Have Earth weather systems completely collapsed, or are they on the verge?

I don't think the Earth weather systems have completely collapsed, however it has changed, both due to Humanity's presence, but also due to cosmic energies flooding Earth currently, raising up Earth's frequency and all frequency of life on Earth, which affects great change unto life, affecting the realities of many diverse lifeforms. An example is that the monkeys all over the planet now are starting to wash their food. Species change in their DNA patterning in correlation with consciousness focus, which is very well established. But this is big news, and I admit, I've seen the results of Tesla energy systems in how they affect our weather patterns first hand with my own work.
What do I mean by "cosmic energies pumping up Earth frequency" which causes more intense storm systems? .... I write about a flat earth reality and a globe earth reality. Those are two different diverging reality systems. They are two different models of Earth reality, of the reality in which Earth exists. Just as we have a star system and a planetary system, each system represents the reality of all the action within that system, and we have models to explain how the reality of how those systems work. What do I mean by "reality systems?" Well, here's a nutshell description:
Love-based reality is opposite to fear-based reality, each with their own outcome. Light reality and dark reality are different systems with different causality. Parallel realities can co-exist .. see the Mandela effect. And then you have timelines which diverge and converge and can exist in parallel. Quantum mechanics say the sum of the probable pasts influences the current present. You have probable realities and probable timelines too. Hence reality systems.
Now think about adding energy to that and giving Earth more energy than it's electrical capacitance of it's storms and lightning that charges Earth .. and then think about how consciousness affects all that. Schumann resonance is way up .. that affects things.
Everyone creates their own reality. How many people live in different realities operating under different philosophies of how their realities work for them? This next brings up co-creation tho. We each add to the whole of all that CAN exist. We certainly didn't need Fukashima, but then I'm sure there are some positive aspects of life that are lovely and happy.
The mechanics of how we create is very extensive. Look at what we are creating these days. Look at how that affects reality. Look at the reality we create. Look at how we all have to live with the consequences. I didn't create the Gulf spill. I didn't create Fukashima, but I live in the reality in where it happened. Now the concept starts to break down a little. This is why one's "own" reality is a distinction, as technically it can't be said one creates reality, in general. But to say that one does not create one's OWN reality is to deny all accountability for the consequences that one experiences, and that only one individual experiences in his/her own life.
Some people can just have bad luck all the time. But it is nonetheless pertaining only to that one individual. How can the individual change one's luck? Well .. that individual creates that luck.
I didn't want to lecture on reality creation mechanics here in this article though. It can be seen however, on this page in the articles below, that a flat earth reality and a globe reality both are diverging realities. Divergence is another thing entirely.....
If you have diverging cultures, how do they interact with each other, and to what extent does creative potential exist? Well, I'd say that a culture with a grasp on true reality has a far greater creative potential, and the other is very, very limited in what they can create, what tools they can make, what technologies they can bring forth, and what mental and spiritual development they can achieve.

These are some of the most important videos to watch, if not a critical update that absolutely has to be watched. This is not just about conspiracy, there's a LOT of extra science involved with this presentation, which involves space based energy generators (SSP, Space Solar Power systems), lots of patents, and lots of coverage of what's going on ...
The SSP (space solar power) systems work with land-based units (literally dotting the map of the U.S. on a GRAND scale, which floating platforms also can be taken out into the oceans as these videos show) .. which was something that I went through with my Tesla tower and a NASA satellite, in conjunction with spray planes flying in formation like the blue angels right overhead my tower .. and in conjunction with the local Army base ... which I won't get into there... Land based and space-based systems have to work together to generate the scalar waves that drive storms (and vortex scalar waves to intensify storms), from what I discovered.
I've even heard the skies cooking overhead before as the HAARP arrays steered a decent-sized storm system right over my house.
In fact, it is admitted that weather modification technology does exist. So that is not a "conspiracy theory."
It can however, be an example of reality creation.
The reality of Earth weather systems can be created, or rather co-created with nature, by the use of technology, but not limited to the use of consciousness also, working with elemental energies. A friend of mine once stood in front of a tornado in astral form to protect his house, and the tornado split in two, went around his house, and rejoined and continued. Earth elemental energies responds to Human consciousness; they are in service to Human consciousness.
It could be said that elemental energies are also an aspect of living consciousness, otherwise it could not interact with living Human consciousness. So, elemental forms of life do have a consciousness of their own.
This article discusses the technological aspects of the reality of weather creation, though. Highlights include the use of NEXRAD, water evaporator systems and weather modification technology with video footage verifying these technologies in use today. I have even seen some of this with my own eyes, and have had involvements with the space based power generator experiments (being used as a Guinea pig) when NASA satellites were beaming energy to my Tesla tower. I'm very familiar with electrostatic interference wave patterns in the air that do create clouds, because of my involvement with Tesla and warp drive technology development.
The weather patterns are clearly tracked, and clearly able to be seen as to what exactly is going on. And the use of these technologies is UNDENIABLE.
There are also claims that our Earth weather system has totally collapsed, and the weather we experience today is completely artificially created. There is evidence of these weather modification technologies literally dotting the whole U.S. from coast to coast, and in the U.K.
I've posted a few videos, and in the bottom link, it shows that these weather modification technologies have the NASA logo on the side of these evaporator and land-based cloud generating systems, even in the U.K.
This is going on all over the world! The strange sounds we are hearing around the world too, are these systems using Tesla-based frequency technology to manipulate weather and even shift the tectonic plates to cause earthquakes (low frequency). In America its referred to as HAARP. (High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) These are sounds heard all over as the frequencies hit and reflects off the ionosphere.
As a note, HAARP used to stand for High Altitude Auroral Research Program .. but the use of low and high frequencies are specific for their intended purposes.

