Wanted to make a quick observation here.
Static is Scalar. There is a relation.
In some Telsa-built equipment, or replicated Tesla equipment, light bulbs will light on just one wire, even if they are submerged in water!
It is the vibration of the substance of the universe, itself which is the most phenomenal thing many are realizing about Tesla's technology.
Water however, there is something rather unique about Water.

A Scalar space is an Inertial space. ... and a static space. That is to say also that it is a static space in motion.
That's funny in fact; I was working with scalar waves with my Tesla tower and Console, I realize this now.
Just by opening up a space, or narrowing a space by rotating the "spark gaps" on my console (between the two larger spheres), I was able to adjust the energy of the system (which powered itself), sometimes to electrify the whole room, and also to manifest the "electric water" bubble of chi under the tower.
