The obvious things here are a cylinder-shaped coil, and a circular-shaped coil. Those two shapes can resonate together. Indeed, the outer ring of the LAU-X3 (and the outer ring of the OTC-X1) are a circle shape, while the vertical core is a cylinder shape. I'm just making a basic correlation however the systems are designed to resonate together for a much greater energy output.
This engine uses a resonating circuit, instead of directly resonating the parts together through an energy field. It is very basic to understand, as long as one understands the nature of resonance.
I've seen successful QEG tests using a cylinder shaped coil, and a disk-shaped coil. In the above picture it only shows a motor connected to a drive coil, however there should be one additional coil to resonate with. Using vortex coils can achieve much higher resonance. Using a cylinder coil in the middle also. Resonance is how all of this works, through energy vibration and frequency, vibrating reality itself (inner universe and outer universe, from the quantum vacuum level to the same level as the largest stars' gravitational fields).
Nassim Haramein did a good video on how the smallest tiniest quanta of matter has the same energy density as very large galaxies, and even the universe itself. So MANY people are working with the QEG nowadays; and so with that it's important to understand the physics of how it works.
I haven't reviewed all of the information from the link above, but the infrastructure for this amazing technology of Hyperdrive Starships is right there in all the parts needed to build it.
Since we have an understanding of it, there is nothing holding us back from building these things other than the nature of the Control SYSTEM of the world, itself, which is rapidly failing and shifting over to a new paradigm of Earth living.
