On the Home page, the concepts of Relative Acceleration and Relative Deceleration are applied in Special Relativity, and it is seen how the OTC-X1 co-counter- rotation is a Relative Acceleration, and increases the frequency of Gravitation.
Gravitation is also inertial resonance in a magneto-electrostatic field, in the case of the X-1 engine.
The field mechanics of gravitation should be easy to see with the LAU-X3 systems, upon examining this website.
I wanted to make note of this one particular concept, because I think it is the key to understanding a more advanced form of unified physics.
Resonance deals with time, motion, and unity. Volts increase when the electromagnetic current is in resonance through the bundles of coils in a generator -- the more windings of the coil(s) makes higher volts, in time with the oscillation of each magnetic pole. The more magnets around a rotor, the more high volts can be made with more ... higher frequency. Resonance. (frequency: in like a 2 phase AC generator with a coil wound around 10 posts around the rotor -- a complete circle wound around one post, then the other, etc. Each circle has to flow in the same direction of the current -- each post is wound the opposite way -- or it cancels the polarities and nothing happens; if you have 10 magnets N-S-N-S-N-S ... etc, around a stator, then every 36 degrees around a circle, as it spins, there is one-half wavelength, when the circle rolls back up to North again, it will have completed a 360 degree rotation; get it up to spin really fast, higher volts, and also higher frequency, because the time between each magnet becomes less; the faster it spins, the higher the frequency (time of each coil passing a magnet) x the number of times the coil is wound in a circle (volts). Basically.)
Resonance however is not linear. Instead of just one thing determining change, now there's two things and also 2 dimensions of travel (around and around in a circle, thus with a form of an area of a circle equation).
Resonance of accelerating forces (accelerating forces: seen in equations in the form of f=ma^2) are seen as the space shuttle flies around the Earth, and also as the Earth spins. Resonance in this case is the multiplication of accelerating forces ... but also with positive and negative values and squares and square roots that we won't get into in any complexity. Those are inertial forces and frequencies that warp time, and thus is an increase of mass, or relative decrease of mass, depending on if the space shuttle is orbiting westward (chasing the sun) or eastward respectively. If a thousand space shuttles were all spinning in the same orbit, equally spaced out, you could start thinking about how the Earth can be moved around like a space ship using some exotic ring-engine.
It couldn't fly too fast, but it could fly around the solar system, faster in places and slower closer to the sun.
The LAU-X3 could move faster since it is also directing gravity force into the "Eye of the Dragon." (the vortex).
An increase in mass, or a decrease in mass is proportional to the increase or decrease in gravitation. Acceleration = Gravitation.
In resonating electromagnetic fields of inertia, in vortex geometry, it raises up the dimensions, unifying the field in a geometrical shape that can resonate with vacuum space more directly.
A central accumulator's role is now more obvious. An increase in frequency (the compression of the wave in time), and depolarization of accelerating inertial mass, or rather not "depolarization" but a compressing force against the outside perimeter of the engine squeezes the inertia to the center, electromagnetically conducted by inertial polarities (zero polarity around the perimeter, and "one" in the center). We could claim it to be a negative "one" because it represents the negative energy of inertial reduction, and thus mass reduction around the outer field of the starship.
After all, there is a NASA model of a warp drive starship design with an outer ring, and a football-shaped central accumulator.
[Inertial] Displacement: The inertial force around the perimeter displaces itself, and it has to accumulate in the center, because that's the only place it can accumulate -- transverse to the circumference. That's the only direction the inertial force can travel; it is a re-polarization of inertial forces that can satisfy NASA's requirement for a negative energy value that is also in a theoretical range of General and Special Relativity; rather what Relativity claims is possible, and in particular in a "bubble" around the starship.
It is the "warp bubble" itself that has the negative energy value. It can also apply similarly to the vertical core, compressing the space in front of the starship even further by using the addition of that engine, rather than just using a single-axis plane that does not make use of the height of the origin as a dimensional expansion.

Time Dilation: According to Ralph Ring, 15 minutes can pass on the OTC-X1 to 1 second on Earth, as it felt to him (even though the OTC-X1 is known more for teleportation, the time frequency must be faster to allow for travel within a range of a space-distance of 1 second; and also that can easily be understood as the frequency or strength of the warp bubble generated to allow for an inertial force such as a vertical engine to propel a craft in the fashion of a warp drive; so there are different "flight modes" possible using the same physics). That puts the ship in a much higher time frequency, much faster than the speed of light at full speeds at such a high frequency. That gives re-assurance to the design of the LAU-X3 being more cost-efficient to construct and test, then that of some more elaborate level of sophistication. It makes for a very, VERY strong warp-bubble. It doesn't quite take time to zero or infinity, due to it's finite level of RPMs (only 680 RPM to achieve high frequency teleportation), but through resonance with the vertical core helping to build up the speed of the lower X-1 engine, and working in tandem with the outer ring both to generate even MORE speed, and also to field-resonate the gravitational fields together, then it makes for a very spectacularly fast ship!
Including the resonance increase of field energy from the [electrical and protonic] charged particle flow through the vertical and outer ring engines, it could well exceed NASA's time-table for travel to our closest star on some orders of magnitude making for the pilots to experience a simple weekend trip, or even hours (NASA's time table is 2 months which is way too slow for what a basic engine should be able to do).
Just think what a ship could do that can accelerate engine rotational velocities up to the speed of light (electrostatic wave speed: 220,000 miles per second). Twin double vortex construction with a double-pole vertical accelerator (double helix like DNA co-counter rotation) upgrade, and it would be inter-galactic, rather that just interstellar, a true Tachyon drive. As it stands, a caduceus AC spiral of particle flow through the vertical core can be tested using the same basic mechanics of the timing and porting/venting of the vertical engine.
With all these concepts in physics and engineering truly studied, the LAU-X3 can be seen to be a good design as a test ship and learning platform that can reach other stars. Operating in a different set of mechanics, say that of hyperspace teleportation, the distance the LAU-X3 can travel in one second (that would be a large distance if it takes 15 minutes to traverse that distance) would be its "jump frequency." Since the vertical core compresses space specifically (harnessing a gravity force like a pocket of gravity in front of the ship that the perpetually falls into), then the distance the ship could travel in 15 minutes to the pilots to one second on Earth would be quite a leap. There are seemingly different sets of mechanics that just the OTC-X1 operates under as both teleportation and warp drive, as well as true antigravity.

