass, and has a mono-pole negative charge, denoting the direction of the electron's inertia.

So as electron mass moves forward, the craft is carried forward, in the principle of electron gravity.

The same thing applies to the OTC-X1, whereas the electron inertia is from the outside of the hull toward the inside toward the Central Accumulator, demonstrating a gravity cancellation effect in that manner.