New Information! I've recently been discussing some things, and found out that by dumping a lot of water vapor into the atmosphere, it is actually killing a hurricane. Otherwise, vortex scalar waves could pump up a hurricane. So it is entirely possible that by dumping a lot of water vapor into the atmosphere, the hurricane over Houston was trying to be diverted or weakened, which could explain why it hovered in one place for days, trying to push the hurricane back from land. It's hard to say, but, from what I've recently been told, I really don't think it was done on purpose, and that Humanity is actually making efforts to do for the highest good against the "threats" that we, the public just don't understand as a rule.
I would say be cautious about claiming that all weather modification and climate control technologies is for nefarious purposes, because it's entirely possible that it's quite the opposite. But, all I'm really trying to say here is that these technologies exist, but our understanding of it is still limited, but we will learn more about all this in time.
The way things are looking at this point, is that it was an accident that hurricane Harvey got so strong. Otherwise I honestly believe weather control technologies are being used and understood for purposes of good intentions, rather than the alternative. For example cloud seeding could take place to pull the water out of a storm system, rather than adding to it.
It's low pressure that does the most to maintain a hurricane storm system, not so much by adding water vapor which could kill it.
"Depending on the location of the vapor and how much is present. Hurricanes are initially formed by large amounts of water vapor rising through the air. But they can also be stopped once formed by the weight of water in the air that may or may not act as a drag against spin. That's how I've heard it explained anyways."
If you think about a bathtub drain making the water vortex, if you stick your finger in the middle, it disrupts it. I would have to say adding water weight in the inside near the eye would disrupt the Hurricane, adding more weight to the energy center. We saw what adding water vapor around the outside of the Hurricane does with Harvey (see the videos below).
If adding water vapor to the outside of a hurricane, it could also add water weight to the spinning system, unless it pulls that mass closer to the interior to spin it up with more of an unstoppable force ..... It's honestly hard to say at this point without further analysis. ... It does seem highly likely at this point that by adding MORE water vapor to a storm system, it will indeed intensify that storm, and data goes back to the 1950's which shows just that. If that is the case, we may have a real problem. Consciousness however does play a role in this, as mentioned above. So .. the benefit of people raising their levels of consciousness frequency, IE more frequently vibrating consciousness in harmony with the energetics of living energy systems would make so much of a difference, on a phenomenal scale, that can it really be said that we would be acting irresponsibly by not giving this some consideration?

So many "conspiracy theorists" though are always paranoid and thinking they're out to get us. Sure some of that happens, but the majority of secret operations that the public does not see, involving the military is not what people would think. Working with other indigenous intelligent species, that may seem as ET or otherwise, is often done for the common goals of planetary defense against threats that affect the entire planet (above and below the surface, and in space), so where we do have to work together, because in secret, we are intelligent enough to know Honor.
You do have to discern though, but I'll tell you what, fear-based reality scenarios are not the truth, and are just illusion, seen time and time again as such.
It is very plausible that these massive weather systems are due to great tidal waves of cosmic energy coming to Earth. We HAVE been preparing for this, but we are a young race, a young specie (in spite of our incredibly ancient origins and history) and yet we still have much to learn, in this era.

Budapest, Hungary ... Acosta, Costa Rica ... Montreal, Canada ... Saskatoon, Saskatchewan ... Poland ... Edmunton, Alberta Canada ... and Kiev, Russia ... all in the same week heard these sounds.

Here is another instance of the electromagnetic vibrating of the Earth ionosphere making this sound in the upper atmosphere which reflects down, and the immense energy causes the clouds to organize in patterns like salt crystals on a sound plate, or the cloud cone forming on an aircraft breaking the sound barrier. This can also have origins in space from large energy generators beaming down.
Another alternative explanation is energy being beamed from a long distance to Earth, similar to how Tesla had experimented with portal technologies and energy teleportation, accidentally teleporting megawatts of energy to Siberia causing a large explosive energy release back in his experimental days.
This "sound beam" could very easily be a result of energy, breaking the sound barrier over Jerusalem, but since it is localized to a plane above the Earth's surface, it would suggest it's origin to be in the center of mass of the ring.

Also, we will be watching Hurricane Irma. An X-class solar flare release has been spotted, which could strengthen the hurricane. Responsible weather forecasting must take in all these things into affect, so that if geo-engineering is going to be a reality, it can be done so with wisdom for the highest good of all life on Earth. Things are changing. Knowledge overcomes ignorance.