Time Travel: If Relative Acceleration or Deceleration as seen on the Home page in the "notes on relativity" section up top allows for faster or slower rates of time, then there are polarities of positive and negative time (relative forward and relative backwards flows). I don't want to confuse things at this point, though. It is known the X-1 engine can create higher frequencies of time "clock-ticks" (see the next posts down), and lower the inertial mass (displacement of inertial frequencies). The outer ring can also change the frequencies of gravitation, and carry the energy frequencies through the hull space (using capacitor plate vanes or vents) to the inner core and return in a circuit. Two different gravitational frequency fields would make a huge difference in resonance (multiplying the frequencies even further).
It would be faster in time, then gravitation, but the frequencies would multiply immensely with a much higher compression of spacetime in front of the ship (and much less behind the ship) then the standard warp drive metrics.
Inertial displacement can also apply to teleporting distances -- in a frequency field as a "range of its temporal frequency" and even "temporal displacement" -- being anywhere possible within a range of a field of distance, anywhere in a one-second radius, for example.

An upgrade to the vertical core is possible to handle a counter-rotational spin of accelerated mass (separated by a cylinder wall) which would put the frequency geometry into that of Relative Acceleration. That could provide additional fine-tuning of the engine fields. The new outer segment of the cylinder can be made to counter-rotate (which can easily be handled from a separate motor to rotate the outer segment of the inner vertical core of the ship, if the engine dynamics can't do that alone).
Plasma/air flow can be directed in a counter-spiral through the outer housing of the vertical core. In fact, the whole cylinder doesn't have to rotate but could handle rotating internal components within the cylinder housing, built around segments of slanted coils that spin in opposite of the vertical core of cones, or at the very least coils between each ring of repulsive magnets. It is the relative motion of the change of magnetic fields which generates electricity, so there can be some electrical generation in the vertical core housing (inside the housing, the cones moves against themselves and can be fitted with coils, as per the diagrams on the Home page).
The inclusion of a Relative Acceleration curve would make a huge difference in the resonance of gravitation.
If a separate motor to spin the assemblies within the housing is required, there is resonance that can be harnessed by the magnetic forces of the spinning cones over sensitive pick-up coils for overunity. More research should be done on co-counter rotating plasma spirals against ring-segments of magnets, otherwise by using vanes (flat metal plates stacked, with an air space between each one, similar to capacitors) that spiral down the cylinder-housing's internal space, the plasma can be electrically guided.
It can all easily handle AC or DC geometry in these shapes; and non-conductive parts of the vanes can be arranged so that there can be pulsing positive and negative charges down the vanes, timed with engine rotation, guiding the plasma flow electrically (and with acceleration).

The concept of "resonance" is like magic to some people, who don't understand it. But as long as it can be seen as a real concept, as in the cases illustrated on the Home page up at the top, then the student of Gravitation can play with the thought of it. A concept of gravitational resonance may simplify the physics even further. It can explain the mechanism of wave-function of the accumulation of inertial frequency at the central accumulator. That can be considered an inversion of inertial frequency (change of inertial mass) to "negative space" required in the Alcubierre metrics. It would be interesting to see if the OTC-X1 floated exactly the distance of the radius of the central utron disk, above the ground.
I'm just playing with the thought. A resonance field is going to "unfold the dimensions of the engine geometry," and realize effects in harmony with quantum vacuum space. I think the more classical approach of relative tachyon drive mechanics may still apply, but being able to travel in a resonance with vacuum space may fill the gap left from the sudden jump of mass into light.
Since "resonance space" applies upon ... space (the vacuum), then it would be somewhat unaffected by gravitational forces not within the starship's space. It would be easiest and fastest to travel in deep space, but flying closer to the sun and inner planets (and flying into another star's gravity field that exceeds a certain inertial mass frequency "gravitytime zone", for that matter) may not be an issue due to the multiple engine systems.
At any rate, I'm confident in the information on this website to date. I hope to see some Outer Ring tests on youtube done by a whole bunch of different people. Might be less scary then duplicating an OTC-X1. It would have to have some kind of capacitor plates and central accumulator mechanism, maybe slapped together in a crude test model. What would the ring do by itself?
If anything new comes up, I'll be sure to update; but at the very least, I hope this website brings people "up to speed" with this special type of unified physics.
I want to encourage people to live wholesome lives firstly. Look what we've got ... here it is. If anything, we have potential. We Create. As long as we can understand the physics, then the engineering is right there.
Resonance also relates to thought and emotion. Whatever frequency you resonate in, is going to be the frequency you experience. Not only can you choose frequencies, but you can create new ones (as long as they are positive of the highest honor to Life -- that qualifying the actions of unconditional love).
