It talks about an ion drive, but the picture doesn't do it justice. The electrons don't collide with the Xenon gas to "bust up" electrons. The Xenon gas becomes electrified at high voltage uniformly through a magneto-electrostatic field.
It's a high tech lifter engine, but it ejects the plasma mass as a propellant.
Could plasma fields be harnessed conductively along an outer ring to space without loosing its mass? What if the energy of mass could be pushed to the back of the ship rapidly, whereas that mass energy is released, and the cycle is repeated so that there is a magneto-electrostatic mass driver polarizing a flow of mass (a current) in one direction to harness propulsive inertial forces?
A saucer could fly laterally if an outer ring was polarized into two 1/2 circumference forces of mass moving from one side to the other. There are devices out there (one in particular, I'll have to post a link) which throw a heavy mass to one side repeatedly to cause motion in an enclosed device.
Accelerating protons at a significant speed would work as a better force of propulsion, whereas the protons are not ejected into space, but cycled in an engine, gaining inertial and acceleration frequency for propulsion and then releasing it's inertial charge as it returns to cycle through the engine.
Electrically driving protons at light speed is a great idea, but the engines may be a little bulky, so it would be a complex system. The principles of resonance and induction may however be able to drive a type of fluid that can interact with magneto-electrostatic fields around a ring-perimeter to harness more inertia. Also, the same principles can merge energies of the same type together in combination and in equivalence so that the same results can be achieved; for example a plasma field can interact with a gyroscopic field in acceleration.
Complex systems of magnetronic particle accelerators (like what's in a microwave oven) could achieve acceleration in both a plasma and a type of magneto-electrostatic fluid.

If magneto-electrostatic plasma fields can interact gravitationally with the universe (unified mass as light), through resonance and frequency interfering with gravity waves of local and nonlocal fields, then a form of gravitational propulsion can use plasma without having to eject it as a spent fuel.
Keshe has claimed that indeed such a thing does exist, and they have done it. If his claims are correct, then warp drive is a reality.
